孝昌县纪委监察局决定以此为契机，在全县举办《不变的步伐》学思践悟征文比赛活动，旨在在强化舆论引导，在全县营造“守纪律、讲规矩“的浓厚氛围。

征文题目不限、题材不限、体裁不限，写人、写事、写物、记叙文、议论文、日记、书信、散文、诗歌、小说等作品均可参赛。

该县还要求全县各级各部门，在组织收看《不变的步伐》电视专题片后，采取各种形式，进行“守纪律、讲规矩“宣传，提高党员干部拒腐防变能力。利用周四学习日和夜学时间，集中全体干部职工谈观后感，单位主要负责人带头署名撰写心得体会文章，在单位或者系统内部开展观后感征文活动，并择优上报1-3篇体会到县纪委统一参评征文比赛。
