四、依法生产，主动作为

各行各业生产经营者，是大气污染防治的责任主体，应主动履行社会责任，防污减排，尤其是在重污染天气预警期间，要坚决落实各项应急措施，最大限度减少排放。

五、禁烧禁燃，减少污染

抵制露天烧烤，减少油烟排放，不焚烧垃圾、秸秆、树叶、杂草，不燃放烟花爆竹;推广使用清洁能源，抵制劣质散煤，尤其是实现“气代煤”“电代煤”的区域，严禁使用散煤，市大外环以内散煤“清零”。

六、加强宣传，勇于监督
