Nowadays, watching TV has become an indispensable part of people’s daily life. After working, people will turn on the TV to watch the show they like. It is a good way for people to relax themselves. There are many different kind of TV programs shown every day. Some of them are cooking show, some of them are soap operas, my most favorite program is called “The Animal World”. The CCTV-8 plays it on every Saturday night.

All of us want to be healthy. First，we should get enough sleep during the

night. We can go to bed early and get up early. Staying up late is bad for our

health. Second，we musthave the right kinds of food. We should eat more fruit and

vegetables and less meat. We should drink a lot of water. We should have healthy

eating habits. Third，we should do more exercise to build up our bodies.

Finally，we should be happy everyday. Because smile will make us younger。

这本书是我在火车南站的一家书店买的，回家时，虽然手里沉甸甸的，可心里却很开心。

这本书的作者是英国著名的作家..罗琳。《哈利.波特与密室》主要讲了霍格沃茨魔法学校有一间密室。这间密室很神秘，大家都不知道这间密室的出口。据说，只有斯兰特林学院的继承人才能进入密室。哈利因为会与蛇交谈，被认为是斯兰特林的继承人。后来，哈利和他的两个小伙伴想要找到密室的出口，却引起了好几次误会。最后，他找到了一本关于密室的日记，加上罗恩妹妹金妮的帮助，终于找到了密室的出口。

我十分喜欢这本书，它是关于魔法世界的故事，令我好奇不已，叫我如痴如醉，看完后，让我大开眼界。

我欣赏哈利的冷静与执着。虽然他和两个小伙伴引起了巨大的误会，可哈利并没有为此而乱了阵脚，丧失了信心。相反，他更加执着地去追求目标。我们要向他学习这种冷静执着的精神。在遇到困难时，不能因为解决不了问题就打退堂鼓，要冷静下来，运用自己的优势，要执着的与困难作斗争，最终一定会打败困难的！

想到这里，我不禁潸然泪下，对于我们大多数来说，回家是多么简单而又快的事，但在买买这里，回家却又是多么奢侈、多么漫长的事……远处传来一阵鸟鸣，使我神似一阵抽搐，睁开眼，目光所及已一片模糊。

主人公买买对亲情看得十分厚重，对于亲人，他们甚至不顾一切，一个刚满13岁的孩子只身上路，回距离那么远的家乡。那需要多大的勇气来战胜它呀，真的很为他骄傲！

《作文大本营》这本书既有用，又有趣。里面有许多板块，比如说名师魔法棒、可乐世界、生活大风车、开花有声、绝对小孩……不管怎么说，反正我看作文大本营是看入了迷。

“吴汶容！睡觉了！”只听妈妈一声命令。我不情愿的放下了《作文大本营》，缩进了被窝，那篇作文还没看完呀！于是我想到了一个怪招，只见客厅里的灯被妈妈“啪”的一声关掉了，我偷偷的开启了小夜灯，借着微弱的光芒看了起来。当看到一个让人高兴的片段时，我忍不住“哈哈哈”的笑了起来。老妈听见了，不但把我的《作文大本营》没收了，还张口大骂：“看看看，你就知道看，你要是在偷看，就别想我给你订了！”哎！
