A boy lives near my house and I never know his name. Every day, he will

bring some food to the homeless dogs and cats. Sometimes when I am passing

through, I see what he does. He is so kind that I decide to make friends with

him. He is talkative and have a lot of funny things to share. What a lovely

When I go to school, I find my classmates are talking about something, so I

ask my friend when they are talking. He tells me that there is a rumor about our

headmaster. Everybody is gossiping about it. I am very curious and talk to a lot

since last summer, i have written to my pen pal, seda, who lives in turkey.

i became acquainted with her when i went to england for a study tour.

we stayed with the same family, and she was my roommate and classmate as

well. sometimes we went to the movies together after dinner. seda is very easy

to get along with. i will always remember the two weeks i spent with her. we

didnt forget each other and kept writing to each other after we returned home.

although i havent seen her again since i left england, i still know how she is

through letters, cards and photographs. seda tells me her secrets and also

I am so grateful about the things I have, such as the love from my parents

and my friends. They always stand by my side when I have troubles. So I can grow

When autumn comes, our school will hold the sports meeting. I will be very

excited about the big event. I like to play basketball, so I join the basketball

team and fight for the classs honor. All the students cheer for their class and

the atmosphere is so lively. As we are young, we feel the great energy and enjoy

Chinese New Year is really a big festival. People will have the holiday to

stay with their families. No matter where they work, all they want to do is to

A year has slipped away from our laughter between our eyes, and we should say goodbye to you. Although we only wanted to work for a short year, you left me a deeper impression than the foreign teacher who taught me for five years.

I used to think that Chinese class is a boring thing, but since I know you, I like Chinese class.

First of all, I think you love to encourage classmates. When I answer questions in class, if the answer is right, you will look at me with happy eyes and ask me to make persistent efforts. If I got it wrong, you encouraged me with a gentle voice and spoke to the whole class about my problem. Whether I am right or wrong, I feel happy.

Secondly, I think you are very earnest and meticulous in doing things.
