我觉得最近的自己做什么事情都很不顺，上课的时候被老师点名批评，放学后又与同学发生了冲突，回家后，爸爸妈妈也对我没有一个好心情……我讲这些事情一股脑的说了出来，希望朋友能给我一些建议，或者说开导我。

而我的朋友，也不负众望的找到了我烦恼的根源——我自己。

朋友说，我上课被老师点名批评的原因是什么？因为我上课发呆，走神。我与同学发生冲突的原因是什么？因为我撞了同学，虽然当时是我的心情不好，可却连一句对不起都不说，就算是我不小心而为，但是这件事情本身就是我不对。至于我的爸爸妈妈没有好心情，则是因为我这一次的考试没有考好。

经过朋友这么一番分析，最终让我烦恼的源头轻而易举的就出来。因为我这次的考试没有考好，所有导致了我上课心不在焉，也导致了我的情绪低落，更导致了家里爸妈对我失望。

有时候，看似困恼着我们的问题很多，如若要深纠起来，源头只有一个。

我的烦恼被揪出来了，因为这次的考试我没有考好。那么接下来针对这件事情，我要做的就是将烦恼去掉，努力的在下次考试的时候，争取考出一个好成绩，这样我的这些烦恼也就不复存在了。

因为人的记忆力有选择啊，有的人天生对语言天生敏感，所以记得就快，有的人对历史敏感，记忆历史就比别人快。所以人的记忆力不能一概而论，这是我多年学习的经验，和个人理解。

第一，你不要把英语单词当成中文的象形文字来记，中文的记忆有形象关系，但是单词时无意义的字母排序，背得时候一定要理解英语的发音规律，先要记没个单词的发音，有的发音如tioneror什么的你一定发现了几个字母组合法特定的音，按发音记！

有时候宁肯先记发音！

因为有时候，你甚至能根据发音，你自己就能写出来，何必要背。其实英语的字母单词，不是很规律的，不想拼音的，但还是有一定的规律。

其实背英语单词，不能死记是真的，但是一定要持之以恒，首先要有心理准备，要有自信。

你背英语单词的时候可以边默读便用笔在一张纸上写，就是随便写一些，主要是加深印象。

我的习惯是第一次背时先写5遍/单词，隔天写3遍/单词。过一段时间再重复。这样记虽然慢，但是很扎实。

而且还要注意，背单词应该背词典，就是你背一个词的形式，比如名词，最好翻阅词典，把其他的形式也给背过。这样看起来，似乎比较费脑子，实际上我认为，这样无形中很快，因为你背单词就是要用在阅读上，这样背的话既实用又能无形中体会出英语的变形规律，以后就会背的很快乐。

英语背单词，实际取决于你已经背的单词量。
