Country and western music lies close to the heart of many Americans. This style originated among country folks in the southern and western United States. Country music tells down-to-earth stories about love and lifes hardships. Guitars, banjos and violins——also known as fiddles——give country music its characteristic sound. The home of country music is Nashville, Tennessee——Music City U.S.A. Country music even has its own theme park called "Opryland" where you can enjoy music shows and fun rides. "The Grand Ole Opry," the oldest radio show in the United States, broadcasts country music live from Opryland every weekend.

Jazz music, developed by African-Americans in the late 1800s, allows performers to freely express their emotions and musical skill. Instead of just playing the melody, jazz musicians improvise different tunes using the same chords. The peak of jazz music came in the 1920s, known as "The Jazz Era." This period produced musicians like Louis Armstrong, Benny Goodman and Duke Ellington. These musicians later created the "big band" sounds of the 1930s. Different styles of jazz developed in different cities, such as New Orleans, Chicago, New York and Kansas City. Composer George Gershwin brought jazz into the world of classical music with pieces like "Rhapsody in Blue."

As it happens, my home downstairs is no. 307 to raise a few chickens. Every day, we pass these chicks are partial his head to see us.

The chicken body furry and cute. A yellow feathers like wearing a yellow dress. The chicken has a pair of sharp mouth. Round eyes also pretty mentally?

I dont see their ears, but the chicken could not have no ears. If no ears, that we walk past, how they head, look at us with a partial?

The animal is the friend of our human beings. We live in the same earth. Animals and human beings can’t be separated from each other. But some animals are getting less and less. So it’s necessary for us to protect animals, especially wild animals. Some people kill wild animal because of money. It’s illegal. Beside, because of the development of society, human needs more space to live in, so we explore the forest. Animals have less space to live in. The number of wild animals decreases year by year. It’s high time to take actions to protect wild animals.

Animals Need Protecting

There are more and more endangered animals at present，so how to protect them has been our task of top priority 。 Its wrong for people to hunt animals for their meat and feather，for they are our good friends。We should protect them instead of killing them。Giant pandas，which are one of the endangered animals，live in the forests and live on bamboo lealves。They can just live safely in the natural protection zones。We should stop killing animal and protect them。

Many wild animals are facing the danger of extinction， because the environment that they are living in has changed greatly。 For example， with the developmet of cities， the using of insecticide and serious pollution， their living areas have become narrowcr and narrower。 Many of the wild animals， now are confronted with food crisis。 At the same time， man is killing off species just for getting their fur， skin， horns， teeth and meat。

In order to protect our resources of ecology， people should realize that the loss of any species is at least the loss of source of knowledge and a source of natural beauty。 There fore， measures of the following should be taken： pollution standards are made to keepdown poisons; killing off certain rare species is prohibited; national parks should be set up as wild life， reserves。

Only if we human beings take some drastic measures can wild animals be preserved。

We are the seem with you, even though we come from Zi Yang. Both of us love our hometown deeply.. However, compared with you, we seemingly posses more nativist sentiments（乡土情节）。 Because we listen to the folk songs, sing the tea songs and drink the selenium-rich tea（富硒茶）every day from childhood. From now on, I would also take some teas no matter where I go.

In the past, our anscestors were creating their own happiness on this land when they were in poor conditions, such as traffic inconvenience, economy undevelopment and information impediment.In recent times, our flagstones are sold to America, Canada and Japan; our teas and drugs have influencing many people’s daily-life; our money orages(金钱橘) have win universal praise, and, this year, Yan Chang Contium(延长集团) has invest 400 billions to our hometown—Shuang Qiao, wich would cause great change to it. The bright future let us love our hometon very much undoubtely. I don’t know what way I should use to introduce our hometown properly to you. I’m afraid of stainning the beaty of it because of my valgurism and superficiality, so that it may give you a bad impression.
