在母亲瘦小、弱不禁风的背上，我感觉到了一种从来没有的温暖。母亲的脚步是那样的恐慌，生怕耽误了我的最佳治疗时间。

我被查出患有脑炎。年仅四岁的我，在医院里虚度了一个月的光阴，变胖了。而母亲在这一个月里瘦了许多。由此可知，母亲为我的病费了不少的心思。整个人都憔悴了。这时，我感到一种从来没有发现的伟大。那就是母亲的伟大。
