你背英语单词的时候可以边默读便用笔在一张纸上写，就是随便写一些，主要是加深印象。

我的习惯是第一次背时先写5遍/单词，隔天写3遍/单词。过一段时间再重复。这样记虽然慢，但是很扎实。
