Nobody could imagine what an bad environment we would live in if there were no cleaners in the city. Wherever we go, there is rubbish. Maybe we would soon be drowned in the mountain of rubbish. From the above, I can draw the conclusion safely that even the smallest and the most ordinary job, such as cleaning the street is also the necessary part to keep the society going smoothly. Consequently, those who do those most insignificant jobs should get respected as much as those being engineers or doctors。

As is shown in the first picture, on a mountain of university tiredly climbs a college student, almost finishing his journey in the university, and awkwardly and surprisingly finding that he has to climb another much higher mountain -- hunting a job, bus as is shown below, in front of a post board for recruiting government officials stand an ocean of people, with only one in front of the board for hiring waiter. There has been a heated discussion about these pictures recently in the newspaper. Simple as the pictures are , they do demonstrate certain thought-provoking social phenomenon.

The pictures tell us the issue of hunting jobs for college students is increasingly and seriously important in current days. What’s more , individuals, organizations and even the whole society have been attaching due attention to this issue. On one hand, when facing the pressure of finding a job, students are struggling painfully. The burden can cause not only depression but also anxiety and such problems as isolation and solitude. 一、英语写作的重要性

1.英语写作有益于扩充词汇量

口语所使用的语言一般是比较简单和常用的。而在用英语写作时，所使用的语言则是多种多样的。从极简单到较复杂的语言都要使用，所使用的词汇和句型也比口语中使用的相对要多，这对英语词汇量的扩充有很大帮助。

二、如何写好一篇英语作文

1.打好扎实的英语语言基础

要写好英语作文，首先必须掌握一定数量的英语单词。此外还得掌握好一定的英语语法知识。若有不太清楚的地方，应通过查阅语法书和词典来逐步解决，不能偷懒，随便乱写。

2.广泛进行英语阅读

专业作家的秘密之一就是：阅读，阅读，再阅读。阅读其他人的文章，并不是为了如法炮制，但我们可以把从其他作品中学到的东西融化到自己的文体和技巧中 去。当我们发现一段文章比自己能写出的任何东西好得多的时候，坐下来，对它进行反复研究琢磨。就同一题目，这位作者做了哪些我们不能做到的事情?模仿别人 技术上的长处，对写作来说极有益处。但仅靠阅读是不行的，因为它可以被用作不动笔的借口，还会成为一种医学专用剂。因此要记住：阅读是为了写作。

英语写作有许多技巧，如怎样选词，造句，怎样展开段落，各种体裁的英语作文应怎样布局谋篇等。只有对这些基本的写作技巧加以掌握，才能在英语写作时得心应手。

4.多观察多分析

1.合理分配时间

大学英语四六级短文写作题规定时间是30分钟，所以应首先保证写作时间。虽然写作题是考试的最后一题，但一定要确保写作题的时间不被其它题目挤占。然而 在多次四六级考试监考中，我们发现很多同学在前面部分花费太多时间，以致于只有十几分钟甚至几分钟来写作文，写的效果和得分情况可想而知。其实我们可以自 己拟订一个方案：首先，7分钟左右审题，构思，拟订提纲;其次，20分钟写作;最后，3分钟左右检查修改。

2.审题

审题是写作成功与否的重要因素之一。一定要留出约3分钟左右的时间审题，构思，打腹稿，“凡事预则立，不预则废。”然而不少考生由于没掌握好时间，一拿 到作文题，便匆匆下笔，没有构思，结果想到哪写到哪，往往离题千里，事倍功半。所以一定要在动笔之前花几分钟，认真审题，仔细寻找题目提供的信息(包括英 文，中文，图画，数字等)，然后对这些信息加以认真分析，弄清题意，确定中心思想。

3.拟写提纲

一般应试作文要围绕提纲，首先要明白提纲的作用，一是告诉你应写什么，二是为你的内容或思想规定写作顺序，三是告诉你每段的内容;四是帮助你自始至终紧密围绕规定的主题。在拟写提纲时，首先要定好文章分几段写，各段的中心是什么，要用什么细节才能说明所规定好的中心。

4.正式作文

在正式作文时，应按所列的提纲来进行。写作还应注意以下几点：首先，一定要下工夫写好每一段的主题句，尤其是第一段的主题句。A good beginning makes a good ending.主题句能否写好关系着阅卷人对你的作文的第一印象。高考作文是分档给分，即阅卷人根据总体印象给出某一档的分数，然后再在这一档上下进行微 调。其次，要尽量保持卷面整洁。因为作文是人工评卷，卷面干净整洁会给阅卷人很好的印象，对提高分数档次很有好处。然而很多考生不注意标点，语法及单词大 小写，经常写了又划，划了又写，从而使卷面很糟糕而影响得分。因此一定不要轻视卷面整洁这一点。第三，一定要写够字数。字数不够扣分是很严格的。但是也应 注意行文简明扼要，层次分明，切忌写一些与主题无关的话来凑字数。有的考生写得杂乱无章，篇幅过长，使阅卷人看得心烦，这也不可取。第四，一定要沉着应 战，保持平静的心理状态。不要因为作文是最后一题，离交卷时间近就不停看表，造成不必要的紧张。考试时良好的心理状态是正常发挥的必要保证。

第四档：(6分~11分)。未恰当完成试题规定的任务：漏掉或未描述清楚主要内容;所用句式和词汇有限;语法或用词方面的错误影响了对所写内容的理解。未能清楚地传达信息。

第五档：(1分~5分)。未完成试题规定的任务：明显遗漏主要内容;句式单调、词汇贫乏;语法错误较多 。

第六档：0分。未能传达任何信息;所写内容与要求无关。

三、书面表达应试要领

1. 第一步是仔细审题。重点注意内容要点，写作对象和交际目的。

2. 要写草稿，实在没时间也要写一个提纲。

3. 确定好时态。转述别人观点常用现在时。记叙经常发生的事用一般现在时，描写过去发生的事用过去时。

4. 不出现中文，不用汉语拼音。不生造中国式的英语。要用你听过的话来说，用你读过的句子来写。

5. 第一句很重要，不要轻易下笔。尾句部分容易出错，要留意。

6. 为防止遗漏内容要点，可在原题上标出记号。

7. 几个必要的连词一定要用，或顺接、或转折、或让步、或比较。
