一、开局的打法

在多人的比赛中，不可能每次都和你的队友离得很近，因此，在没摸清对手实力的情况下，尽快地把自己和队友的路打通，虽然有时会被别人抱怨，说你抢自己人东西，但其实在中期的决战阶段，还是行之有效的。像古时军队打仗那样，前线的作战要有后勤的支援才行。假使你不幸地被水球困住，至少还有队友可以迅速地将你救活。一旦打通了路线，你不但可以更快地和队友分享道具，还能以人数的优势来迅速歼灭你周围的对手;有些配合的好的玩家，可以让其中一人拖住对手，让队友更安全地增强自己的实力。

二、以多打少

当我方以3v1的优势领先时，看着对方一次次狡猾地逃脱了我方的轰炸，最后居然被板平或被敌人逐个击破，是不是很恼火。先别急着向你队友发火，想想自身的配合失误吧。在有利的情况下，大家并不需要想着如何迅速地歼灭对方，而采取胡乱放雷的方式，这样非但炸不死人，还会伤及自己的队友。你的队友不但要顾及敌人的水球，还要想着躲闪你的水球，这样岂不是更加混乱?在有优势人数的时候，考虑的是要将对手围困在一处，而不要让他满屏幕瞎跑。我们可以设想一下，泡泡堂中一共只有4个方向：上下左右，无论你怎么跑，都只有4个方向，敌人一般逃跑的方向都是广阔的区域，因此，可以让一位技术较好的人与他周旋，其他人可以摸清他的撤退路线，在加以歼灭，直至对手被困死，就算他躲进了死胡同，采取了保命的战法：放一棵雷，逃，再出来放一棵雷，逃的方法，也不必急，毕竟我们有人数优势，让一位队友进去和他同归于尽，这招虽然很损，但是我就经常这样死于非命-_-!!

三、以少打多

这个方法其实很难，而且要有相当的默契性，没有纯熟的操控技巧是很难达到的。因为讲的是团队配合，所以我以2v4来举例。我方在这种极为不利的情况下，随时可能被对方夹击而阵亡，在这种时候，有一颗平常心极为重要。因为要吃掉对方，无疑只能用各个击破的方法，冷静地判断对手的阵形，优先攻击那些负责断后的、切断我方撤退路线的人。在对方人数占优的情况下，必定会派出1-2人来负责卡位等等，不要犹豫了，以我们2个人的优势击跨他，再回过头来和对方正面进攻;想必这是对方正在改变策略，那是我们反败为胜的转折点，进攻吧。

四、与交通工具的配合

慢乌龟被大家公认为最差的道具，其实我也这么想，但一个偶然的机会，我发现了一个利用慢龟来战胜对手的方法。在骑上慢龟时，敌人对你的警戒心至少下降一半(这是当然的，一个人和一个龟比，怎么看都是人厉害)但是，慢有慢的好处，敌人对你的布雷及到达时间的判断至少会重新估算，打对手一个时间差也是一个行之有效的办法。

在看到飞艇时我并不建议大家立即坐上去，第一，万一是个坏的，还给你浪费时间。第二，坐上飞艇后，就不能吃道具。所以大家要在自己有足够泡泡和水柱时再坐。

Some effective measures must be taken to slove this problem. The major cause for traffic accidents is people’s lack of safety awareness. Completing a safety driving education course is a very important way to reduce the number of traffic accidents. The key point for this issue is people’s awareness towards safety. It is a long-term goal rather than a single course for safety driving. The best way to solve the troubles is that we all abey the traffic rules. First, we cant get through red light and must observe traffic order. Secondly, tell our relatives not drive after drinking. Then, we should be care about road damage and inform relevant departments to solve the problems early. Finally, an active part in social activities, protect our order society! Another measure is improving the traffic condition by add traffic signal and other traffic safety facilities。Only when everybody takes traffic safety as their own business, can we achive safe driving and walking on road.

Let me tell you a little about my lifestyle.

I often eat fruit and vegetables. Apples and oranges are my favorites. I love junk food, too, and I eat it three or four times a week. I sleep less than seven hours ever day. I often feel sleepy. I brush my teeth once a day. I run in the morning, and play ping-pong after school. In my free time, I enjoy surfing the Internet. On weekends, I often go to the movies with my friends.

For example, scientists, researchers, and even computer programmers must collaborate to establish common goals, coordinate efforts, and meet time lines. Moreover, the kinds of people attracted to these jobs in the first place are likely to be motivated by a sense of common purpose rather than by individual ambition.

In other types of jobs individual competition, tenacity, and ambition are the keys to productivity. For example, a commissioned salespersons compensation, and sometimes tenure and potential for promotion as well, is based on comparative sales performance of coworkers. Working as competitors a firms individual salespeople maximize productivity-in terms of profit--both for themselves and for their finn. Key leadership positions also call, above all, for a certain tenacity and competitive spirit. 一心只为自己而缺少团队精神的人应该为蚂蚁的英勇行为感到汗颜!我们当然具有团队精神，但不是人人都具有这种精神。团队精神要求它的每一个团队成员，紧密地团结在团队的旗帜下，为着团队的生存、发展和荣誉，奋力拼搏，以至不惜牺牲自己宝贵的生命。蚂蚁的团队精神也许是天生的本能，但人的团队精神文明却是可以培养的。让人人都有团队意识，人人都全身心地维护团队，是我们思想政治工作的一项重要任务。团队小到一个班级，一个学校，大到一个国家，如果人人都能发扬光大团队精神，又何愁院校不兴，国家不强呢?

团队精神是指一种团结一致，互帮互助，为了一个共同的目标坚毅奋斗到底的精神。一个民族要发展要强盛，必须要有一种民族精神作为支撑。同样，作为一个班级、一个学校要发展，要提高，也必须要有一种团队精神作为支撑。

可见，团队合作与智囊团原则的不同之处在于：前者针对的是一个组织的全体成员，出发点在于调动团队成员中各方的努力，但这些努力未必都具有明确目标和相互和谐;而后者针对的则是直接参与咨询、决策和领导的少数智囊团成员，并以这些成员之间的明确目标、以及相互和谐为重要因素?出发点在于充分激发全体成员的智慧，并将这种智慧汇集成一股实现目标的合力。

虽然团队合作会产生力量，但这种力量的凝聚只是一时的现象还是具有永久性，这就必须视激发合作的动机而定了。若成员之间的合作是以自愿性的动机为基础时，那么，在此动机消失之前，团队合作必然会产生持久性的力量。

真正的团队合作必须以别人"心甘情愿与你合作"作为基础，而你也应该表现出你的合作动机，并对合作关系的任何变化抱着警觉的态度。团队合作是一种永无止境的过程，虽然合作的成败取决于各成员的态度，但是，维系成员之间的合作关系却是你责无旁贷的工作。

要想激发团队的合作精神，前提条件是要先组织一个好的团队。好的团队决不是随随便便凑合在一起的乌合之众，而是为实现一个共同的目标，按照必备的条件，经过严格的挑选而组织起来的精干的团体。所以，确定团队成员的特质，组织一个好的团队，乃是激发团队合作精神的关键和起点。

按照上述条件，挑选团队成员，这里要特别注意：一定要做到坚持条件，宁缺毋滥。

你要与团队的每一个成员紧密合作，直到整个团体都能紧密合作为止;

分析每一个成员完成工作的动机，研究他们的迫切需要，针对他们的动机和需要，付给他们应得的利益，在不影响团队发展的前提下，尽可能让他们多得一点;

订出明确的集会时间和地点，讨论计划，执行计划，否则就注定会失败;
