Chinese new year is a chinese traditional festival. We also call it the spring festival. It is on lunar january 1st.

On new year’s eve, all the people sit around the desk and have a big family dinner. There are some vegetables, some fish, some meat, some fruits and some drink like juice, coke, pepsi and some nice wine. Overall, this is a good and delicious dinner. 在我还是个孩子的时候春节是我最喜欢的中国节日。那时候，我过得很开心。每一年那个时我都可以穿新衣服，从亲戚那里得到压岁钱而且很少被妈妈批评。所有的事情好像是那么的美好。然而，随着我的成长，我越来越觉得春节已变得无趣。我只是觉得它就像平时一样。而且，我觉得因为烟花爆竹，春节变成了一个嘈杂的节日。所以我不再喜欢它了。

在新年来临之际，我有一个心愿。

今天是12月31日，2013年就要过去了，2014年马上就要来到了，这也意味着春天即将来临了。新的一年像一位强健的小伙子迈着矫健的步伐向我们走来，又像一位花枝招展的小姑娘，向我们走来。

回忆一下在2013年里，我从四年级升上了五年级;在8月份中国健儿在雅典奥运会上取得了好成绩;在学校里，我有一段时间忙于玩，导致成绩下降，以后我努力学习，抓紧把这段失误补回来;在夏令营中，我学到了许多知识……2013年里的许多事都浮现在我的眼前。又想起今天早上，我像平常一样走进教室，我惊呆了，教室里一派生机勃勃的景象：灯上挂着彩带，教室里被布置了一番，这也是为迎接新一年的到来而准备的。

我沉浸在2013年的回忆中，可是在2014年里我应该怎么作呢?我想了一会儿，做起了新一年的打算。

在新一年里，我当然应该好好学习，这是一个学生义不容辞的任务。而且人嘛，就应该活得快快乐乐地。哦。我差一点忘了，我有一些贪玩，这个毛病，早应该改了。我还是应该努力完成学习任务，更要丰富课外知识。我也要争取获一些奖，作一个好学生。

2013年快过去了，到2014年我又会长大一岁，随着年龄的增长，我更应该好好学习，迎接新的一年。

这就是我新年的心愿!
