With the harsh competition in todays society, more and more people

complain about their stress in their daily life. Stress mainly comes from our

还有一次，我借了同学的一张歌唱碟。在回家的路途中，因为我拿不好袋子而把影碟摔在地上了，我忙拆开看一看，幸好，只是盒子分开了，要不，这回我可惨咯。

说到我的成绩啦！？两个字：一般。其实应该算是不错咯，但是每次拿到高分时，心里的骄傲总是抑制不了，所以轮到下一次的考试，分数会大打折扣了。我直到现在还在想：到底有什么办法可以使我拿到好成绩时，不骄傲自满呢？
