I have stayed in Shanghai alone for a week. It’s time for me to go to my real home—it is in Beijing. My parents are waiting for me. Although outside is no matter how beautiful, Beijing is still my home. In fact, there is many fresh things. Like red bayberries.

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing

晚上才是重头戏，鞭炮声要响一整个晚上。一家人聚在一起吃年夜饭————其实也就是杂烩。整盆的年菜，整盆的馒头，一段出来就让人独自直叫。大人都要喝酒，女人们聊着些家常，孩子们也在吃东西。还必须把菜加给孩子和长辈们。

吃过年夜饭后，最耐不住的就是孩子们，会拿着早就扎好的灯笼出门。除夕晚上是很热闹的，这天晚上分外亮堂。孩子们人手一盏灯笼，有纸糊的，有动物的，有卡通的，还有电动的，自然是琳琅满目。

My mother is sixty-three years old, and for the last forty year she has

been the village doctor. She has a small clinic that she prepares medicine and

treats small injuries, and also sells canned powder milk. Our house has people

in and out at all hours of the day and night. The villagers always like to come

to her clinic to see the doctor and to meet their neighbors, too. Almost all the

villagers come to my mother when their baby is due. My mother is very good at

predicting the day the baby will come. Sometimes my mother will not get enough

sleep if the babies come late at night or early in the morning. There are

special rooms for the mother and baby, and usually they stay at the doctors

house about twenty-four hours. We always like to see the new babies get their

first bath because they look so red and small. All the village people know and

trust my mother because she is such a quiet, kind, and experienced friend of

The Advantages of Doing Physical Exercises

As the proverb goes, “no one knows the value of health until he loses it.”

From this, we know

that health is very important to everybody. But how to keep fit? Many

people believe that sports can offer people health and pleasure. As far as I

concern, I think doing physical exercises have lots of advantages.

We had a small debate yesterday in politics class, which made everybody laugh. Wang Yongbin in our class is funny. He said with a crooked neck, "please state your opinion in opposition." It looks very serious! The opposite students grabbed the handle of our classmates, so Liu Yang, our mathematics class, said immediately: "the student said that dreams and dreams are opposite to reality." The teacher and his classmates laughed.

There was a counter student, Zhang Yijun, who said that he helped us in the opposite direction. Fortunately, the teacher reminded him in time to correct it. Yu Miao, a counter student, said, "dont you think its hard to learn before the end of the semester?" So I interposed, "because we know that we have passed." The students applauded immediately. Every time when our fellow students spoke well, Mu Deyu said at the bottom, "brilliant, really brilliant!" We said, "why dont you go up and say it?" He said, "Im stage fright." I have a good friend, her name is Lily. We met each other since we were

five years old. At that time, I moved next to her house, because of my father’s

work. I felt so lonely when I facing the new environment. Then someday, Lily

played in her yard and when she saw me, she smiled at me and asked me to play

with her. I was shy at first, but then I was affected by her kindness. We became

good friends soon. When I meet difficulties, she will help me without

hesitation. I am so thankful to her, I am so lucky to have her as my friend. Our

friendship is precious.

在我漫长的寒假里的一天，我在普君市场陪妈妈买菜时，目睹了这样一件引人深思的事。

在普君市场门口，有许许多多的小商小贩在叫卖，叫卖声此起彼伏，卖的东西也五花八门，有卖鸡的、卖菜的、卖刀的、卖虾的……说也说不完。其中有一位卖台湾手撕鸡的中年妇女。她的手撕鸡真香啊!怪不得在她的周围，买的人里三层外三层地包围着中年妇女。我看着这围得严严实实的“包围圈”，闻着空气中弥漫着的喷香的手撕鸡的味儿，肚子在不经意间发出咕咕的叫声，我的口水已经在嘴里酝酿。

正当我想挤进去的时候，突然，有人喊了一声：城管来啦!说时快那时迟，正当我还在发愣时，只见那位中年妇女用只有在武侠片中看到的“拨云见月”拨开人群，用另外一只手推车从人缝中飞奔而去，宛如白驹过隙

其他的小贩也纷纷手忙脚乱地逃走了，转眼间，热闹的景象化为乌有，只

留下了不少的垃圾。等到执法队员走后，小贩们又陆续回来了，市场门口又响起了小贩们的此起彼落的叫卖声。

望着眼前的情景，我不由地想到：执法人员应不应该驱赶他们呢?首先，他们方便了市民，东西便宜，其次，小贩们也可以挣钱，养家糊口。既然，有这么多的好处，执法人员为什么还要驱赶他们呢?原来，他们乱摆卖，严重影响了城市的交通。其次，人们吃完东西后，乱仍纸屑等垃圾，破坏了公共卫生，还影响了市容。还有，他们不向国家纳税，纳税是每个公民应尽的义务，他们的做法属于非法经营。我觉得，他们虽然可怜，可不能破坏城市的交通秩序和影响市容以及卫生。我认为有关部门应该做相关措施，例如给予一些优惠，引导他们到规定的场所合法经营。这样既维护了城市的秩序，又不影响交通，那该有多好呀!

快乐的周末 A Happy Weekend

I have a happy weekend!Take lessons on Saturday, Im going to cram school,

tutoring English and maths. In the afternoon, I watch TV at home. In the

evening, I want to go out for a walk with mom and dad and sister.On Sunday, Im

going to the shopping center reading, the book is really interesting. After

lunch, Im going to the sports, the body health is very important! In the

evening, I at home reading. How about you? What are you going to do this

寒假我和家人一起去东京迪士尼乐园玩。从迪士尼乐园的接驳车下来之后，我看见了乐园门口很多人排着队想挤进去，我想迪士尼一定很好玩吧。等到我们挤进去之后，我才看见只有几个我觉得好玩的地方。

我们首先来到了“加勒比海盗冒险之旅”，在入口处坐上船来到一个很黑，很黑的山洞里面。我隐隐约约地看见一个很陡很陡的坡。“哗”，我们的船滑了下去，山洞却一下子亮了起来，我看见了很多骷髅头。原来这里是加勒比海盗的老巢，我们在洞的更深处看见加勒比海盗的首领黑胡子正指挥着海盗们攻城呢!小船顺着山洞继续前行，我们看到黑胡子和海盗胜利了!他们让城里欺负老百姓的坏人们去监狱里。狗叼来了监狱的钥匙，但虽然坏人们用骨头引诱，狗狗死也不肯把钥匙交出来，坏人们只能继续在监狱里待着。而我们这次的加勒比冒险之旅也结束了。

另外，我还喜欢迪斯尼乐园里“怪物电力公司”这游戏。“怪物电力公司”这部电影里面是用小孩的尖叫声来发电，但这个游戏却不同。玩游戏时，我先坐上一辆小车，手里拿着一个手电筒。只有用手电筒照到怪物头上的M字，怪物才会跳出来吓你一跳，这样才可以得分。那怎样才能得高分呢?要照到一个怪物后面的怪物。怎样才能照到呢?要等前面的怪物挪开的时候才能照到。我喜欢看这部电影，所以我喜欢玩这个游戏。
