第三个项目是“解手链”：这个项目是今天下午相对最难的一个环节，在此项目中由于我们队没有经验屡试失败，但是大家并没有轻言放弃，而是群策群力，快速的形成新的方案并加以尝试，最终还是胜利解开，但是却因历时半个多小时没能夺冠，不过成功的喜悦洋溢在每个队员的脸上，大家的欢呼声依旧高昂，并没有因落败而颓丧。从这个环节中让我们每个人都明白到，凡事都不能急于求成，遇到困难要大胆尝试小心求证，并且队友间的相互鼓励与配合是不可或缺的!

第四个项目是“孤岛求生”：要求每队派11个人，全部站上一张不足一平方米的正方形垫子上，并在20分钟内坚持时间最长的一方获胜。怎么站能稳住重心，让任何一个站在垫上的人都不会失重倾倒?大家商量后决定让队长站中间稳住重心，毕竟男生力气会大点，能稳住整个的重心，其余十人围在外圈分别握住对面那个人的手，并且向外拉调整好各自的重心，可惜第一次在3分钟不到就摔倒，大家赶快调整好位置再接再厉，最后以45秒只差惜败“梦之队”屈居第二。这个环节很好的体现了大家的凝聚力，为了达到某个目标，整个团队的人共同努力去实现，并积极参与配合去完成!

最终的这次拓展活动的总结果却是三个团队打成平手，看来大家的综合实力相当，都是最优秀的团队!

通过这次拓展训练项目的团队展示，提高了我们大家在应对挑战、解决问题和团队协作的能力。让团队成员间的距离越来越近，彼此多了一份了解，多了一份亲切，多了一份友情!我们每个人都是一颗璀璨的明珠，在自我闪耀的同时，也在互相照耀着!希望我们大家将来都能成为闪闪发光的那轮红日!

When it comes to competition and cooperation, some people always emphasize competition but neglect cooperation. Their reasons run as following: to begin with, they believe only competition can help them defeat their counterparts; in addition, they think competition is the only way to lead to success.

But some others hold different opinion. They think cooperation is as important as competition.
