在平时，应该多读一些英语材料，这是泛读。不过今天我主要围绕考试来谈，也就是落实到怎么样做阅读理解。我自己做阅读理解可以分为四个步骤，我曾经把这四个步骤教给很多同学，只要能按照这四个步骤做下来的，一两月之内，英语成绩基本都有很大的气色。

第一步，是先看问题。问题下面的选项可以稍微扫一下，不用认真看。这样做的目的是快速了解整篇文章的大概意思和考点。也就是说你把题目看完了之后，基本就知道这篇阅读理解在讲什么了。因为有的阅读文章它的写作方式不是“开门见山”式的，往往会先闲扯两句，然后慢慢的导入主题。很多人上来先看文章，一看开头——看不懂，不知道作者想要说什么，然后就晕了头，后面的内容也就跟着糊里糊涂起来。所以我们先看题目，知道全文大意和考点，即使看文章的时候有些地方看不懂，也影响不大了。

第二步，就是认真的把全文阅读一遍，然后做题。

这前面两部，是我们做阅读理解的常规步骤，在考场上，也就按照这两个步骤来就不错了。完成者前面那个步骤，每篇文章需要用的时间大概是12分钟。

但是，在平时练习中，也这样做收效不大。因为只阅读一遍，看个半懂不懂，糊里糊涂的选择几个选项，然后对一下答案。这样我们花了时间，实际上没有什么收获初一学生英语学习总结初一学生英语学习总结。花了很多时间做了很多英语题目，却还是停留在原来的水平。所以说在平时练习中，既然做了一篇，就要吃透一篇，理解一篇，收获一篇。这样即使在某一篇文章上花的时间多一些，效率却比流水一样的做很多篇阅读理解要高得多。

怎么个多花时间呢?

第三步，要对照参考答案。但是不能简单的知道正确答案就完了。对于自己做错的题目，包括那种没有把握但是“蒙”对了的题目，要认真的对照原文，理解清楚为什么这个选项才 是正确的。这个过程，就是再重新阅读文章和理解题目的过程。

第四步，在把问题都梳理清楚以后。我们要再回过头来认真的读一篇文章，这个时候可以查字典，理解一些生词的意思(注意：不要去背诵没有在课堂上学过的新单词!)在此基础上，保证自己把这篇文章的每一句话都彻底理解了。把每一句话的意思和语法结构都要弄清楚。 这样四个步骤下来，我们对于这一篇阅读理解才算彻底吃透吃通了。这样，本来12分钟就可以搞定的一篇阅读理解，可能要花差不多半个小时。但是，这比我们花半个小时做三篇阅读理解的效果要好得多，因为你真正收获了、进步了。按照这个方法，每天哪怕只做一篇阅读理解的题目，一两个月坚持下来，我们的英语成绩必然会有很大的提高。

在暑假的一天里，我和往常一样，在房间里做暑假作业。可这时，调皮的弟弟作业还没有写完他跑就出去看电视了，看了一会儿，他又跑入我的房间，对我说：“姐姐，陪我出去看电视吧！”“不！我作业没写完。”我头也不抬地回答。“哇！哇！姐姐坏，我要告妈妈。”我见他哭，没办法了，只好与他一块儿出去了。

我们一块在外面看电视，我看得入了迷，这时，有开门声，弟弟慌张地跑回房间，只剩我在沙发上。妈妈进来了，见我在看电视，生气地大吼一声，“李亦瑄，你在干什么？作业写完了？”妈妈这一吼，把我拉回了现实，我赶紧关掉电视，紧张地看着妈妈说道：“不，不是我要看的，是弟弟拉我出来看的。”妈妈听了我说的话，把弟弟叫了出来，问他，“是不是你先看的？”我望着弟弟，谁知他竟说，“不是，是姐姐先看的。”“什么？”我内心的怒火越来越大，吼了一句“什么嘛，就是弟弟先看的，他还不承认。”这么一吼妈妈可不高兴了。她让弟弟回房间，让我跟她进我的房间。刚一进门，妈妈把门重重地关上，对我说，“好你个李亦瑄，看电视就算了，还说谎。弟弟出来说你，你还吼他﹍”我被狠狠地教训了，妈妈甩下一句，“你好好想想，反省反省。”就出去了。我不服气地趴在桌子上，嘤嘤地哭泣，嘴里还不停地念叨，“什么呀？分明就是弟弟先打开电视地，就是不相信我。”我一边哭一边敲打着桌子。

好烦呀，妈妈为什么不相信我呢？哎，但我坚信这个烦恼会解除的。

低碳生活是一种十分环保、礼貌的生活方式。节水、节电、节油、节气，能够帮忙我们将低碳生活变为现实。

低碳时代已经如约而至，正在改变着我们的生活。“低碳”就在我们身边。夏天，我们在家用空调时，不要长时间开着，用了几个小时后，就关掉，再开电风扇。这样就能省50%的电;在冰箱内放食物时，食物的量以占容积的80%为宜，用塑料盒盛水制冰后放入冷藏室，这样能延长停机时间、减少开机时间，更节电;用微波炉加工食品时，最好在食品上加层无毒塑料膜或盖上盖子，这样被加工食品水分不易蒸发，食品味道好又省电;开车时尽量避免突然变速，选择适宜档位，避免低档跑高速，定期更换机油，轮胎气压要适当和少开空调。短时间不用电脑时，启用“睡眠”模式，能耗可下降到50%以下;关掉不用的程序和音箱、打印机等外围设备;少让硬盘、软盘、光盘同时工作;适当降低显示器的亮度。

平时我们勤动手动脑，也能够实现“低碳”。一般家庭都有很多废弃的盒子，如肥皂盒、牙膏盒、奶盒等，其实稍加裁剪，就能够简便将它们废物利用，比如制作成储物盒，能够在里面放茶叶包、化妆品之类的物品;还能够利用方便面盒、罐头瓶、酸奶瓶制作一盏漂亮的台灯;喝过的茶叶渣，晒干做一个茶叶枕头，既舒适还能改善睡眠……

另外，将普通灯泡换成节能灯，尽量步行、骑自行车或乘公交车出行，随手拔下电器插头……你看这些看似不经意的小事，都是在为“减碳”做贡献。
