现将从以下三个方面汇报学习总结与感悟：

一.机会难得，热情高涨。

首先感谢杨老师和学校领导多次给我外出学习的机会，让我开阔眼界，丰富知识，提升能力，逐步成长，更好的工作。不胜感激!说句实在话，真的有些累，学习内容安排的满满的，甚至是计划多了，时间不够，可激情深邃的报告与热情精彩的公开课让你来不及去思索累与不累，只有沉浸其中……

二.内容丰盈，异彩纷呈

1.咸慧校长的报告---先哲苏格拉底。

咸慧是一位女校长，干练的外表，激情的语言，的确有感染力与号召力。她的报告内容深刻，意义深远，作为女校长，有如此超前的教育意识，丰厚的文化底蕴，锲而不舍的钻研精神着实令人欣佩。她向我们介绍了先哲苏格拉底的哲学思想、教育思想等，震撼了我的心灵，启迪了我的智慧。在以后的学习与工作中我将不遗余力的感悟其哲学思想与教育思想并彻头彻尾的实践在教育教学此文转自斐斐课件园中。

2.李梦康老师的三节公开课。

三节公开课分为说读课，听写课，综合课。大致是用这样的三节课结束一单元的学习。听之前就很难苟同，听之后也很难谋和。李老师的课无非是打破上课的常规，打乱教材的顺序进行灌输性的教学，跨越太大，内容太简，结构太乱，违背学生的认知规律。再者教师的基本素质也很一般，总之，感觉不是很舒服。但是李老师的执着与奉献，勤奋与钻研的精神让我陷入深深的思考，从他身上，我学到的是他执著于教育事业、孜孜不倦、严谨勤奋、潜心钻研、尽心尽责的那种热爱工作，热爱生活的高品位的生命形式。这些，促使我反思以前的工作，更好的展开现在的工作。

3.张秀玲老师的公开课

张老师是日照市一位优秀的英语教师，多次参加省级讲课比赛，战绩赫赫。有幸听张老师的课犹如丰盛的大餐，营养丰富，回味无穷。张老师那镇静的教态，流畅的口语，严谨的组织，活泼的教学，精心的设计，让整堂课如行云流水般的舒畅，蓝天碧水般的清澈，柠檬怡人般的清新。Wonderful ! 受益匪浅，我将不断学习，不断思考，不断更新理念，全新的投入英语教学。

4.阅读课教学的设计与组织---徐庆仰

日照市教学研究室的徐主任对阅读课教学的设计与组织给出了精辟的的理论和独到的见解，他那种最前沿的思考与指导对进行阅读教学有很明确的指导意义。主要从以下几个方面给我启示：

(1.)阅读教学设计步骤要分析课文的真实语义、语境、语用目的;设计恰当的阅读技能与学习目的;确认图式差异---即学生尚无课文理解却需要的图式;设计目标。

(2.)阅读教学应遵循：意义理解在先，语言学习在后;体现层次;先主旨后细节;先表层后深层;阅读技巧贯穿于始终;知识学习基于语篇。

(3.)阅读步骤。分别阐明Pre-reading While-reading Post-reading 三环节的aims﹠strategies.有很强的可操作性和实用性。

三.收获颇丰，感悟至深

每次的学习对于工作在教学第一线的我，感觉是幸福而又充实的，因为面对不同风格的名师，不同类型的讲座，能感受到思想火花的冲击。耳濡目染的东西很多，但要采他山之玉为我所用，纳百家之长解我所困却需要一个消化吸收的过程，作为一线教师的我会坚定不移的走下去，前边的路很长，我不能走到最前沿，但我会朝这个目标去努力。所谓“高山仰止，景行行止，虽不能至，心向往之”这是我一生的追求。

要点：实际上中考英语写作就等于两个字，翻译!因为中考英语写作一般会给出几个要点，要求必须在文章中有所体现。文章写的再好，只要缺少要点就会扣分。所以要点，也就是文章的第二段内容，要做到全，围绕中心。

结构：中考最流行的结构就是三段式，深受各地区中考英语写作阅卷老师的喜爱。为什么尼?因为这种结构十分清晰。“观点——要点——总结”让人一目了然。三段式的第一段：简单明了，开门见山，不超过2句话，如，我们想表达小强很强壮，第一段直接说XQis extremely strong。观点明确，这一句足矣。

第二段：分2-3点说为什么他强壮。1. 每天吃10顿饭，He has ten mealseveryday!详举吃的是什么。2. 每天运动2小时，He does exercise 2 hours a day!详举做了什么运动。

第三段：经过第二段的论证，可以得出结论。但请注意，不能完全照抄第一段，要有升华。也可以提出希望和建议等。如，Howstrong and robust XQ is!I hope to be him one day!

逻辑：这里的逻辑实际指的就是逻辑词。最常用的就是表示递进的，转折的，总结的逻辑词等。递进：除了first，second，third，finally等还可以使用高级点的，如first of all(首先)，in addition，whatsmore，moreover(都是另外的意思)，in a word，all inall(表示总结的)。转折：but，yet，however等。真正有经验的阅卷老师会很注意这些逻辑连接词，因为这些词体现了这个文章的思路。

语法：其他几点都不是硬性的要求，不那样做不能说是错，只能说是不好，但是语法却是硬性的。如，单词的使用，时态等。

亮点：当我们将前八个字都做得很完美的时候也只能得到一个二等文的上。要想得到一等文，最后两个字，亮点至关重要。大家设想如果我们是阅卷老师。有两篇写人美丽的作文摆在我们面前，都是结构清晰的三段式，要点都很全，都用了一些逻辑词，都没有语法错误，但是A篇只用了beautiful，good-looking，B篇却用到了attractive，charming，catching等，我坚信正常人都会给B篇高分的。这些高级一点的词汇，词组，句型便是我们得到一等文的最有力的绝招。所以，以后写英语作文要养成一般词汇限量用的好习惯。

说说本学年的想法：通过去年的学习，我发现一些孩子们急需改变的地方。今天说出来和家长们一起交流一下，希望家长们在家督促好孩子们：

1、书写。俗话说“字如其人”!书写是展现一个人语文素养的重要部分。去年考试，很多学生也因为书写扣了很多分。所以，开学以来我加强学生们的书写练字训练!希望家长们在家监督好孩子，“宁可慢，宁可写不完，也不要一把草!也希望家长们不行撕了重写就是，不要随便打孩子!

2、阅读。阅读是提高一个人能力最好的方法!介于我们农村家庭书籍少的因素，开学来我让孩子们从图书室借来了120本图书，让他们随时翻读借阅!其次学校图书室也是开放的。所以希望家长们在家督促学生们多看书，最好是在家规定好“定时定点去读书”!

3、语文管理。首先，希望大家知道一些学校的事情!每周三是我们的无作业日!其他时间都是有作业的。书面抄写的和阅读背诵!其次，每月一般会有一次单元测试!希望大家再家心里有数。当然，在家里让大家替我们检查作业是不现实的(家长们不一定会)!我希望家长们帮忙检查孩子们是否认真工整的写了，对错有我们老师把关。

4、下边，我介绍一下我们班语文的的评价制度(代币制管理)!刚才大家手里都有一张积分卡，这就是孩子们日常表现所获取的!积分卡获取办法“作业，演讲，上课表现，手抄报，绘画，读书积累，书写，活动比赛，听写，学习成绩......”等多方面。目的就是综合评价我们的孩子!所以，家长在家要想知道孩子们的表现，数一数他的积分卡就可以了!

经过一年的培训学习及教学实践，听取了学景专家们的指导和介绍，在课改的道路上我又成长了一步。学景专家们异彩纷呈、深入扎实的专题讲座，丰富多彩的课堂实讲让我受益匪浅。通过学习先进地区的教育经验和课改新理念、新举措、新方法，总结了三点心得体会：

第一，必须转变教育观念，适应课程改革;第二，必须转变课堂教学模式，发挥学生主体作用;第三，必须转变教师角色，做课堂的引领者而不是包办者。

课堂教学改革不仅仅是教师教学方法的改变，而是要从根本上改变学生的学习方式。什么是学习方式?学习方式不是指具体的策略与方法,而是指学生在完成学习任务过程时，基本的行为和认知取向;不是指学习的具体小策略，而是指学习的大趋向。因此，课堂教学改革的核心是改变学生的学习方式。改变学生的学习方式，就是要转变目前学生总是被动、单一的学习方式。提倡多样化的学习方式，提倡自主、实践、探索、合作的学习方式。可以按以下方式进行操作：

1、创造性地运用教材，为学生自主创新创设条件。在教学前，教师深入地钻研教材，在把握住教材实质的基础上，能创造性的设计教学，弥补教材的某些不足，改变传统教育的弊端，更好的培养学生的自主、创新意识。通过精心备课，设计出适合学生学习方式的教案。

2、营造自主创新的氛围，鼓励学生尝试。创造力是没法教的，所谓的创造力教学，指的是学生要真正有被鼓励展开并发表他们想法的机会，如此才能发展他们富于创造力的才能。因此，在教学活动中，教师设计情景创造机会，鼓励学生敢于标新立异，敢于尝试。

3、以“合作学习”为核心组织教学。引导学生在“合作学习”中共同创新，把“合作学习”延伸到课外。
