2.28星期二晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

A persons environmental action is like a lamp, when everybody lit the lamp, the whole world would be bright! Lets get started! Dont eat chewing gum; Dont use plastic bags; Dont use disposable chopsticks... Protect the environment, everyone duty! Let our earth more beautiful!

地球是我们的母亲，是我们赖以生存的家园。随着生活水平的提高，人类在享受的同时，却在不知不觉地破坏她，我们的生存环境不断恶化。

平时没事时，我们就吃一块口香糖，嚼完后随口吐在地上，口香糖牢牢地粘在地上，清洁工人得用铲子才能把它弄掉，而且口香糖也污染土地。我们经常在购物时，会用到大大小小的塑料袋，却不知塑料袋被火烧后会制造有毒气体，填埋后还不容易降解，还会导致土地被破坏，中国人口这么多，可想而知会有多少塑料袋在污染我们的环境。

一个人的环保行动就像是一盏灯，当大家都点燃自己的那盏灯，整个世界就会一片光明!让我们行动起来吧!不吃口香糖;不用塑料袋;不用一次性筷子…保护环境，人人有责!让我们的地球更加美丽!

Every time when summer comes, I am so looking forward to summer vacation, because I can make many plans in the long vacation. Last summer, I spent a month to stay with my uncle and his family.

They live in the north. When I got there, I found the weather there was not that hot and I liked the coolness. In the daytime, my cousin and I played on the beach, because we lived near the beach. I would paint pictures and wait for the water to wash they away. Sometimes my uncle would take his boat with us. We floated on the sea and appreciated the beautiful nature.

This is the best summer for me. I wish I could have chances to spend some time with them again. I will never forget those happy days.

每当夏天来临的时候，我都很期待暑假，因为我可以在长假中制定很多计划。去年夏天，我花了一个月的时间和叔叔和他的家人住在一起。

他们住在北方。当我到达那里的时候，我发现那里的天气不是那么热，我喜欢凉爽。白天，我表妹和我在海滩上玩，因为我们住在海滩附近。我会画画，等待水把它们洗干净。有时我叔叔会带着他的船。我们漂洋过海，欣赏美丽的大自然。

对我来说，这是最好的夏天。我希望我能有机会再次和他貌度时光。我永远不会忘记那些快乐的日子。

8月17日凌晨，在中国观众比较受关注的女子100米蛙泳的决赛中，两届世锦赛冠军的你没有让国人失望，被排在第一泳道的你最终以1分06秒64战胜了澳大利亚选手琼斯，并且打破了奥运会纪录，获得冠军，再次卫冕了世界女蛙王的头衔，并且拿下了中国代表团的第八块金牌。英雄是什么？英雄就是一个比平凡的人多些坚持的人，就是一个比平凡的人多些苦难的人。英雄是痛苦的，因为他们付出的比我们想像得多；英雄是寂寞的，因为在他们前进的过程中，只有寥寥的支撑；英雄是个悲剧，因为他们在奥林匹克的道路上，追求的是永恒的失败，一次又一次。然而他们又这么走下去了，也许孤注一掷，也许犹豫彷徨，也许满腔热血，但他们就这么走下去，走在自己无法预知的未来。一切基于人类永恒的期待，人类永恒的梦想，山的那边是什么？做梦的是凡人，追梦的就是英雄。他们是一群追梦的人，他们是英雄。

的确，英雄谁不想做，想做的人太多太多了。但是，做英雄的人像是在走一条路，一条布满荆棘的路。在这条路上，英雄们在追寻他们的梦想。只有走到头了，追到梦了，他们才是真正的英雄。

罗雪娟姐姐，在我看来，你就是一位英雄。在你成为2001年世界锦标赛的“三冠王”后，你就发誓要在2004年雅典奥运会上再次夺冠，这是你的梦想。今天，你终于如愿以偿了。所以你是英雄。但是你为了这个英雄的头衔，被荆棘扎得遍体鳞伤。你在训练时晕倒在了游泳池边，经过医生的诊断，你已经得了心脏病，若不退役继续游泳的话就有生命危险，你毅然地拒绝了。难道你不是英雄吗？你是英雄，只有英雄才会为了自己的梦想，为了国家的荣誉而不惜一切代价，甚至是生命。

你以你的毅力坚持了下去，我要向你学习，做一个有毅力的人。我要向你一样做一个名副其实的英雄。也许不是在奥运会上夺冠，但在其它领域上，我要坚持做到好，不，是最好，是更好。不打扰你训练了。加油啊！

位于京杭大运河与苏北灌溉渠交汇处的楚州，孕育了许多名人，一代伟人周恩来，巾帼英雄梁红玉，民族英雄关天培，以及西游记作者吴承恩，都曾经在这片土地上留下足迹，这座古老的城市，是我们淮安的骄傲。

盱眙龙虾大家应该都知道，提到这个，我们再去盱眙看一看吧!盱眙有山有水，是一座依山傍水的古老县城。“盱眙第一山”环境优雅，站在山顶就能看到流淌不息的淮河。听爸爸说：“盱眙龙虾以前没有太多人知道，而现在，通过盱眙人的努力，小龙虾正跨洋过海，走向更为广阔的世界。”

俗话说：“一方水土养一方人”，我们生长在美丽的洪泽湖边，她那甘泉般的湖水，养育着千百万淮安人民。湖里有鱼、有虾、有螃蟹。清晨，当一缕阳光从天边慢慢升起，湖面上像笼罩着一层白色的纱，湖面上那一叶叶小舟像一个个快乐的音符，在碧波荡漾的湖面上飘来飘去，好像是在为早起的渔民唱起了一支优美的歌。

夕阳西下，渔民们看着网里活蹦乱跳的鱼虾，个个都喜笑颜开，黝黑的脸上那一道道皱纹在夕阳的照射下，像一一朵朵绽开的花朵。

这就是我眼中的淮安，下次你们也来看一看吧，淮安人民会热情地招待你，淮安山美、水美、人更美!

My summer holiday is coming soon， I start to make some plans about my vacation. I go to travel every year， this time， I want to travel to Tibet， it is the place I always want to go to. I have heard about Tibet many times， my mother’s friends tell me so many wonderful things in it， so I want to go to Tibet. This summer I will go to Tibet.

我的暑假很快就要到来了，我开始为我的暑假指定了一些计划。我每年都去旅行，这一次，我想要去西藏旅游，那也是我一直想要去的地方。我经常听到有关西藏的事情，我妈妈的朋友告诉我很多关于那里的美好事情，所以我想要去西藏。这个夏天我将要去西藏。

My winter holiday is intersting, my winterholiday is very interesting.I can play a computer and watch aTV in the home.I still read some good books in the winter holiday.Because of the plan of value result of our school, let us time of few lesson remaining.Also opportunity to have no does the affair that likes to do.So, the winterholiday liked too to me.

But again schooled begins quickly, its be over means a kind of another life of beginning, my in the mind have a little longing , also have a little fear.Imagining to what freshman live is more.long for enjoyment,long for liberty.
