目前，西藏有19.4万名残疾人，处于就业年龄段的有5.1万多人。记者从西藏自治区人力资源和社会保障厅了解到，为保护残疾人劳动就业权益，自治区从2012年1月开始实行用人单位按比例安置残疾人就业制度，并出台了多项优惠政策，促进残疾人就业。

除了政策与法规的出台外，西藏针对残疾人的职业培训力度也在逐年加大。据了解，自治区残联已经与有资质的培训机构进行合作，举办各种培训班，建立国家级残疾人职业培训基地等培训模式，提升和保障培训的专业性及质量，参加培训的残疾人还享受免费教育及包吃住的优惠政策。

为纪念第69个世界红十字日，5月7日，防城港市红十字会联合防城港市中心血站在海湾新区北京华联超市门口献血点联合开展无偿献血、捐献造血干细胞采样等知识宣传活动。

“你好，请问你了解献血知识吗?”在活动现场，志愿者通过向市民发放无偿献血、捐献造血干细胞、捐献人体器官及预防艾滋病宣传单，向前来咨询相关知识的市民进行详细讲解，向市民宣传相关的献血知识和动员市民现场献血。活动不仅吸引了一些符合献血条件的市民前来献血，也吸引了一些有爱心的市民前来咨询。

“我想献血呀，但是条件要求是55岁以下，我现在65岁，已经不符合献血的条件了。”一位65岁的大爷说。
