2013年3月31日中午，复旦大学2010级硕士研究生林森浩因对室友黄洋不满，便将其做实验后剩余并存放在实验室内的剧毒化合物带至寝室，注入饮水机槽。最终导致黄洋中毒身亡

2015年12月9日，最高法已经核准了林森浩的死刑判决，并下发了核准林森浩死刑的裁定书。

丁某某于2014年2月10日17时许，在兰州市某中学操场，因踢球与被害人张某某发生口角争执后继而相互殴打，后丁某某用脚踢打被害人的腹部，至其腹部受伤。经医院诊断：张某某腹部闭合性损伤，脾破裂。经司法鉴定，张某某所受损失属重伤二级。 法院一审，判处丁某某有期徒刑一年六个月，缓刑二年。

针对最近校园欺凌案件频发的情况，今年5月9日，国务院教育督导委员会办公室专门下发了《关于开展校园欺凌专项治理的通知》，决定开展校园欺凌专项治理。
