When first day I came to University, I really feel that the school is very good, but at the first sight of the dormitory, something disappointing come up to me! And then I came to my dormitory 303. I considered that I would spend four years here (in fact I moved to another one year later) and my dorm mates are all there. Most of them came from Sichuan and they were chatting with a happy voice, but I can’t understand them! Again, I felt myself isolated! I hated that kind of feeling, and then I said to hello to them! To my surprise they are very friendly to me and warm-hearted! I no longer felt afraid. And I got along well with them. But at the first night here, I burst out to tears for that I was missing my family. I don’t know why. Everyday when I was at home, I was just eager to go to school, to experience the wonderful college life but when coming here, I am just eager to go back! It’s quite strange though, you must know this kind of feeling!

Just spending about 2 days here, we were on our way to military train. To us, it’s a fresh train and a kind of experience to know the life between the classmates. But to me, I was nervous but excited. This was my first and precious train life because before going to school I have been staying with my family. So, you know, it’s just this kind of feeling I can’t convey it clearly! The train life is impressive on everybody; we had a lot of activities, for example giving a speech on a stage or singing together or playing basketball. At that time, I felt myself so little among them. All of them have a special talent but not me. I admired them but meanwhile jealousy. Why don’t I have this kind of talent? Am I stupid? I always said to myself. So that time I was also very ambitious, just eager to catch up with them. Except the classmates, the trainer in our team also left a deep impression on me! He was not very handsome and very kind. Just because of his kindness results in my laughter when training. He always said to me that I should be serious in the team but I didn’t listen to him. So after a long time, when investigating the training result, I gave them a disappointing answer. The highest trainer sent me to clean the toilet, although, it didn’t means insulting to my dignity, but I was really sad about myself and my heart was hurt. That was a small thing but told me that I need to be serious to one thing. And unhappiness passed, the happy and funny time recalled me that folding the blanket. Yeah, it’s really very funny. Most of us had never folded the blanket and naturally we can’t accomplish the task well. When the monitor came, we pleased him to help us to fold the blanket. To our expect, we managed to persuade the monitor. After the monitor finished the task for me. I dared not to touch the blanket again and just used the clothes instead of the blanket. Of course, I felt very cold in deep night, so to my instinct, I crashed into my classmate’s blanket. And we were scratching the single blanket fiercely, just like a war. During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11

oclock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next

I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on

playing till 2 oclock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day

of my winter vacation.

But I havent bored all the time. Sometimes I read the books, sometime I

listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside

and snowy all the day. And I also meat some of my good friends during the

vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year

and play table tennis tegether. And I watched the spring festival party of the

CCTV in the last seconds of the 2004 year! I think this is the thing most people

of china doing at that time.

Thats all, all my dull, coldly and snowy winter vacation.

我比同龄人提前踏入了大学生活，虽然是卫生学校，但是却依旧让我受益匪浅。

非常久不写文字了，笔记有些生疏。

为什么提前去大学呢，我只是初中毕业了，可是文化课一点也不吸引我，我想提前步入社会，所以就选择了去外地念大学。

事实证明在外生活并不容易，一个人孤军奋斗在外，谁能年少不努力，独自闯荡。

现在学的专业不是我自己选择的，是父亲帮我选择的。父亲是医生，为了我继承所以给我选择了医术。

我的梦想是开一个蛋糕店，每天做一些特别可口的蛋糕贡献给那些懂得品味的人吃。我想一点一点努力，就算现在我也依旧的朝着我的梦想驶去。我不会轻易放弃，因为选择了。

在这个学校交了非常多朋友，有年龄17 18的，也有24 5，也有结婚了的。我感觉有朋自远方来，所以和他们相处的不亦乐乎。我是个非常重感情的人，

来这个学校第一个交的朋友是谢宁，我们是一个宿舍的，谢宁刚到宿舍一句话也不说，我是个非常外向的姑娘，后来谢宁和我交谈的一点也不再拘束了。在旧宿舍，每天晚上上自习上到9点，10：30宿舍关灯， 每天和宿舍的人成帮结伙的去厕所，因为黑所以刚开始都非常团结。有成立如，郭婉东张悦，刘佳，谢宁，还有个快30岁的大姐范亚楠，刚开始的不熟悉，后来到无话不说，到最后勾心斗角只好分开。 谢宁常常一个人偷偷掉眼泪，是阿，出门在外学习都不容易。有时候挺心疼谢宁的。每天晚自习下课，谢宁都在门口等我一起回宿舍，我们对学生会都非常好奇。所以一起决定参加学生会，我俩一次报名的，学生会部长比较看重我，第三天就让我先进去了。后来，谢宁也进来了，那时候我俩铁的就像一个人似的。

到现在我是学生会部长，谢宁退部。

吕思琪是之前的部长，我俩那时候关系也非常好，但是却因为吕思琪的另一个朋友，吕思琪和我绝交了，我无所谓了，呵呵 ，有时候心伤透了也就无话可说了。

不得不说有时候还是非常想念谢宁的。

有一段时候，吕思琪，和婷婷，齐源，龚子阳。我们五个是无话不说的好朋友，三女俩男，每天去校门口的焖面姐姐家吃焖面，一起侃大山，唠嗑。

又一段时候李锦鹏来我们学校了，据说是为了和我同桌三年的好朋友来的。后来因为佟爽，吕思琪和我绝交，心非常伤。

马雪程，这学期一直陪着我，没分开过。我过生日给我偷摸的买吃的，和宿舍女生凑钱为了给我惊喜，在我落魄，高兴，伤心的时候，程从来没离开过我。

My teacher gave me an assignment "experience life" last week. I had been thinking how to finish it because I had never done any thing by myself before.

Mother was out today. It was a good chance to complete the assignment. Seeing the barrel was empty, I decided to fetch water from the well.

I took the empty barrel and went towards the well outside the yard. It snowed yesterday, so the alley was very slippery. A layer of thickice was frozen on the platform of the well. I was frightened by the sight, but I gathered my courage to walk towards it.

The alley was so slippery that I walked with difficultly. Suddenly, I slipped and fell down, water in the barrel totally poured down on the ground. I stepped on the platform carefully. After standing steadily and squatting down slowly, I hooked the barrel at the end of the rope and put the rope down slowly. I made an effort to drag the barrel up after it was filled with water. I was very careful because it was easy to slip and fall. Then, I carried the barrel of water and returned to my house. My figners were frozen stiff. I realized my effort was in vain. I hated myself.

I failed to finish the assignment but I did experience life through a trifle which seemed easy but difficult to do well. Such was my first experience of life.

It was a very busy evening, I was doing my homework at my home. My father was writing a composition in the study room. My mother was interested in Shanghai opera. She was watching a Shanghai opera contest. The apartment was very quiet. Suddenly the light went out. It was a blackout, but I liked it very much. It came and I didn’t have to do my homework. 一、四级作文概述

四级作文是提纲作文，一般按提纲写出相应段落即可。在文章内容上无需追求高深新颖，切题合理便可落笔；在思路逻辑上则要求句意通顺，文字流畅；在文字表现上要求无语法错误，个别小错可忽略(如动介搭配，单词拼写等不涉及语法类小错)。另外，值得一提的是，在篇章结构上建议写三段，所以即便题目只给出两个提纲，最好在完成两个提纲后，再多补充一段，所补内容不限，但须跟话题相关。

96年6月份曾考过此题，今天来看，似乎更有现实意义。这是一道负面社会现象题，那么挖掘其背后根源，并找出解决方案，就成为探讨的主要方面，而提纲也正是如此。三个提纲各属其类，界限清晰，直接按提纲写三段即可。段1为提出现象，确立研究对象。提纲1翻译后仅一句话，作为一段话则显内容单薄，字数匮乏，所以需进一步发挥。不妨从例证角度扩充，举例时即可基于国内现状，也可纵观全球，显然前者更易行。可从我国西南地区的生活缺水，水价上升，以及河流干涸等细节方面铺陈。段2是原因分析，建议分析主观原因和客观原因两方面。所谓主观原因即是基于人的思想意念，心理意识，行为动机以及行为举措，比如人们节约意识的淡漠或者人们误认为淡水取之不尽等不当想法。而客观原因则是从非人角度出发，如社会发展，人口激增，甚至污染的加剧等方面出发，这些因素均使得淡水消耗的增加。当然，考场上由于时间紧迫，无法细想，可能会写出的两个全是主观类或客观类的原因，其实也无妨，只要二者不同即可，谨防虽言明两原因，但实则彼此混淆，出现逻辑不清的窘况。段3是措施分析，措施可从官方措施和民众措施两方面写起，也可加入作为现代年轻人，我该如何约束自己，从生活中小事做起节约水资源等内容。总之，在内容上考生尽可发挥想象力，纵马驰骋，原则依旧：切题者皆可。

这是一道校园话题，在内容上即涉及现象，又涉及观点，能很好地考察到学生的综合分析能力。提纲1依旧是现象提出，看到提纲1，大家脑海里会浮现很多熟悉的场景，如校园布告栏里张贴着的兼职广告，校园论坛上也经常发布的一些兼职信息等等，这些都可反映在段1中。所以当我们第一眼看到话题或提纲时，脑海中常常会浮现出相关场景，把这些画面定格，进行详细描绘即可，即自然又切题。当然，段1也可从学生的兼职渠道以及兼职类型等方面加以发挥。总之，提纲是总领，而符合总领的任何附属内容都可写。段2是人们对此学生兼职的不同看法，一正一反。切记在表达上述两类观点时，提出其相关论据。段3是提出作者本人看法。本人看法既可选择上述任一方(只要不极端)，也可提出与上述均异的第三类观点，对于极度偏激的正反方观点则需做一番调和与勾兑(这个一般很少见)。需要提醒的是，继提出己方观点后，还应补充其他内容，如论据；也可写我的下一步做法，甚至可写我所认为的大家对此问题所应采取的对策云云。

这道题只有两个提纲，所以建议在完成提纲要求内容之后再补充一段相关内容，可以在提纲2之后续补段3(如举措类：如何合理地限制私家车的出行以减少废气排放等等)，也可在1，2之间插入一段(如原因分析，即为何私家车越来越多)。先来看提纲1，依然是事实陈述，看到提纲1，会很容易联想到马路上川流不息的过往车辆，以及高峰期令人沮丧的堵车，那么即可将这些内容付诸笔端。再看提纲2，是私家车给人们生活带来的影响，该事实是一中性事实，则需辩证地分析其影响的两面性，一方面它带来好处，如让人们的出行变得更自由更方便，另一方面它带来坏处，如排放废气，污染环境，或造成交通堵塞等等。

xxx年的高考让我实现了儿时的学医梦想。转眼间，几年的大学生活走到了终点，回顾几年的历程，觉得应好好归纳一下，对自己是一个总结，对学弟学妹也算是应该留下的一些感悟。

一、关于目标

“健康所系，性命相托”这医学生的铮铮誓言，从入学第一天就牢牢地记在了心里。

入学不久，辅导员张革老师让我们每人写一份大学生活目标规划，正是这份规划引发了我对未来的思考。“我的未来应该什么样？我希望过一种怎样的生活？我如何去实现自己的目标”？在那段时间里，感性的认识和理性的思考不时冲击着我的思绪。最终，我设定了一个详细又具体的几年目标，为成为一名优秀的医生做好了心理上的准备。

然而，真正进入医学殿堂后，才发现人类对很多疾病尚无能为力。假期，在家乡医院进行社会实践时，一个癌症患者离去引发的其家属撕心裂肺的悲痛至今让我记忆犹新。从那一刻起，我认识到，作为一名医生有必要从事一些科学研究，去攻克那些临床实践中亟待解决的难题。这也是我后来积极参加学校大学生科研小组活动的一个重要因素。

二、关于学习

一位学长曾经对我说过这样一句话：学习永远是一个人生命中最最重要的事情。在大学里，要注意培养学习兴趣，因为兴趣是最好的老师；同时，要注意学习效率，而不要片面地延长学习时间，即使在考研期间也是如此。

大学学习需要充分利用图书馆和网络资源。学校图书馆的书籍更新很及时，有很多刚刚出版的新书。我喜欢在下午没课时带着纸和笔去图书馆阅读一些专业书籍，有时一坐就是一下午。我觉得专业知识的学习不应该拘泥于指定的教材，每一种教材都有着自己的侧重点。阅读不同版本的专业书籍，可以开阔视野，使我们更深刻地认识事物的本质。

可以说，正是大学期间持之以恒的努力确保了我在今年研究生考试中的成功。扎实的专业基础让我以总分第一名的身份进入复试，并最终被山东大学齐鲁医学院普通外科学专业公费录取。所以，准备考研的同学不要将人生的赌注压在最后的突击努力上，而是应该从一开始就努力，从一开始就以较高的标准要求自己，只有这样，“用兵之时”才能做到成竹在胸。

当然，学习的范围也不能仅仅局限于专业之内，还应该扩展至生活的各个层面，有时间应该多去图书馆一楼的期刊室看看，了解一下世界大事和社会百态，更多地了解社会，认识社会；多去图书馆五楼的医学期刊室看看，了解一下学术前沿……

另外，我还想特别提醒大家要好好学习英语。如今，我就非常后悔大学期间没有花费更多的时间和精力去学好英语，特别是听力和口语。如果英语能够达到优秀，你可以走得更高，走得更快。

三、关于课外活动

大学几年，我感受到了学校发展的突飞猛进。学校的发展为我们提供了更多提高自己、发展自己的平台和机遇。大学期间，在不耽误学习的前提下，同学们应尽可能地多参加一些课外活动。它既是学习之余的休闲，也可以开阔视野，陶冶情操，提高交流和动手能力，使我们更全面地认识世界。

在参加的课外活动中，让我记忆深刻又受益匪浅的是大学生科研小组活动。大二时，我幸运地被选拔参加了学校首批科研小组，先后跟随基础医学院张玲教授和王杰教授从事课题研究。那两年多的时间里，在两位导师的悉心指导下，我逐渐步入科研领域，学习了一些分子生物学知识和实验技术，尝试了中英文专业论文的写作，初步学会了科学思维，锻炼了科研能力。正是这段经历，让我在研究生复试中独占优势，并如愿以偿。

四、关于老师

在大学的几年里，我有幸遇到了一批非常优秀的老师。校本部老师为我打下了较为扎实的专业基础；见习和实习医院老师耐心指导，使我具备了一定的临床能力，真地非常感谢他们，这让我乐于与老师接触，我觉得多与老师沟通会很有收获。当然这种交流不应该仅仅限于专业领域，还应该扩展到生活的其他方面，比如为人处事，思维方式等等。这就对我们提出了更高的要求，需要发现并学习他们身上的优点，包括良好的生活习惯、端正的学习态度、有效的工作方法等等，多听听老师的建议，汲取他们成功的经验和失败的教训……

五、关于友谊

大学几年里，我觉得自己不是一个人在进步，身边一直都有同学和朋友在一起努力，一起前进。我将永远记得我们共同自习、共同实验、共同实习的日子，我也不会忘记生活中的欢声笑语。我不会忘记实习期间的学习讨论和感悟交流，不会忘记学习生活中的相互支持、相互帮助以及相互提醒……这些也许都是生活中的点滴，很不起眼，然而正是在这不起眼的小事上，我们收获了很多，这其中不仅有知识能力的提高，更包含了友谊之树的成长。

有了友谊，就不会感到孤独。真正的友谊在枯燥的日子分外靓丽。考研的日子的确艰辛，然而和很多同学一起努力，有友情相伴，我又感到一种别样的幸福。我和一位室友，每天早上6点左右就赶到自习室，晚上回寝后交流一下学习心得，有好的复习材料都相互推荐一下……可以说正是这种友谊以及由此产生的相互帮助、支持和鼓励，让我们在那段艰苦的日子里坚持下来，并最终取得不错的成绩。

六、最想说的话

“我不比别人差”的信心是做事成事的基础。学弟学妹们不要相信“名校毕业生一定比我们强”。任何人的优秀都是通过后天的努力获得的，只要你付出了努力，你就可以成为优秀的人。有句话说得好，平庸的人是相似的，不平庸的人各有各的辉煌。所以，虽然我们大多数人不能成为学习上最优秀的学生，但几年的时间足以让我们各具特色，各有所长。而特色可以让我们取得与众不同的成功。同时我们也应该清楚，只有真正的实力才能产生真正的信心；只有真正拥有了实力和信心才能实现目标，获得成功。

再谈一下学风与学习环境来到山东大学齐鲁医学院后，最大的感受就是这里有极正的学风。“北协和，南湘雅，西华西，东齐鲁”，“全国高校学风看山大，山大各区看西校”。这里的“齐鲁”和“西校”，指的就是今天的山东大学医学院——曾经的山东医科大学、齐鲁大学医学院。作为拥有优良传统的医学教育与科研重镇，学风自然名不虚传。这里，每天每个学生的学习日程都安排得满满的，上课、自习、做实验、听讲座……正是这一流的学风塑造了一批批优秀的本科生——他们从这里自信而从容地走向社会。然而，与良好学风形成鲜明对比的是，这里并没有较沈医更优越的学习环境：学习空间相对狭小，有时连座位都找不到；图书馆新书更新速度不快，种类也不多……于是，我常常怀念母校的图书馆、自习室，怀念那宽敞的空间，明亮的灯光……希望学弟学妹们珍惜自己的大学时光，充分利用学校良好的学习环境，为自己今后的人生打下坚实基础。
