为了节约用水，我采取了许多措施。比如：每天用洗完脸的水冲马桶；每次洗完手及时关掉水龙头；用淘米水、洗完菜的水浇花等等……为了让更多人加入节水行列，我还把我国水资源紧缺和节水知识告诉爸爸、妈妈。在我的影响下，妈妈用洗完衣服的水擦地板、冲马桶。我还和表姐一起把节水宣告贴到墙上，让更多的人加入节水行列，懂得珍惜水。

水是生命的摇篮，水构成了我们人类。为了让水更好地造福我们的子孙后代，我们一起节约用水吧！

最后，做一个“小监督员”。发现家里哪个水龙头没及时关上，立刻把他关上；发现哪个水龙头有损坏的，马上告诉爸爸、妈妈及时换新的。

总之，节约用水是我们每个公民的义务，也是一种崇高的美德。让我们大家快点行动起来吧！

一天，科学老师邀请我帮他做一个有意义的实验：把污水变成干净的水。真是太幸运了，我激动地都快唱起歌来。

根据实验要求，我先把需要的材料准备好，它们分别有：五种各不相同的小石头、五个底部穿了洞的小瓶子、五张过滤网、一个杯子和一瓶日常用过的污水。令人向往的实验开始了，我先把过滤网分别放在五个小瓶子的底层，再把石头装进瓶子放在过滤网上，然后把瓶子一层层从上到下拼叠在一起，放在杯子上面，做成一个过滤器。接着，我把污水倒入最上方像漏斗的那个瓶子里。我们目不转睛地盯着过滤器。一分钟，两分钟……时间一分一秒地过去了，水也一滴一滴地通过“漏斗”流进了杯子里。过了好一会，污水看上去都已经变成普通的水了，比原来干净了很多，但是还能看到杯子里的污染物。于是，我们还需要重新再把杯子里的水过滤一遍。

重复了上一次的步骤后，水终于变干净了，小小的一杯水，足足花了快一个小时，真是太不容易了，一小瓶日常的污水，就需要这么长的时间和这么多的步骤才能变成一瓶干净的水，那么我们的生活用水该要花费多少的人力物力呀!想到这里，生活中的一幕一幕出现在我眼前：没有关好的水龙头，水花四溅的洗手场面，一大半尚未喝完酒杯倒掉的饮用水……现在，地球资源逐步紧缺，水资源也变得十分紧缺。如果我们不节约用水，随意浪费自来水、饮用水，这样就会造成大量资源流失，还会增加污水处理成本。况且，现在还有些地区的水资源仍然十分紧缺呢。
