一、转换思维，确立英语在各学科中的重要地位

首先老师必须帮助学生确立这样的观点：英语是主课，不是豆芽课。在小学阶段，不论是老师，学生，还是家长，可能都看重语文，数学的学习。在小学的英语教学中，老师主要是以游戏为主，关键是学校和教育部门对英语的评估不如语文数学那样重视。所以学生普遍认为语文，数学很重要，英语是豆芽课，学英语就跟玩似的。到了中学，仍然主攻语数、理化，依然把英语当副科。一个学生亲口跟我说：我一直都以为初中英语跟小学一样，是豆芽课。我心痛不已。在入学之初，班主任和英语老师都应反复强调英语这一学科的重要性，让学生引起重视，才能为以后认真学习作好心理准备。

其次要纠正的一个观点是英语无用的观点。我们的老一辈是喊着：“学好数理化，走遍天下都不怕”;“我是中国人，不必学外文”的口号完成学业的。时至二十一世纪，虽然中国已改革开放多年，学英语之风已吹遍大江南北，但在我们这样的小地方，那些口号遗留下来的观点仍然存在。学生们仍然死抱数理化，对英语极其忽略。因为他们认为自己将来用不上英语的，既进不了外企，又成不了CEO，就更别说出国了。所以英语在毕业之后是基本无用的。殊不知，正是这一观点制约了他们的发展，如果他们学好了英语，其余各科也很优秀的话，他们是可以很好发展的，他们一定能走出小城，走向外面的大世界，实现他们更高的社会价值。所以老师应该讲道理，摆事实让学生明白学好英语的重要性。

二、背单词从科学方法入手，避免走弯路

很多初一新生按字母顺序背单词，有些老师也确实这么教的，比如自行车，bike,老师就领着学生念：B-I-K-E，bike。学生自然就学会了这样背单词，即使后来老师介绍了更科学的方法，学生却难改已经养成的习惯，这种方法就一直用到初三，乃至更高的年级。

初一单词量不算很多，本身课程比较轻松，有足够的时间，还能应付。到了高年级，单词量增加，课业加重。学生再也顾不上单词了，即使花了很多时间，单词还是记不住，这就影响了听说，阅读。成绩下降，兴趣降低，学习跟不上了，最终只好放弃学习英语。

老师应在学生开始学英语时就教学生科学背单词的方法，避免学生走弯路。我在了解了马承老师字母，音素，音标的三位一体教学法后，就教学生根据音标背单词。当对字母，音标熟悉到一定程度，只要会说那个单词，就基本上会拼写这个单词。看着生词也能准确的读出来，学生不必花大量时间在单词上。

老师还可以利用学生小学语文课上学的拼音，把汉语拼音和字母，音标建立适当的联系，有利于学生快速记住英语音标的读法和写法，能更快入门。

另外，有些学生一背单词，就翻到书后面的单词表，逐个记忆。其实这种单纯记忆单词是很容易遗忘的。我们老师应该引导学生多读课文，在课文中背单词。这样记下来的单词才能活用，也有利于培养学生的语感。

三、明确中英文化差异

任何一个民族都有其独特的文化和思维方式以及语言的构成方式。西方人的思维、习惯是有别于咱们中国人的，英语语言也是有别于汉语的。英语老师都明白这一点。但老师却没重视这种差异给学生学习带来的困惑。没有及时告诉学生这些差异，这就容易导致学生用中国人的思维方式去理解英语中的一些现象，而且百思不得其解。

我认为初一新生一入学就该明白这一点，学会接纳认同其他民族的文化，了解他们的思维方式，树立文化差异意识，避免用汉语套英语，用汉语的顺序说英语句子，用中国人的习惯去衡量西方人，造成很多考试中的失误和面对西方人时的尴尬。

因此，英语老师在教学中要注意文化的问题，在语言中教文化，在文化中教语言，使二者互相促进。文化的学习既是外语学习的目的，也是外语学习的手段。如果英语教学一旦提升到文化的高度，就会富有情趣。比如：西方人不喜欢“13”这个数字;在中国人眼里，红色是喜庆的，而在西方人眼里则是危险的标志。比如东西方人对赞美的回答，比如中国人和英国人在闲聊方面的话题选择等等都与文化有关。

四、养成大声阅读的习惯，杜绝哑巴英语

很多学生进校时精力充沛，兴趣浓厚，读英语很卖力，日子一长，兴趣没了，声音小了，到了二，三年级，就成默读了。有老师抱怨：早读课比晚自习还安静!

习惯成自然。老师让学生一开始就养成大声阅读的习惯，并随时观察，发现学生有读不出的时候要想办法。我曾在班上给学生讲李阳老师拿着喇叭带领一群人在长城上喊英语的故事，我也带领学生在早上喊读英语，经过几次练习，也颇有成效。

同时我在课堂上也要求学生大声说英语。一个有趣的活动是让教室里相隔甚远的两个同学随意问答，这也可以改变学生因害羞，害怕而不大声说英语的状况。

还有就是避免学文盲英语，有的小孩子读书，嘴里喊得响亮，眼睛没看到书上，即使知道怎么说，却写不出来，或者写别字，这种学法是必须要纠正的。

五、学会做笔记，好记性不如烂笔头

小学老师总告诉孩子们，把这记在这里，把那记在那里。中学老师不会这样告诉学生，这就要学生知道怎样做笔记。而且英语知识点相对零散，课堂上很容易理解和记住，却由于不是系统的，所以极容易遗忘，学生必须时时记笔记，经常复习。有些学生开始没养成记笔记的习惯，后来明明知道那是该写的东西，却懒得动手。考试时到处找别人的笔记来背，其效果当然不理想。

所以学英语之初，就要学生准备笔记本，要求他们作笔记，老师还可以不定期检查，以督促学生记笔记。

在初学英语时，老师应指导学生怎么做笔记并形成习惯，比如：课文里的短语，重要句子，就直接在短语，句子下划线。一些词，句的转换，就直接把替代的词句写在该词句旁边，这样可以在课堂上节约时间。而一些词语辨析，重点句型及例句，大块的语法，比如时态等就得写在笔记本上，省得在书上见缝插针，复习时不好找。另外，学生应在笔记本上写明单元，课题等，以方便查找。

学生要有一套自己的做笔记的符号，老师也可以介绍一些。比如：短语就划直横线，重点句型划波浪线，重点介词，连词等就把该词划圈。这样学生在读课文时就可以重点注意这些有符号的词句，在读书的同时，也可以把这些知识点顺便过一遍，比单独复习省时省力多了。

课堂上，老师首先教会学生基本的课堂用语，问候语。课后老师可以主动用简单的英语和学生打招呼。老师把目标语言呈现后要少讲解，多操练。操练的方式也是多种多样的，可以两人对话，可以小组对话，还可以实行男女生之间的对话。老师可以自己编一些简单有趣的句子写在黑板上，让学生读。也可以设置情景，让学生编对话。这些活动不仅可以提高学生听说读写的能力，也能提高学生学习兴趣。

现在的我们，一直在路途中挥洒汗水，在拐角处前进，倒退，这个旅程叫做青春。青春的我们风华正茂，有过开心，有过甜蜜，有过忧伤，也有过迷茫……

初一，步入初中生活，一切都很安稳，和室友打打闹闹，和同桌斗嘴，开玩笑，成绩也还稳定，可慢慢的，一切都变了，不复从前的一帆风顺。

初二，浮力，电学，动点……一大大难题向我涌来，我顿时慌了，不知道该怎么办，我在那个迷宫拐角处停滞住了，看着试卷上一个个鲜艳的红叉叉和狰狞的分数，嘲弄着我的幼稚，尖利如刀，刀刀刺破我对青春抱有的所有幻想。是枯燥的学习让我放松了吗?还是这奋斗旅程的困难让我渐渐放弃了?我不甘心，我不服，之前所做的努力都白费了吗?

但我们不会放弃，就像生机勃勃的太阳花，我们不缺乏失败，但我们永远打不败。有些人知难而进，只为了不给人生留下遗憾，最痛苦的不是失败，而是“我本可以”;有些人奋发图强，只为了在不停的锻炼中铸就人生的辉煌，填补现实与梦想之间的沟壑。

Pressure seems to be a natural part in our daily life in this competitive

society. Like it or not there is always pressure of one kind or another. And it

seems there is hardly any way to avoid it or get rid of it. Moreover, as the

pace of modern life continues to quicken, pressure seems to be on the increase

all the time.

Different people have different ideas about pressure. Some hold that

pressure is something very vicious. If there is too much of it, it will lead to

the decline of ones physical and mental health. So they are always complaining

about it or trying to flee from it. They think, only relaxation, the opposite of

pressure, is what we should desire. On the other hand, others argue that

pressure is not as bad as is often thought. In fact a certain amount of pressure

is essential to provide motivation and meaning to our life. It is pressure that

propels our progress and contributes to our success.

Personally, Im in favor of the latter idea. I believe that a little

pressure is certainly an important incentive in life. It is only when the

pressure gets out of control can it lead to poor performance and bad health.

Since it is impossible to avoid pressure, certainly there is no sense trying to

do so or complaining about it.

Thanksgiving Day falls on the fourth Thursday of November every year. It is

the most truly American of the national Holidays in the United States. It is a

time for sharing. In the United States, it is their tradition that family

members get together for a reunion to have a traditional big dinner. On the

dinner table, people will find apples, oranges, chestnuts, walnuts and grapes.

There will be plum pudding, mince pie, other varieties of food and cranberry

juice and squash. The best and most attractive among them are roast turkey and

pumpkin pie. Although it is the traditional festival of America, it reminds us

of appreciation.

Recently, I saw a piece of news on the newspaper. This news has a picture

matched. The picture shows that a young lady sitting on the seat of a bus. But

it is strange that an old lady sits on the leg of the young lady, which there

are still many empty seats on the bus. I am totally moved after reading this

news. The old lady is the mother of the young lady. The old lady had some

problem with her back and leg that she couldn’t sit independently. And her

daughter does not want to see her mother stand on the bus in such an old lady,

so I see situation on the picture. Having read this, my eyes become wet. When we

are young, our mother will often carry us if there is any inconvenient, but when

our mother gets old, we seldom carry her.

The ancients had a saying: dripping, the smallest favor. In this world,

there are many people who grace to us. Our parents are the two people who give

us most grace. When we grow up, we need to say our thanks to them. As far as I

am concerned, thanks the people do good to us, especially our parents should be

When I was young I liked it very much,because I could had something tasty to eat during the Spring Festival,and I could enjoy very wonderful TV programmes,too. My Spring Festival is special. My uncle and my aunt came back from Shanghai. My family were very happy to keep the Spring Festival with them. And it was the most exciting festival of all the festivals.

On New Years Eve, my father and my uncle talked about their work together. My mum did some cooking with my aunt Grandparents and I watched the New Year TV programmes. At about six oclock, we had a special family dinner. We all thought the dumplings were delicious.

This holiday is my best busy holiday for I am learning English, computer and word and I fall in the weekend exam. Today is the Dragon Boat Festival in the 5th day of the fifth month of the Chinese lunar calendar. Every year, aunt will pack lots of delicious food. Sweet sweet jujube dumplings for us, especially my mother and I like it best. You can also eat with your elders and sisters at your grandmothers house, and enjoy the Dragon Boat Festival, but this year, it is not so lively. Uncle and aunt went out to earn money. Uncle went out with his sister. There were only three family members and grandparents. It looks very cold.

Early this morning, I have the mother will give me to eat dumplings package dates, who knows but mother was busy with housework. 哎！原来我的皮肤光洁无瑕，没有一点儿斑痕，可谓是冰清玉洁。一些讨厌的痘痘君在四年级的一个清晨，悄然无息地爬上了我的面孔。

那天清晨，我正站在镜子前欣赏我那貌美如花、晶莹剔透的脸时，突然发现光洁的额头上长了几个高高凸起的白色痘痘。嗯？这些痘痘是怎么回事？一定是我刚睡醒看花了，我使劲眨了眨眼睛，再睁开眼睛一看。妈呀！怎么还在？我又伸出手去摸了摸脸上的痘痘。什么！这些痘痘们竟然真的爬上了我完美无瑕的脸上。顿时我的大脑一片空白，心想如果这些痘痘被同学们看见了一定会笑话我的，如果这些痘痘被妈妈看到了，又会怎么样呢？

我决定了，我要消灭它们！

我站在镜子前，伸出双手，用食指摸出最大的痘痘，并对痘痘发出连环攻击。终于，一粒非常小的脂肪粒破痘而出，哈哈！痘痘永远斗不过我！我把头伸到镜子前，准备攻击下一个痘痘时，突然发现刚刚被我攻破的痘痘流出了鲜血，于是急忙将消毒水涂在伤口上。嘶！真疼，早知道会这样，我就不会挤它了。

挤它不行，我就把它给洗掉！

我准备了一大堆洗面奶，照着镜子，不停地洗来洗去，都洗掉皮了，也不见有一个痘痘消失，哎！又失败了。没办法，只能顶着痘痘去上学了，这感觉真不好受，又过了一段时间，痘痘们终于消下去了，真的太棒了，可是第二天又爬上了脸庞。它们的生命力可真顽强，还真是野火烧不尽，春风吹又生啊！痘痘，你什么时候才能离开呢！
