我找了两个小伙伴一起去完成第一个任务——-搭桥过河。我看见其他组有一个人踩着泡沫砖，另外两个人争前恐后地把其它泡沫砖往前拿，好让这个人往前走。我们觉得并不难，很快选出了一名队员，开始比赛。刚开始我们还算顺利。可是，后来经常会踩翻泡沫砖。因为我们放得不均匀，有时候太远，有时候有太近了。过了好一会儿，我们组终于勉强过关了。

接着，我们开始前往第二个任务点。一路上我们四处寻找，不放过任何一点可疑物，甚至连纸屑都放进了垃圾袋。可是垃圾还是不够，以至于一个小伙伴还“拜访”了垃圾桶。

袋鼠跳——我们的第二个任务，就是孩子和大人一起钻进一个袋子里，跳到对面再跳回来。爸爸经常带我锻炼身体，所以我和爸爸比较轻松地就过关了。我们小组的其他两位成员也很快到了终点。大家欢呼着冲向下一个任务点。

两人三足——-我们的第三个任务，就是把我的一只脚和爸爸的一只脚捆在一起，走到对面再走回来。刚开始我们步伐不一致，经常摔倒。后来我们父子之间有了默契，越走越快，终于第一个完成了任务。看看我们同组的两位成员还没有找到默契，我帮他们喊口号，让他们也很快到了终点。后来我们又一起完成了其他任务，大家已经成了很好的朋友了。

This years summer vacation was most enjoyable. I spent fifteen days helping my grandparents doing farm work in the countryside， where I saw mountains fields covered with green plants. Sometimes I went swimming in the river to the west of the village， the water in which was quite clear.

I kept a diary every day. Besides doing farm work， I help the children in the neighborhood with their lessons. All of them showed interest in English. As the pace of life continues to increase, we are fast losing the art of

relaxation.Once you are in the habit of rushing through life, being on the go

from morning till night,it is hard to slow down. But relaxation is essential for

a healthy mind and body. Stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. In fact, it is not the bad thing as it is often supposed to

be. A certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give purpose

to life. It is only when the stress gets out of control can it lead to poor

performance and iiihealth. The amount of stress a person can withstand depends

very much on the individual. Some people are not afraid of stress, and such

characters are obviously prime material for managerial responsibilities. Others

lose heart at the first signs of unusual difficulties. When exposed to stress,

in whatever form, we react both chemically and physically. In fact, we make a

choice between "flight or fight"and in more primitive days the choices made the

difference between life or death.The crises we meet today are unlikely to be so

extreme, but however little the stress, it involves the same response. It is

When I went to school two years ago, I felt so nervous, at that time, it was the first time for me to go to school, before, I never left my parents.

My best friend is Li Ming. We are in the same class.

He is as old as me, but he is taller and stronger than me. Both of us have black eyes and black hair, but his hair is shorter than mine.

I plan to do lots of homework today.First ,I read english articles,next I wrote my science tests snd math tests.I had some questions.So I called to my classmates to ask,then I listened to the music,I enjoyed it.In the afternoon,I drew some bananas,I believed I can draw it well.In the evening ,I played computer games.After that ,I read a famous book on the bed.It was a happy day today.
