一、总则：

1、坚持每一天，充分利用一切可以利用的时间学英语。没有持之以恒的学习和大量的时将做保障，一切都是空谈。

(一)听力：

1、除周末外，每天晚上10：00——12：00听写一篇五分钟左右的短文。着重听力后的分析过程。

2、早晚都随身带MP3，一有空闲时间就反复听这篇短文，直到听烂为止。

3、周末看一部外国电影，复习就内容，检查一周来的学习计划执行情况。

4、重视精听，听无数遍。

(二)口语：

1、朗读并努力复述听写的短文。

2、每天坚持张嘴说，每周参加英语角。

3、注意在朗读过程中纠正发音。

(三)阅读：

1、每周阅读一份英语报纸。

2、每次整理笔记。

(四)写译：

1 中等程度的同学

课文模仿背诵法

纵观近几年的中考，与课本直接相关的内容占了很大比例，在阅读和完型两项中更是多次出现课本原文。所以，把握好课本对大多数中等程度的同学至关重要。到了中考复习的冲刺阶段，不少老师会要求同学把课本中的重点课文背诵下来，我们何不现在就动手?但是机械的背诵效果不好，课文模仿背诵法一定要在模仿课文录音的前提下进行，才能发挥最大功效。

具体来说，同学可以借来初三上册的课本和录音带，每个模块的Unit1的对话由于开学上课时要做听力，可以不看，我们只需模仿背诵Unit2。比如说Module1 Unit2中的The greatest wonder of the natural world，我们打开录音机，先听第一句：When I arrived, it was early morning and it was raining. 然后进行模仿，注意语调和节奏以及连读，而后再将录音带倒回，再次模仿。如果你以前没有模仿朗读的习惯，那你至少需要将这一个句子模仿5到6遍，长句子需要10遍以上。实际上，当你把一个句子模仿得惟妙惟肖时，这个句子已经印在你脑子里了。所以要想将一篇200到300字的文章模仿背诵下来，需要2到3个小时的时间，只有在假期中我们才有这样整块的时间来完成此项工作。

你可能会觉得这样太麻烦了，不如做几道单选来得轻松。但如果你想在英语上快速、有实质性的飞跃，非此法不可。当你模仿时，你不妨想想那些电视里的模仿秀明星，他们无非是模仿一些特点鲜明的人物，难度大大低于模仿英语的录音带，咱们在进行一种更高级的模仿秀。当你的注意力集中于模仿语音语调时，就会忽略机械背诵的痛苦。模仿的过程恰恰就是打磨的过程，这样背下来的文章即使一段时间后内容记不清了，但模仿打磨时留下的语感却永远丢不了。如果你坚持这样做，会发现自己做单选完型的正确率大大提高，以前不断用语法规则分析还做错的题，现在自然而然地就能做对。

更重要的是，经过不断模仿锻炼出来的完美发音，会让人刮目相看，成为你一生学习英语的永恒动力。

2 基础稍差的同学 单词识记朗读法

对于英语基础薄弱的同学，困难集中体现在单词量不够，单选中的句子看不懂，更别提完型、阅读乃至综合填空了。所以，针对这种情况，我们要做的是温故而不是知新。

这样识记单词可以按照模块进行，然后为了巩固单词，再把前面这个模块的课文大声朗读3到5遍，在这个过过程中加深对单词的理解记忆，可以每天进行一到两个模块的内容。

如果你能在开学之前将前四册的单词混个“脸儿熟”，那么你在初三的英语学习中将感到前所未有的轻松，并逐渐体会到阅读的快乐。

3 水平较高的同学 报纸杂志快速朗读法

对于这样的同学来说，课本的内容不会给他们造成困难，也无法满足他们的胃口。所以，假期给他们提供了一个进行“野蛮的原始积累”，从而达到“迅速扩张，建立霸权”的契机。

英语水平较高的同学，记忆新单词对于他们来说不费吹灰之力。他们可以选取一些难度较高、生词量较多的报纸杂志上的文章，进行大声、快速的朗读。

比方说，可以订一份China Daily，将上面头版头条的文章或是自己感兴趣的报道反复朗读，一定要达到快速不停顿的朗读，这样才有练习的效果;生词可以积累在单词本上。

1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

作为一名教师，应该审时度势，做终身学习的典范。唯有如此，我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养，充实知识，提高本领，胜任工作，充分发挥模范带头作用。否则，我们就会落后于时代，就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

通过本次紧张而短暂的培训，让我品尝到了一顿最丰富、最美味、最营养、最有价值的“知识文化大餐”。我要重新审视自己，作为一名年轻的小学英语教师，我要不断的学习，不断的提高自己的专业知识与技能，不断的充实自己，找到自己的人生价值，在教学中通过自身的素养来感染学生，让学生从心底里信服老师。同时在今后的教育教学工作中我要努力实践、开拓创新，积极将本次培训所学的经验及方法运用到教育教学中，不断提高自身教育教育水平。同时，在这里还要感谢学校领导能给我这样一个学习的机会，在今后的工作中我会努力实践、勇于开拓，为我校的小学英语教育事业尽一份自己的力量。

Until now I’m not sure if I really have interest in teaching, although I, as a free normal student, am supposed to be a teacher in the future. i spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. i used to run about every day in previous  summer vacations， but this summer vacation i simply could not afford to do so. i would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. though those examinations were still a year away， i had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things i had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. at first i was rather dismayed at the thought of this， but later i thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer i could count on  endless happy summers to e. with this in mind i then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. i was not at all bored by this kind of life， for i was sustained by a hope.

The new term will begin again. I worked out a new semester plan with my mom and dad. Lets see how I plan it.

On the Chinese side, I decided to read an hour after class every day and read an extracurricular book one week to increase my extracurricular knowledge and expand my knowledge. I also decided to read a composition class to improve my composition to an ideal level. In the course of Chinese, I have to take an active part in speaking and publish my own understanding and ideas.

In math, I think Im strong in this area, but I still have to work hard. This semester, I will continue to learn the number of the Olympiad class, improve the number of mathematical abilities. I decided to stick to the 5 Olympiad exercises every day and win the two prize for this years competition. We should listen carefully to the math class, do not speak small words, and also take an active part in speaking.

Computer is my favorite aspect. I have the greatest interest in it. So I raised with my dad earlier this semester that I would like to take part in computer class learning and learn webpage making. And try to control the time of playing computer games as far as possible, and do not affect the learning.

English is my weakness, and Im most tired of it. My mother gave me an English class in Cambridge. I should also read more, remember English words more, and strive for some progress in English.

On the sports side, Im going to train the devil and go outdoor every day after dinner, play badminton, play football, and so on. At home in the evening, we should exercise more, do dumb bells, and sit up and so on. I have to get up early in the morning, the best run and do exercises. Its best to report a track and field team.

The plan is done. But Dad asked me skeptical to the right, "can you do this?" I affirmative answer, "yes! Do it! I must finish the plan!"
