团队的力量是无穷的，相信大家都知道，打一场胜仗，单枪匹马是绝对完成不了的。在网站建立初期我是凭借我自己的想法，自己的构想去进行完善的，可以在不断的运营过程中，我发现自己的思维定式，无论怎么改进，我发现网站的风格是固定的、单调的，后来我们奥运中国团队增加了一些年轻的同志，绝大部分都是新闻相关专业，大家工作热情很高。
