My Home Town

My home town is a beautiful place. It stands beside a wide river and is rich in fish and rice.

But in the old days it was a poor and backward little town. Many people had no work. They lived a hard life.

In 1949 my hometown was liberated. Since then great changes have taken place there. The streets have been widened. Factories, schools, hospitals, cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another. The life of the people is greatly improved.

I love my hometown. All the more I love its people. They are working hard so as to make it still richer and more beautiful.

一、学校领导班子及其成员重点查摆是否存在以下问题：

(1)学校办学方向、办学目标、办学思想不明确，没有办好学校的标准和行动;

(2)带头示范作用差，不能以身作则，不敢坚持原则，对各种不正之风抵制不力，对错误的人或事放任不管，班子闹不团结，学校正气不足，人心焕散;

(3)不学习、不思考，决策水平低、有失误;工作责任心、积极性和主动性差;

(4)对教师的评价和使用不够客观、公正、合理。不善于团结广大教职员工，调动其工作积极性。

(5)学校管理松懈、无完善的规章制度或制度落实不到位，执行不严格;

(6)主要精力没有用在校风、教风、学风建设上，忽视对教师师德师风的要求教育，和教师班务教学能力的培养提高;

(7)违反收费政策，巧立名目收费，超标准收费;学校开支不合理、代办费不结算;对学校内部的乱收费行为处理不坚决，不及时，不彻底;

二、学校教职工重点查摆是否存在以下问题：

(1)言行与国家法律法规相违背，违反考试管理规定和要求;

(2)为教不廉，强制学生订购书报教辅材料，向学生乱收费、推销商品，向学生和家长索要钱物、吃请;以敛钱为目的，举办各种名目的家教班、补习班、提高班;

(3)不尊重家长、不能友善地与家长沟通，指责、训斥学生家长;

(4)体罚和变相体罚学生，加重学生和家长的课业负担;在组织教学、排座位或安排宿舍等方面歧视后进生。

(5)行为举止违反社会公德和《中小学教师职业道德规范》，有损害教师为人师表、教书育人形象的言行;

(6)事业心和责任心不够强，不重视思想业务学习和提高，不能坚持教学“五认真”，组织观念不强，纪律性差，随意缺课旷职;

(7)教育观念落后，教育方法简单、粗暴，教育管理学生缺乏耐心、细心和爱心;

三、各学校领导班子和成员都要写出书面检查材料。学校领导班子和领导成员应在本校全体教职工大会上对照检查。然后进行民主评议。领导班子对照检查前应广泛征求基层组织和社会各界意见，征求意见的形式要灵活多样，如书面征求意见，召开座谈会，设立举报箱、举报电话等，并要有领导负责、安排专人办理教育整顿活动中反映的事情和问题。

通过“八查八看”活动深入学习和对照检查，深刻剖析问题产生的思想根源和主观因素，边查摆边整改，切实提高领导班子的管理水平，转变广大教职工思想作风、工作作风和生活作风。

Since I go to school, my parents always tell me that I should study hard,

so that I can find a good job in the future and earn a lot of money. To most

people, the purpose of reading books is to make money. But as I study more, I

realize that making money and reading books don’t have the directly connection.

The children should know more about the world by reading more books, at the same
