thanked him again and again. Then they went on walking home.

I am a student from X X Middle School in China. My name is Li Ming. I was very sorrowful when I learned from TV that SpShuttle Columbia broke up during re-entry and seven astronauts all lost their lives. You have lost your lovely sons arid daughters. You must be very grieved. However, you must also be proud of your children, because they have done great contributions to space projects. So please restrain your sorrow.

一个外企招聘白领职员，吸引了不少人前去应聘。应聘者中有本科生，也有研究生，他们头脑聪明、博学多才，是同龄人中的佼佼者。

聪明的董事长知道，这些学生有渊博的知识做后盾，书本上的知识是难不倒他们的，于是，公司人事部就策划了一个别开生面的招聘会。

招聘开始了，董事长让前六名应聘者一起进来，然后发了15元钱，让他们去街上吃饭。并且要求，必须保证每个人都要吃到饭，不能有一个人挨饿。

六个人从公司里出来，来到大街拐角处的一家餐厅。他们上前询问就餐情况，服务员告诉他们，虽然这儿米饭、面条的价格不高，但是每份最低也得3元。他们一合计，照这样的价格，六个人一共需要18元，可是现在手里只有15元，无法保证每人一份。于是，他们垂头丧气地出了餐厅。

回到公司，董事长问明情况后摇了摇头，说：“真的对不起，你们虽然都很有学问，但是都不适合在这个公司工作。”

其中一人不服气地问道：“15元钱怎么能保证六个人全都吃上饭?”

董事长笑了笑说：“我已经去过那家餐厅了，如果五个或五个以上的人去吃饭，餐厅就会免费加送一份。而你们是六个人，如果一起去吃的话，可以得到一份免费的午餐，可是你们每个人只想到自己，从没有想到凝聚起来，成为一个团队。这只能说明一个问题，你们都是以自我为中心、没有一点团队合作精神的人。而缺少团队合作精神的公司，又有什么发展前途呢?”

听闻此话，六名大学生顿时哑口无言。

合作，就是两个或两个以上的人互相配合一起做共同的事。在我们的生活中处处离不开合作，这是那次种树失败后我悟出的道理。

春天来了，学校团委组织我们年级几名团员去学校附近的居民区义务劳动种树。我这是有生以来第一次种树，感到很新鲜，便兴致勃勃地来到小花园里种树。我觉得种树是件很简单的事，不就是挖完坑，再把树苗往坑里一插，最后填上土吗?便向老师申请自己种树。看到别人都是两三个人一组，我心里有一种莫名的高兴，觉得自己很伟大。可是，我很快发现自己错了：我拿起小树苗使劲往里一插，正当要填土的时候，小树苗又倒了。这时，王某和孙某种完树走过来了，王某看到我这样种树不禁笑了，孙某心平气和地对我说：“你一人怎么种树?你把树苗使劲往土里插就损伤了它的根部，还是我们三人一起种吧。”最后，在我们三人的共同努力下，终于把树种好了。

这件事使我认识到了合作的重要。不久，年级里组织了拔河比赛，使我尝到了合作的愉快。

经过几轮紧张的比赛，我们班进入了决赛，对手是实力雄厚的五班。伴着喝彩和热烈的掌声，双方队员进入赛场，我定睛一看，五班同学个个体大膘肥，好像浑身是劲。

随着一声笛响，比赛开始了，五班很快就占了上风，胜利的旗帜在向他们招手。“同学们，不要放弃，只要大家团结合作，就一定能战胜对手。”我耳朵里传来了啦啦队长有力的鼓动声，其他同学也在鼓励我们：“团结一心，精诚合作，打败对手!”对，只要我们好好合作就一定能取得最后的胜利。在这一瞬间;我们几个队员的心似乎也拧成了一股绳，浑身的劲往一处使。渐渐的，绳子往我们这边来了。

比赛结束了，赢了，赢了，我们赢了。同学们兴奋地笑着、嚷看，整个操场也变成了欢乐的海洋。当我从老师手里接过用汗水换来的奖状时，心里真是无比的激动，因为这胜利正是靠同学们的合作得来的。回到教室，我把它小心翼翼地贴到墙壁上，让合作精神永远激励我们.
