I think there is no one would say “no” to travel. People love travel, for

it can make them relax and widen their vision. Some people like to travel with

friends, because they want to share the pleasure oftraveling, and they think

the journey will be much easier for they can take care of each other. While some

people like to travel alone, they can go anywhere in anytime. They don’t have to

care about what the partner’s idea. In my opinion, I’m much preferred to travel

with friends, but I always have an urge to travel alone.

Firstly, I was told that travel alone can help people to grow up quickly,

and that’s what I really need. If you travel alone, you have to do everything by

yourself in the journey, for instance, to buy a ticket, to book hotel, and ask

directions. That maybe just a small case for extrovert, but for introvert, like

me, it’s really a big challenge. I remember the first time I go to travel with

friends and my little brother, they did everything, and I just follow and had

me. I was humiliated for that. So, travel alone could force introvert to do the

things that you don’t dare to do. It could help you to build an outgoing

personality. For extrovert, travel alone could enhance your ability to handle

Secondly, travel alone gives you peace of mind. Image that, you walking

alone in the beach, there are no sounds of human beings, just burst of sound

waves. You close your eyes, enjoy the moment, you will feel peace.

In short, travel alone could be loneliness and dangerous, especially for

girls, but it’s worth having a try for the beautiful scene in the journey, it

seems like all the things are just exist for you.

As we know， most peoplehave heroes in their hearts. For me, Dr Norman Bethune is the hero in my heart.He was a great doctor from Canada.

Autumn is the third season in the year. It lasts from September to

There is nothing complicated about eating a proper diet. For good health,

eat a variety of foods. Do not eat the same foods day after day! Foods should be

selected everyday from each of basic four. They are the four groups of food

essential to proper nutrition: the milk group, meat group, vegetable-fruit

group, and bread- cereal group, Your body will then be supplied with all the

nutrients it requires; they are water, minerals, carbohydrate, fats and oils,

proteins, and vitamins. A persons diet is determined by his attitudes, likes

The main theme of this activity is do not waste any food, starting with me. This campaign was first started from Sina weibo. In my humble opinion, everybody should join in this campaign. As we all know, the Chinese traditional virtue is to be thrifty even we are live in a better life. According to the latest survey, more than 50 million tons of food is being dumped in China every year. This wasted food can feed about 200 million people for a year. The old generation usually appreciates the leftover, if there is any food in the plate, they will eat them up; while the younger generation will dump the leftovers into the dustbin, they rather spend the money on other food instead of eating leftovers. I think such behavior is not only waste of food and money, but also broadcast the wrong idea that wasting food is acceptable. People should come to realize the importance of saving food. The governments should also take measures to reduce food wastage and encourage people to eat at home. What’s more, people should put an end to the expensive feasts and banquets.

I think this campaign should be moving on. Saving food for our offspring is everybody’s responsibility. Even if you’re a wealthy man, you still need to eat up the food on your plate. Waste is not a good habit.

Two years ago, the ofo became popular in China. The government advocated

ofo plan and wanted to facilitate people’s lives. Nowadays, ofo is favored by

more and more people, especially in the big cities. It can help people to save

time and some people can use it to take a visit of the city. The foreigners

speak highly of ofo. They say it brings great convenience to them. What’s more,

in the big cities, the traffic always get congested. At this moment, ofo is

great help to them. People don’t need to worry about being late. But the problem

comes. Some bikes are damaged and people condemn such behavior. Everybody should

behave themselves and make ofo works well.

My sister was fond of traveling. Ever since graduating, she had been

determined to organize a trip to an old temple. Since transporting fare was

expensive, she decided to use a bicycle to cycle there not caring about the

disadvantages. Her stubborn attitude was always her shortcoming. Once she made

up her mind to do something, no one could persuade her to change her mind.

My mother is a village woman，who is already in her fifties. She had very

My name is Beth. Im 14 years old, and I study in No. 1 Middle School of

Hangzhou. My school is very big and beautiful. Im very happy in the school.

I usually get up at 6:15 in the morning. Then I do morning exercises in the

playground. At 6:40, I have my breakfast. You can see many students and teachers
