首先，把一枚像冰块一样冰凉的硬币轻轻地放在水里。再在水面上撒上厚厚的一层胡椒粉末。胡椒粉末要能完全盖住水面，就像奶茶的奶盖一样。然后挤一颗黄豆般大小的洗洁精，涂在手指。将手指慢慢地深入水中。这个时候，神奇的事情发生了。指尖刚刚碰到水面，胡椒粉像是兔子遇到豹子一样，飞快地“跑”走了。手指继续向硬币伸去，散开的胡椒粉越来越多，躲的越来越远，最后都聚到到了碗的边缘。当我取出硬币时，你们猜猜手指怎么了?没错!不仅手指上没有沾到一点点胡椒粉，硬币上同样也没有。是不是很神奇呢?
