良好的行为习惯是学生学习和生活的保障，为使学生形成良好的习惯，我常常在充分了解学生的基础上，创新班主任工作方法。严格地对学生训练课堂常规、集会常规、出操常规、卫生常规、劳动常规、参观常规、路队常规，并设立“卫生星”、“守纪星”、“文明星”、“安全星”、“创新星”等方式激励学生，使每个学生既具有“服从集体、服从命令”的思想，呈现“活而不乱，严而不死”的良好班风班貌，又具有“个性张扬、百花竞放”的个性特长，同时结合不同的节日，开展了“好习惯伴我行”、 “知荣明耻我能行”、“争创书香好班级”等主题班会，并通过小品、儿歌等形式，使学生思想和灵魂得到了一次次深刻的洗礼，不但再次矫正了他们的不良行为，而且使班级活动开展有序，学生个体特征得到了充分展示，形成了“收放自如，张驰有度”的治班方略，把素质教育要求下的学生管理和课改理念下的治学之道有机统一起来，为造就适应未来社会的新型人才打下了基础，做出了贡献。

五、追求卓越，奋力翱翔
