可是对于这些如今我也只能回忆了，友谊似乎已经渐渐淡漠了。

物是人非，童年如梦。飞逝的时光中，依稀看见纯真的笑脸。可是，曾经本以为牢不可破的友谊却像脆弱的玻璃杯一般被时光打碎了。只有那固执的人儿还在捡拾着碎片，却一次次被锋利的回忆划伤。

童年如梦，我那如梦一般的金色童年，再见，又或许是再也不见了吧。

她，是大山里的孩子。中考，她考上了当地县城最好的高中，她感到非常高兴，当然，还有她的家人以及同村里的人。大家看见她都不免夸奖几句：“这娃儿这么聪明，将来一定会有出息的。”

开学的时候，她拿着新买的小灵通手机，拉着崭新的密码箱。在田间的小路上，她给家里的老黄牛告别，跟家乡的花草树木告别，跟乡邻告别。她望了望家乡的山，仍是那么的绿，她多么舍不得这里的一切啊!她多么喜欢一个人静静地呆着树林里，尽情地享受大自然的美好;她多么喜欢和小伙伴一起下田捉鱼啊;她多么喜欢和朋友一起在雨后上山捡蘑菇……这些情节，平常看来都微不足道。今天，她想起却是这么珍贵。

她背着书包走在前面，父亲提着箱子走在后面。一路上，乡邻都笑着嘱托着：“要好好学习，以后考个好大学。”她也笑着应着：“嗯!”她走了，带上了众多乡邻和家人的嘱托与期望，也带上了她要考大学的决心。

到了学校，父亲把她安排了一下就回家了。留下她一个人在学校里，她看了看学校里的设施，有电脑室，图书馆和塑胶跑道等，这些都是她原来学校没有的。她心里暗暗地想：等我有钱了，我也要把母校变成这样。

开学的时候，她发现他和同学们的话题不一样，她难以融入其他同学的世界，渐渐地，她变得沉默寡言，她感到很自卑，于是她总爱一个人呆呆地伫立窗前，望着远方的大山，看着天空中散落的白云，回忆着她在大山里的一切一切，无法自拔。她越是思念在大山里的日子，她就越感到与现在多么格格不入。

上课时，她也静不下心。第一次月考成绩下来了，她考得很差，她想起了乡邻的嘱托和期望，她哭了。她想给父亲打电话，但又害怕父亲的担心，但强烈地思家使她顾不了那么多了。她掏出了手机，拨通了家里的电话，电话那头传来了父亲的声音，不知道为什么，她哭了，她想把这里的一切都告诉父亲，但她却什么也说不出，哭了一会儿后，她才意识到这样会让父母更加担心，她只好擦干眼泪强笑着哽咽地问道：“爸，你们还好吧?”电话那头的父亲似乎什么都明白了，安慰她说：“别人有的我们也会有。”她牢牢地把这句话记在了心里。

在后来的学习中，她开始逆袭。每节课她都认认真真地学习，作业也很认真地完成。至于她付出了多大的努力，只有夜晚陪伴她的星星知道。她就像干燥的海绵，吸取水分汲取知识。老师和同学都发现她变了，她变得积极了，开始参加各种课外活动，热情大方地和同学交流。

期末的时候，她考到班上前几名，老师为她戴上大红花时，她的自卑感顿时完全消散，满满的幸福感如同大海席卷一般，向她涌了过来，将她包围。她心里默默地对自己说：“你们能做到的，我也能做到，我并不比你们差。”

回到家里，她过了一个愉快的寒假。她又走了，众乡邻仍是笑着嘱托她。她又带上了逆袭的决心。

时间，静静地流淌，山里娃在一点点逆袭，他们终将会和城里的孩子一样。

我们相信逆袭一定会创造奇迹!

但我终究做不了青蛙，也没有这么喜欢的古井。于是，我爱上了东边的窗台和窗外的风景。

窗外有一座小竹山，很挺拔，温顺地坐在那里。山上的竹枝摇曳，给她娴静迷人的气质增添了一点魅力。记得在这个房子里打下基石的时候，我曾经以设计师的姿态对父亲说：“我要靠着竹山的房间，用线把南竹的枝桠拿到我的窗前，成为窗帘。一定很美!”还记得爸爸答应我做这个竹帘，我还没拿到。看着父亲整天早出晚归的疲惫身影，我决定不说话了。就在梦里，我会听到窗外竹叶的低语。

东山窗外微风习习，萨沙武贾西奇低语入梦。

东窗外的风景很安静，不像经常呼啸而过客厅窗户的嘈杂的汽车。它总能让我年轻浮躁的心平静下来，细细聆听后山泉水中“丁咚”的旋律，凝视空中的昆虫，无忧无虑地翩翩起舞，有时还能欣赏到雨下时玻璃做的鼓奏出的不知名的音乐。

在这个春天，我总是推开玻璃，让房间充满大自然的气息。妈妈说每年这个时候到处都是虫子，不要乱开门窗。相反，我高兴地拍着手说：“正好!我要看蝴蝶跳舞，让小昆虫和我一起睡!”有一天，我在整理衣服的时候，发现衣服上有一条毛毛虫，让我毛骨悚然，吓得我大叫。我妈迷茫的跑上楼，看到了我的狼狈，看到了毛毛虫。她无奈地说：“你只适合活在幻想里。”

活在幻想中?要是这样就好了，我在现实和幻想的边缘徘徊，在爱情和痛苦的边缘挣扎。

星夜里，我静静地坐在窗前，看着窗外漆黑的夜幕。它就像一个无底的深渊，神秘而可怕。我知道，此时，时间正舞动着翅膀，在未知的时候迅速溜走。昨天，我沉浸在沮丧的冬天的悲伤中。今天，草长了，莺飞了。明天呢?我不确定。时间是一个神秘而狡猾的家伙。

闲暇时，我总是趴在窗前，还幻想着我的竹叶窗帘和美丽的蝴蝶，还傻傻地想着，我生日那天，朋友送了我1001只纸鸽，然后我把它们一只一只地挂在窗前，那会是一幅美丽的“纸鸽窗帘”。风一吹，他们就随着风铃清脆的旋律起舞。

我真的想在这个迷人的地方呆一辈子，永远不离开。但我妈不高兴了，轻轻骂了我一句：“你看看你，老窝在家，像井底之蛙，出去走走，透透气。”哦，终于有人说我长得像青蛙了。我真的很了解我妈妈。我甚至知道我梦想成为一只青蛙。

外面有什么好看的?灰尘和噪音很烦人!只有这扇属于我的窗和窗外的风景才是我灵魂的居所。虽然小，但是很美。

1.进一步加强理论学习，更新教学理念，抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，本学期要学习有关有效教学资料以及改进评价内容和评价方法的资料，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2.进一步落实与深化教学常规，聚焦常态课堂，打造高效课堂。按计划上好公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点来实现高效课堂。同时，带领大家力求做到有效备课、有效上课、有效作业、有效培优补差，鼓励成员充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3.加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组本学期至少活动五次以上，时间固定，围绕主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高全组成员的业务水平和教育教学能力。

4.初三备考是重中之重，加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《中考说明》、《导引》和中考试卷分析材料，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读、写作和应试能力的训练，力争顺利打响中考第一仗，争创中考英语成绩新辉煌。

5.加强科研文化建设，让研究成为习惯。研究能改变教师的生存状态，努力创设研究文化。本学期积极响应学校的科教研活动，开展一系列有关有效备课专题的活动：听说课的有效备课、阅读课的有效备课、复习课的有效备课。

6.继续建设本学科的资源库。建立学科的资源库，确实是一个利人利己的好举措。不断地添入新的资源，不断优化和建设资源库。

7.继续开展多样的学生活动，吸引学生的眼球,使学生更关注英语学习，营造有利于学生健康成长的学习环境。

总之，在校长室、教研室的带领下，我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。
