去年，我们家添了一位新成员。也许你会以为是我有了一个小弟弟，或小妹妹什么的，但都不是，它是一只可爱的小狗。这只小狗来自于妈妈的同学，它雪白的毛发，在阳光下的照耀下，显得格外耀眼。它非常可爱，让我一看就喜欢上了它。妈妈给它取名小白。

Recently,fog and haze has become a imminent threat which most northerners in China are facing.While the cities of China have greeted striking speed of development with open arms,they suffer greatly from a persistent and dense haze of pollution and smog.It is high time that we took some methods to protect the environment and ourselves.

Generally speaking,there are three effective ways.First of all,the government should take into serious consideration the emergency and severity of the air pollution,and take measure to deal with it.Such as more public transportation systems should be put in use,more energy-saving resources should be utilized.What’s more,every little effort from individuals counts.The citizens should contribute to the reduction of pollution by driving less.Last but not least,try to reduce the time of outdoor activities,especially when the air quality is not good enough.

From what has been mentioned above, to protect our air,we must keep in mind that whatever we give out,we take back in the long run.So we have to drive less,pollute less and make more changes.

Most people keen to live in the big cities where are more convenient and the children can receive better education.But the problem is the heavy traffic create too much pollution which does great harm to humans health.

So,to keep ourselves safe,I think we should do at least two things like below.

Firstly,we should obey the traffic rules whenever we are and even when we are in a deadly hurry.If everyone can do so,everything on the road will be in turn well.

Secondly,we should ask ourselves and our relatives and friends to walk instead of riding or driving if possible,when the time is no enough,we must try to take a bus rather than drive a car.More vehicles will of course cause more traffic problems.Thats my ideas,I hope it is acceptable.

My New Life

This summer, I move to a new city with my parents, and I transfer to a new school. I used to live in the countryside, so my new life is so different from before. The school is a little far from my home, so I go to school by bus. After school, I have many activities in school. Classmates are friendly to me. I learn English now. 我们的操场就要改造了，为了纪念操场，老师带我们去操场上拍照、留念。

操场陪伴了我们四年半，在这四年半里，我们与操场发生了很多有趣的事。还记得一年级上体育课时，我们都很害羞，因为我们刚上小学，对学校里每一样东西都很陌生，包括操场。所以，那节课我们就一点事也没做，呆呆地站在那里。二年级我们就开始熟悉操场了;三年级，我们就把操场看成“真操场”;四年级时，我们就在操场上举行足球赛、篮球赛、排球赛、垒球赛等其它球赛;现在，我们就用“老操场”这个称呼来代表操场。

下午，我们把自己的椅子搬到操场上，要拍照用，叶老师还请了许多摄影师给我们拍照。开始拍照了，我们造型各式各样，各有自己的风格，也非常的漂亮。无人机在我们的上空回旋，令我感到很自豪。其中有一个造型让我印象极为深刻：我们全班躺在草地上，组成“毕业”二字，那一定会很美，美的不仅是那两字，美的还是我们的心境。我们躺在地上，看着蓝蓝的天空上飘着白白云朵，就像一卷棉花糖，想着我真想去咬一口。我们在假草地上拍了很多有创意的照片，自己感觉很美。

看着美丽的操场，看着同学们愉快的身影，想起操场马上就要拆去，我的心里真的感到恋恋不舍。可是凤凰只有浴火才能重生，蚕儿只有破茧才能化蝶，操场只有拆掉才能重建，想到这里，我似乎看到了重建后更加美丽的操场和扩建后更加漂亮的学校，于是，我的心就释然了。

Behind every great achievement in anyones life lies perseverance. We see

this in every human endeavor. Outstanding sportsmen spend all their time

practising. Their endurance is beyond imagination.

The same is true of businessmen who build up fortunes. What we usually see

are their achievements, but once we go behind the scenes we will find that they

have put in a lot of continual steady efforts. We all have read of great

musicians, writers and inventors who have created or discovered breakthroughs in

human achievement. Invariably they have said that they owe all their success to

perseverance. As to college students, quite a big number of then, have become

successful language learners through perseverance, however, a certain group of

them, just stop half way and their previous efforts turn out to be

fruitless.

Of all the countless examples the saga of Colonel Saunders is perhaps one

of the most outstanding. The 65-year-old man from Kentucky had a dream to start

a chain of fried chicken restaurants all over the world. To realize his dream,

he knew that he needed a restaurant owner to go into partnership with him to

open the first restaurant and to fry chicken according to the secret recipe he

had. Colonel Saunders had knocked on 1008 doors before he finally found his

partner. It is doubtful whether many of us would have had the perseverance to

knock even a hundred doors.

From the above discussion we can draw a conclusion that success comes to

anyone who keeps working perseveringly and lack of perseverance can only result

in frustration and failure.

第二天早上起床，我发现试卷已经签上了名字，床上放着我喜欢的连衣裙，餐桌上也是我爱吃的荷包蛋和油条，旁边还放着一张小纸条：孩子，昨天的事情，妈妈要给你道个歉，是妈妈忽略了你的感受，以后妈妈会多尊重你的选择，妈妈先去上班了，记得吃早餐哦！——爱你的妈妈。看着眼前的这一切，我不禁流下了眼泪，妈妈做这一切都是为了我，可我为什么不能理解她呢！从那以后，我和妈妈成了无话不谈的“好朋友”。

烦恼就像老干笋，一层一层地剥，总会越来越少。化难为易，困难总会被解决！

时间顺着秋天的痕迹满上脚背，潮水翻滚高涨，所谓的青春就这样被淹没了一厘米。是从什么时候开始，天气变得这么凉了呢?自己一直都没察觉。

当候鸟忙着南飞，蚂蚁忙着准备冬天的食物时，我一直安静地走在悲伤地阴影中。

从我知道这次期中考试的成绩起，心情就莫名地不好。凉凉的秋雨也似是在嘲笑我一般令我内心更加的彷徨与伤感。仿佛父母失望的眼神，憔悴的面容以及对未来的迷茫，化成一股无形的压力，并且以千百倍的姿态放大，最终如磐石般重重地压在心上。身体里每一根神经都紧绷着，每天睁眼想到的是这些，闭着眼想到的还是这些。有时甚至会敏感地认为身边的同学似乎也总是对自己冷嘲热讽。

抬眸瞥一眼阴沉的天空，眼睛蓦地变得酸涩。我轻轻捂着胸口，长长的叹出一口气。然后，我努力地笑着对自己说，过了这段时间，一切都会好的。可每说一遍，内心就颤抖一次。我不知道这是不是来源于我的恐惧。

为了使自己别扭的心绪快点消失，这个周末，我没有回家。

周末的午后，独自一人坐在寝室静心思考。因为秋天的缘故，原本就不当阳的寝室愈发让人觉得清凉，呆久了就手脚冰凉。放眼望向窗外，视野里尽是一大片一大片的明亮。我惊喜的发现早日阴沉的天空终于挂上了一轮暖阳，于是，我决定去阳台上，边晒太阳边整理自己的心情。站在阳台上，温暖的阳光扑面而来，淡化了秋天的萧瑟。体育场上此起彼伏的喝彩声不时地传入耳中，篮球场上那些充满活力的少年正在奋力拼搏;校园的林荫道上，高大的樟树好像在碧空下向着更高，更远的天际伸展，片片绿叶在秋风里迎着阳光尽情起舞，学姐们在林荫下悠闲地看书或谈笑。明朗的阳光让世界的轮廓愈加清晰，我心里瞬间豁然。

翻开日记本，想要记录下此刻的心情，却瞧见了许久前自己写在扉页上的一句话：我想躺在向日葵上，即使沮丧，也能面朝阳光。

其实我们和向日葵一样，渴望太阳，渴望天空。这种渴望来自于一种身体的本能。向日葵着魔似的随着太阳转动是为了获得更多能量，而我喜欢面朝太阳，是为了获得更多勇气和力量，带我逃离那潮湿的阴暗。

在这个温暖的午后，我内心的烦闷也应着这美好的秋阳一扫而空，身体里好像注入一股新的能量，有一个坚定的信念在心里生根萌芽。

俗话说得好：“勿以善小而不为。”有时候，一个小小的善意的举动，会给我们带来无限的欢乐，让我们平淡的一天变得丰富多彩，给我们带来一个愉悦的心情。

有一次，我和平常一样骑着自行车去上学。六月的天气如同一个顽皮的娃娃，昨天还下着倾盆大雨，今天却变得晴空万里了。吹着清爽清爽的风儿，骑着轻快的自行车，欣赏着道路两旁怡人的风景，我感到心旷神怡。

没过多久，我便来到了一个十字路口。刚好是绿灯，我就赶忙骑车过去。不料，骑到路中央时，跟我一起骑过去的一个小女孩挂在车头的饼干哗啦啦地往地上掉，可能是因为盒子底部不结实。我迫不及待地把自己的自行车骑到路的那一边，然后返回来帮她捡起掉在地上的饼干。眼看着就要红灯了，路过的一个小伙子也过来帮忙。

我们把捡起来的饼干放在了小女孩的车篮里，然后帮她把车推到了对面，还好赶在了红灯之前。看到小女孩坏掉了的盒子，小伙子打开了自己的书包，从里面拿出了一个塑料袋，接着毫不犹豫地将袋子里的东西放在了书包里。然后，他把袋子给了小女孩装饼干。面对我们的帮助，小女孩微笑着向我们道谢。我们互相道别，各自骑上了自己要去的地方。

帮助他人，不仅能够解决他人的燃眉之急，让别人感到快乐，我们自身也会很开心。一个善意的举动，传递的不仅仅是我们的友好，更重要的是它有利于构建一个和谐美好的社会。
