If the sky filled with smoke, the earth vegetation and so on, this is the people of the modern society of it? No, no, it is the irony of history, this is the tragedy of mankind.

People live on earth, to survive, to develop, first of all have to rely on the earth, by mountains and water, there are grassland nature of the forest. But some people mistakenly believe that nature is inexhaustible treasures, so deforestation and species, dried Ze and fishing, and even by the natural punishment and not know. Year after year, the forest into a barren hills, oasis into a desert, resulting in the world every year, 2,000 hectares of farmland was swallowed by the desert. So go after a few years, the earth will be all occupied by the desert green, our children and grandchildren will not survive! A few years ago, the rural package to the household, coax the mountain into the wind, Chinas Wuchuan County, a township of nearly 2,000 acres of fir forest, cut in a week for the ground. 人们喜欢把现代化比作宏伟的大厦，那么这座凝聚着高度精神文明和物质文明的大厦应矗立在怎样的环境之中呢?如果天空烟雾弥漫，大地草木枯败等等，这是人们心中的现代化社会吗?不，不是，这是历史的讽刺，这是人类的悲剧。

人生活在地球上，要生存，要发展，首先就得靠地球，靠有山有水，有森林有草原的大自然。可是有人误以为大自然是取之不尽，用之不竭的宝库，于是毁林而种，竭泽而渔，连连受到自然的惩罚而不自知。年复一年，森林变成了荒丘，绿洲沦为沙漠，致使世界上每年有2000公顷农田被沙漠吞噬。这样下去经过若干年，地球上的绿地将全部被沙漠侵占，我们的子孙将无法生存!前些年，农村包产到户后，哄砍山林成风，我国务川县一个乡的近2000亩杉木林，在一周之内被砍为平地。听到这个消息，我头疼，我愤怒，这样做的农民太愚昧，太自私。还有很多正在干着类似务川的贻害子孙的事情：任滚滚浓烟弥漫天空，让高分贝的噪音刺激人的神经。

对此，我们应该深思。现代化社会使我们生活得更美好，现代科学也已充分揭示了环境保护的重要性。每个正直的公民，都应具备这样的历史眼光和忧患意识：要把我国建成一个理想的现代化强国，必须做到发展经济与保护环境同步，实现经济发展效益与社会效益的统一。

事实也是这样，几年前，大连污染严重，经过一系列的保护措施后，不仅使市容面目美观了，还带来了良好的经济效益，外商投资，中外合作等等，因此让大连成为现代化的大都市。

让我们伸出自己的双手，来保护自己的家乡，来建设自己的家乡吧。

We want to hold a green Olympic Games ,so everyone should do something useful to protect the environment ,whether it is big or small.

我们要举办一个绿色奥运，每个人都应该做些无论是大或小的有用的事来保护环境。

We should do something to stop people from doing bad things to the environment .We should put rubbish into dustbins instead of throwing it about. Everyone must care for flowers ,grass and tress in public .We shound collect things like paper ,plastic bags our neighborhood as well ,it’s necessary to plant more trees every year .

我们应该做些什么来阻止人们对环境做一些不好的事情。我们应该把垃圾放进垃圾箱而不是直接扔了，每个人都必须爱护公共场所的花，草，树木。我们应该收集社区的一些像纸，塑料袋的东西，每年种植更多的树是必要的。

It is everyone’s duty to make our neighborhood much better with our hands minds .Let’s make a contribution to protecting the environment and the Plympic Games successfully.

用我们的双手和头脑使我们的社区变得更好是我们每一个人的职责。让我们为保护环境做贡献，祝奥运会成功。

Do you know what kind of animal I like most? It’s monkey. Monkey is a kind of lovely animal.

Many people like monkeys very much. Generally, monkey has small body covered with fur. Some kinds of monkeys have two big eyes and ears and a long tail. I can see them on TV or the zoo.

Every time I go to the zoo, I will go to see them.

Monkeys often stay in trees and jump between them. They are so lively and favorable. When they are happy, they will act for visitors. It’s very funny.
