业和就业带来的无谓的损失，他们必须在创业和就业之前积累更多的创业精神、创业经验、创业资源和创业资金，才能激发创业潜能，并在今后的创业历程中真正把创业当做可持续的事业来做。这样的事业的起点必须有其奠基石，那就是全面完善的创业培训。如果把创业培训在大中专院校中大力普及，那么这将是培育大量创业的种子选手，是一件功德无量的好事，不但可以为缓解就业压力寻找出路，也为创业者群体增添生力军。
