有一次，我和妈妈一起到一家超市去买东西。一走进超市，我迫不及待地奔向了卖零食的地方，挑起零食来。超市里的东西可真多哪!看得我眼花缭乱。我随手拿起一包冰雪杨梅正准备放进购物篮里，这时后，妈妈走了过来，和蔼地对我说：“楠楠，这东西不卫生，还是别买了吧!”“好，我不买了，妈妈!”“走，我们买别的东西去!”妈妈牵着我的手向卖牛奶的地方走去。来到了卖牛奶的地方，我兴高采烈地奔了过去，拿起了一袋酸奶放在篮子里，妈妈拿过来前后瞧了一瞧，突然眼睛一亮，对我说：“楠楠，你看，这里保质期是14天，它已经过期了，吃了对人身体不好，换一袋吧!”妈妈又拿起一袋酸奶看了看，说：“拿这袋吧，这袋没过期，你瞧!”“哦，我知道了，以后我会记住的!”我附合着。我们又到了卖牛肉干的地方。这里的牛肉干可真多呀，各式各样的，我看着就垂涎三尺。我挑了一袋大包的牛肉干拿在手里，妈妈一看这牌子，就摇摇头，说：“楠楠，这种牌子不好，上回不是电视上说，这牌子不卫生，不要去买，你忘了吗?”“哦!”我惭愧地点了点头。我又拿了一袋上面标着“绿色食品”的牛肉干，放进了购物篮。妈妈看了微笑着点点头。下面，我们又去了卖火腿肠的地方，这回，我不再犯以前的错误，这些要求我都看了一遍，这才把火腿肠放进了篮子。

这次购物，我懂得了许多道理。我们买东西要看好生产日期，和牌子，还要看它是不是绿色食品，不要买三无食品，要注意食品安全， 还要预防“病从口入”，不要让细菌进入体内呦!

一个阳光明媚的早晨，太阳照射大地，阳光照射着每一棵树、每一只花、每一片树叶、每一株绿草……每一个人。今天，我要去拜访我的大自然朋友。

我背上背包，来到山上，天上飘着一层薄薄的雾，小草在微微的向我点头，好像是再夸赞我。

突然，传出了一阵阵歌声，是谁在哪里唱歌呀？原来是我的好朋友——可爱的小麻雀，它的声音真动听呀！让我情不自禁的停下脚步，耐心的听它唱上一曲。

风轻轻的吹过树林，树都在向我热情地招手，我坐在大树下，静静地听着树们沙沙的吟诗。

在树下，我低头看着这片湿润的土地，接着我看到一群黑色的点点。那是什么？我仔细一看，是我的一群蚂蚁朋友，它们行色匆匆的搬运着食物，我仿佛看到了蚂蚁们找到食物时的笑容。

正午时分，太阳照射到树叶上，叶子像打了一层蜡一样油亮亮的，漂亮极了。

我躺在草的上，望着湛蓝的天空，几朵白云悠然飘过。我享受着阳光的沐浴，迷迷糊糊的睡着了。

我醒来时已经是下午了，我刚站起来，就听见“叮咚，叮咚”的声响我顺着声音走去，原来是我的朋友小溪，我捧起溪水洗了个脸，溪水真清凉啊！天黑了下去，我要回家了，我挥手告别了朋友们，回家了。

朋友，这个词，大家一定不陌生吧？当然，我也有许多朋友，有好朋友，也有坏朋友。今天，我要把那些坏朋友逐出朋友圈！

我有一个坏朋友，名叫发呆，看似这个朋友杀伤力不是很大，但它时不时就出来恶整我一下，可把我害苦了。为此，我和发呆战斗了好长一段时间。记得有一次下课，我正在做数学课堂作业，但是被一道题卡住了，正当我绞尽脑汁思考时，发呆趁我防备疏忽时，来进攻了！可惜，这一仗，我输了。突然，只听我后面传来一句：章缪凝，我不理你了！这会儿，我可是丈二和尚——摸不着头脑。一问，才知道，原来，我后面的同学要问我一道题，一连叫了我三遍，我都没应声，所以，她就不理我了。唉，都是发呆惹的祸，发呆，我要和你绝交！

再说我的另一个坏朋友——贪玩。这个贪玩啊，杀伤力比发呆强多了，来打扰我时，一般都在放学，一出校门，就想到昨天没看到的动画，看了一半的漫画，还有鞋柜上的那个鸡毛毽看到我就向我打招呼，做作业的念头彻底抛到脑后了。为了防止它来进攻，我给自己下了规定：做完作业才能玩，否则，杀无赦！这招还真管用，嘿，这一仗，我赢！

爱乱花钱先生，我不但要和你绝交，我还要灭了你！看，这是我在和爱乱花钱先生宣战呢，我们俩，常常打成平局。章缪凝，我们今天晚上要去超市，你去不去啊？妈妈在问我，要去！一听到超市这两个字，刚才还软绵绵没力气的我，立马就精神百倍，没办法，谁叫我遗传了老妈爱购物的基因呢！一到欧尚，我迫不及待地拿了推车，直奔零食区，什么薯片，妙脆角，呀土豆通通都装进了我的推车里，老妈发话了，家里不是有薯片吗？怎么还买啊？不同口味的。你喜欢吃妙脆角吗？我没看见你吃过呀？没关系的，试试口味嘛，试试更健康！就这样，我们老妈你言我一语地打起了口水战，最后，口水战，我胜出。但是，我和爱乱花钱先生的战争，我输了

轮到坏朋友里的大将——紧张化出场了，这个坏朋友呀，杀伤力可不是一般人能承受得起的，不过，跟它打仗，需要耐心和自信这两样宝物。每次音乐课，老师叫我唱歌时，它都会出现，害我平时唱得好好的歌曲一时间又找不到调了，唉，这场仗，还需要好好打

看来和我的坏朋友绝交还是一场任重而道远的战争，但是我相信，总有一天，我要和我所有的坏朋友说BYE-BYE！
