The ways to keep healthy Everyone wants to live long, however, that just

depends on your bodys health. Do you know how to keep healthy? Id like to

offer you two ways: 1) Proper Dinners: Generally speaking, one should eat 3

times every day. But some students who get up late will ignore the breakfast,

which will do a very bad effect on their healty.

Anyway, some girls who would

prefer to be thin will avoid eating anything or only little during the meal

time. Both of the two ways are bad habits of dining. We shouldnt feel hungry or

full after dinners. Students are usually very busy with their homework, so

they cannot take time to do exercises or too lazy to do them. This is another

killer to health. We should at least take time to have P.E lessons or do morning

exercises everyday to keep health. All in all, Being in fitness is our goal,

its also the basic of all contributions and success.

The swimming pool is a favorite of my good friends. Sailing day afternoon, we swim in the swimming pool. Although the weather is very hot, but jumped into the swimming pool, cool like drinking ice pop! Everyone made a diving game, than who can pick up first to the bottom of the goggles. Everyone take a big breath, spoiling for sink to the bottom, scrambling to get glasses. Then, we have rather than swimming. At first, everyone chants: "123!" 不知不觉游饿了，于是大家来到了自助餐厅。自助餐厅里摆着各种各样美味的甜点和水果。一位服务员阿姨教了我们制作奶茶。我们喝着自己做的奶茶，好甜好甜!最好玩的是有个好朋友吃了一盘又一盘的薯条，就像个大胃王!

Regarding to tour, most of people have GREat interests in it. It’s a human nature that people who come from the dame nature just fall in love into the same.

The modern city, strenuous living, riproaring and crowded living space make more and more people try to come to the dame nature with their light packs and travel bags. There is a song which just show people’s the dream of traveling long distance.

Traveling, of course,it’s to get into the physical landscape which can help to give you a good temper, wash away the dust from your soul and make you cheer the nice life.

Tour is not only a personal interest but also a kind of knowledge. A merry journey will be the memory that you can’t forget through your lifetime. It’s really at ease if you wander with two or three china pates who have a little exploratory energy to stay in the interesting places as long as you want but just ignore the unsightly places.

It’s not good to join the travel agency other wise we should call it gaining a superficial understanding through cursory observation but not traveling. Of course, we should study to choose a most towardly occasion for the most famous and beautiful scene in the places before we are going to.

And we need enough money, enough time, special channel and also an economical plane, it’s convenient for us. And we can save more time to view the blue sky generally and look out upon the cloud dancing freely outside the plane.

It’s also not bad to travel by train. Enjoy the scenery out of the train on the way, just look around here and there, maybe you can get some new friends in this narrow but long carriage. Certainly you’d better choose the different path when you return back from the place of interest so that you can make your eyes full of the landscape of interest on the way and never need to revisit the once familiar place. How far-flung and galland the rivers and mountains in our homeland are! There are still too many places we can go.

Time is limited but the interest of traveling is limitless. We travel just because of our love not to the natural mountains and rivers!

Travel is a very good means of broadening a persons perspective. It makes you come into contact with different cultures， meet people of different colors and go through peculiar rites and ceremonies. Last summer my parents and I had a trip to Hainan.

We went there by train at six oclock. When we got there we found that the air in Hainan is fresh and Hainan is very beautiful.We ate local foodtoo.The food was delicious. We took many photos in Hainan. We had a very good time in Hainan.

My family has five members: father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, of course, I. Everyone have their own characteristics, form a happy family.

Mother attaches great importance to the growth of I, every morning to go to work, come back at night, already very tired, but also trained my ability of learning. 在我印象中，爸爸是特别温和的一个人，妈妈负责我的学习，爸爸则负责我的课外运动。为了让我在假期中多做运动，他放弃了好几次重要的会议，带着我去运动。他说：“在假期里不能光躺着、坐着，要多出去运动。多运动才能有更健康的身体。比如说你该考试了，身体不健康就考不好了。”除了这些，爸爸还教给我很多课外知识，对于我来说，他像一个“百科全书”。拥有各种知识。

爷爷，在我家“主管内务”。每天早上起的早早的为我们做早饭，做家务。中午也不闲着，帮奶奶浇花，拖地……总之，爷爷在每天都是非常忙的。每天都照顾我的生活，十年如一日。我觉得我的爷爷很伟大。

奶奶负责各种家务活，缝衣服，收拾家……每天都是她在忙碌，屋子里才会井井有条、干净整洁。奶奶除了做家务以外，还教给我很多人生哲理：也许不很深奥，但在生活中，很管用。

我爱我家!家里有我的亲人、我的牵挂。是我最重要的财富!

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing basketball is always my favourite, so some of my classmates and I will form a small team and play basketball together. Sometimes we may have a match against some other teams and I do enjoy the sense when we win the game.

If you ask me what my favourite summer holiday will be like, traveling aound the only answer. I hope that one day I could meet different people and vist different places of interest.

I wish I could have two long holidays in a year, what about you?
