一阵秋雨送走了一个燥热的夏，我燥热的心总算静默了下来，临窗独坐，突然有种强烈的回顾欲望。翻着厚厚一叠日记，恍惚之间，高中生活的枝枝蔓蔓在眼前不断闪过，依旧鲜嫩碧绿，如不曾被洗涮一般，想起几个月以前的日子，与以前是多么不一样，那时的树木是另一种模样，我们的欢笑是另一种滋味，太阳和天空也不同于今天，就连空气也是另一种味道。因为那时送来的是芬芳，是希望，而今天只是满心的期待，期待那即将登场的大学生活。

我的高中生活是在五中度过的，虽然与梦想中的生活相差甚远，却也让人难以忘怀，好生思念。想高一，晃悠着摇过了不识愁滋味的懵懂;高二则是颠颠的行着，收获着，欢笑着;我原本以为我的高三也会按我的想法，无畏的吹起号角，笑看六月风云。

然而，我的高三如同一场战斗，惨烈而且孤单。

一切仿佛命中注定，不可逆转，我未能让大家如愿：一年的苦心孤诣换来的只是一次补习的机会，尽管已经伤痕累累，但我只能顺其自然。阳光尚要穿越时空界限才能普照大地，种了更要吸收日月精华才能破土而出。而我错过的太多，需要弥补、积累，才能获得重生。

理所当然地我上了高四。在这曾经的校园，我努力找回自己。以后的日子疲惫而充实，最重要的是拥有一颗平常心，带着这颗平常心去完成我未完的使命，面对一张张陌生的面孔，我亦然。

相比之下，那扎根于心壤的高四的日日夜夜更让我怀念，都说补习生涯难耐，但其间的酸甜苦辣，恐怕只有亲身体会方才懂得品味：有哭，也有笑;有孤寂，也有激情;有忧虑，也不乏斗志……人生百味，尽括其中，有时甚至想，没有如此深刻的体会，是否还有那成功的无尽喜悦呢?

高考如期而至，结果有些出乎意料，却让人倍感欢欣，我如愿被录取。也就是从那一刻起，我重新睡得安稳无比。心轻了，被子也暖和起来，梦也阳光了起来。

Last week, our school held an activity to the nursing house to visit the

old people. I was so excited to be a volunteer, because it was my first time to

join such big activity. When we got there, the old people were so happy to see

the happiness they had. I thought about my grandparents, who lived in the

汽车穿过苏州城繁华的街道，在虎丘公园附近停了下来。据说这里的丘陵形如蹲虎，因此被称为"虎丘"。我和几个同学结伴进了公园，一座高高的丘陵出现在眼前，真像一头猛虎!看，前头两棵矮矮的松树下不正是猛虎竖起的耳朵吗?那圆圆的虎丘塔不正是猛虎粗粗的尾巴吗?丘陵旁边，一潭碧波在荡漾，映衬着美丽的虎丘山，犹如一幅美妙的山水画。绕过青灰色的虎丘塔，山坡上五彩缤纷的花儿争相开放，娇艳美丽，宛如含羞的少女。我们还兴致勃勃地游览了试剑石、剑池、断梁殿等名胜古迹。

游完虎丘，我们又乘车来到西园。西园可真够气派!一对威武的石狮立在大门两旁，瞪着鼓鼓的眼睛。忽然一股浓郁的檀香味儿扑鼻而来，进了正门，才看到院中横放着一只硕大的石香炉，插在炉中的一柱柱檀香正燃着，飘出缕缕青烟，给这佛门寺院笼罩上一层幽雅而肃穆的薄纱。

游了正厅，我们夹杂在人流中，一边顺着青石铺成的小径漫步，一边饱览着西园的美丽的春天。高高的槐树顶着湛蓝的天空;嫩嫩的草儿像绿色的毯子铺在地上;黄莺在歌唱，小雀在飞舞;苏醒过来的树则像个长发姑娘，迎风梳理着她那头秀美的青丝……走着走着，来到一个亭子前，那朱漆木柱，既华丽又典雅，沿着曲曲折折的走廊往前走，就是著名的罗汉堂。罗汉堂分三部分，共有泥塑全身罗汉五百尊，神态各异，栩栩如生，富有浪漫色彩。

最有趣的是第三部分，里面矗立着阴阳怪气的济公和尚。你看他，鞋儿破，帽儿破，身上的袈裟破;一把遮羞的破扇儿挡住半边脸，头上的`僧帽歪戴着，一副玩世不恭的样子。在他周围，大大小小的罗汉盘膝而坐，有的慈眉善目，有的尖嘴猴腮，有的嬉笑，有的嗔怒，活灵活现，妙趣横生。

最后，我们游览了拙政园、狮子林，这里的假山、亭子真多，还有一连串的山洞，我们在这里尽情地玩耍嬉戏。

集合的哨子吹响了，下午四点多钟，我们依依不舍地踏上了归途。

My mother is a woman of the old school. She is too conservative to keep up

Thanksgiving Day falls on the fourth Thursday of November every year. It is

the most truly American of the national Holidays in the United States. It is a

time for sharing. In the United States, it is their tradition that family

members get together for a reunion to have a traditional big dinner. On the

dinner table, people will find apples, oranges, chestnuts, walnuts and grapes.

唉，这些天在学校，总有一些恼人的事令我焦头烂额，我真想跟妈妈倾吐一下，说说我的心里话。

自从这个学期开始，雷老师就让我们“分组学习”。我们全班共三十五人，六人一小组。有一小组是五人，可这五人小组的组长又偏偏是我。我就来讲讲当这组长的烦恼吧！

烦恼一：人数问题

人家组都是六个人，只有我们组是五个人。每天看着叶谭杰旁边那个空空的位子，我真是，愁啊！

这就算了，可在人数问题上，有一个更深层的问题时常困扰着我：要是我们组其他四个是“高手”，我的这些困惑就不存在了。这四个组员里，只有许文青这个副组长让我省心，其它三个组员，唉，别提了！权钰程，扣分王兼害人精；张宇轩，虽然比权钰程安生点儿，但也不是老实人；叶谭杰，基本上啥都是原地踏步，没有进步。就是这三位“大神”，让我们组永远拿不到“优秀小组”的称号，唉！

烦恼二：组员问题

人数问题时常令我愤愤不平，可组员更让我不能安心。瞧，扣分王权钰程又因忘带数学作业被扣分了。每当有同学跟我讲我们组有同学扣分了，我表面虽然平静得很，可内心却已酝酿好批评扣分组员的话语了。当我看到那个扣分的同学时，我走过去，批评开始了：“怎么搞的？又扣分了。貌似，在我的记忆中，每次都是你扣分……”

我估计，被我批评过的组员已经受够了。（可能在他们看来，我所说的批评就是训斥）

不过，对这类事，我的看法咄咄逼人：如果不是你扣分，我还会批评你吗？

我们组如果有人扣分，他必定会在我批评他时轻声嘀咕：“我不就扣了一分嘛，多大罪孽……”

真希望我们组的组员都能变得很强，争做加分王！

水边风很大，被风掀起的水波不停地撞击着堤岸。澎湃款塞之声不绝于耳，近岸水浑远处水清，带着腥味的泡沫像一条漂浮的雪线，轻盈地颤动着，缓缓地舞着。一根枯枝斜插在浅水中，枯枝的顶端叮着一只蜻蜓，一任风浪起伏却纹丝不动。

我有点惊诧了，如此轻盈的小东西竟能在风口浪尖上岿然不定，那薄如蝉翼的翅膀竟然没有任何颤动。风的确很大，我的衣襟也在起戏劲地拌动，需要一定的阻抗才能维持身体的稳定，一只小小的蜻蜓又是如何做到如此平静的呢?

我蹲下身来好奇地观察。蜻蜓的身体确实没有任何颤动，四片轻薄的翅翼也是丝毫不动。蜻蜓的脚抓住露出水面的树枝，从浅水里伸出来的树枝应该是被水流从

泥土里淘出来的树根，一端埋在水里，一端露出水面，也是纹丝不动。水波一层一层的从远处撞过来，绵绵不绝毫不留情，结实的堤坝给予远道而来的水波以有力的

回应，一来一往之间泥土被涮洗了，水流变浑浊了，而立在枝条上的蜻蜓却依旧纹丝不动。

风水拍岸，浪花四溅，涛声如雷。蜻蜓稳稳地栖于枝头，浪花卷起于足下而不惊诧，劲风飘举而翅翼不动，默然淡然，陶然悠然，是欣赏还是在休憩我们不得而知，它那处风口浪尖而不慌乱，立波涛之上而能举轻若重的沉稳却实实在在触动了我。

举重若轻不易，举轻若重则更难。蜻蜓是如何做到的呢?根基稳则立足稳。蜻蜓立足的枝条是从泥土的长出来的树根，尽管已经枯死了，根基却深沉牢固，风浪难以撼动。立足稳固固然重要，轻飘飘的身体于风浪中纹丝不动却远不止足下稳固这么简单，得有定力，有智慧。蜻蜓直面风浪，身体与风向平行，四片薄翼与水面平行略带斜度，迎面而来的风与翼而所产生的升力经过脚爪的作用而得以调节，尽管风力不可控制但姿态调节的主动权紧紧地抓在自己手里了，只要心绪平稳应对得法，风浪又岂能奈何?

轻盈如蜻蜓却能沉稳如磐石这显然是对轻和稳之关系的一种颠覆。以蜻蜓的轻盈而能沉静于风浪之中，游戏于波涛之上，举轻若重，动则蝶舞自如，静则默然沉寂，其间的奥妙莫过于心灵的调节。物感于心，心亦动物物，事由心，心亦介于事，心静则事成，心正则行成，古人所谓养心之道在蜻蜓这里似乎也同样得以应证。

cultures every day. Hearing the blaring of horns the moment you step out of your

Many people believe so. They may put right in front of you all the

evidences they can dig out. They may argue that people are rushing to

restaurants instead of cooking at home, listening to pop music but not

people like the air of freedom, not to be restrained by traditions. They offer

this long list, only trying to confirm that this world is full of

fashion,competition and temptation and the traditional culture is fading and

Though we are now living in a world in which undeclared aggression, war,

hypocrisy, chicanery, anarchy are part of our daily life. Though this is a

skeptical age, and our faith has weakened, our confidence in some aspects of the

traditional culture should and would never be lost.

Wouldnt you agree that our traditional culture is always credited with

modesty, politeness and respectfulness, which have always been treasured for

more than five thousand years?Even in this modern world, people still admire

those with good manners, those who are polite to others or respectful to old

people.

Wouldnt you agree that our Chinese traditional music is beautiful and

artistic and our Chinese tea culture is always an appealing treasure to people

around the world?

So there may just be some changes in our lifestyle or our attitudes towards

感谢有你，我的父母。十几年来，含辛茹苦地把我养大，你们是最劳苦功高的。父母的养育之恩，父母的朝夕陪伴与关怀，对我来说永远都是我勇往直前的精神动力!每当我学习累了的时候，妈妈早已为我做好了一顿饭，爸爸也准备好了我需要的东西，你们无时无刻不在关心我、照顾我，给我一个温暖的家，在我心目中你们一直都是我的超级英雄!

感谢有你，我的老师、同学和父母。感谢从来都是说出来容易，做起来难，但是我仍想表达出来这一份感谢，让你们心也被温暖笼罩。在以后的日子里，我会继续用行动表达我对你们的感谢!

Throughout history man has changed his physical environment in order to improve his way of life. With the tools of technology he has altered many physical features of the earth. He has transformed woodlands and prairies into farms and made lakes and reservoirs out of rivers for irrigation purposes or hydroelectric power. Man has also modified the face of the earth by draining marshes and cutting through mountains to build roads and railways.

However, mans changes to the physical environment have not always had beneficial results. Today, pollution of the air and water is an increasing danger to the health of the planet. Each day thousands of tons of gases come out of the exhausts of motor vehicles. Smoke from factories pollutes the air of industrialized areas and the surrounding areas of the countryside. The pollution of water is equally harmful. The whole ecological balance of the sea is being changed and industrial wastes have already made many rivers lifeless.

Now environmental protection is more pressing than ever before. As we know, massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even poses a great threat to mans existence. Indifference to these problems will mean committing suicide. Therefore, effective measures should be taken and laws passed to conserve environment. Otherwise, man is certain to suffer from the serious consequences caused by this lack of care for his living surroundings

历史上的人改变了他的物理环境,以改善自己的生活方式。借助技术工具改变了地球的许多自然特征。他将林地和草原改造成为农田,使江河变成湖泊和水库,用于灌溉或用于水力发电。男人也修改了地球表面由高山沼泽和切断山区修建公路和铁路。

Zhang Ying is my good friend. She’s in Class1, Grade4 in Tianjiao Primary

School. She’s a model student. She’s smart and she’s helpful, too. She often

helps teachers and young students at school. She is good at Chinese, math,

English, arts and crafts, music and so on. She has a lot of hobbies. She likes

painting and drawing. And she likes listening to music, having picnics with her

parents. Oh yeah, she likes fishing, too. But she doesn’t like playing

basketball, football, table tennis or volleyball. Zhang Ying is the best friend

of mine. I like playing with her. We always work together and help each

other.
