在一次的爬山中，我懂得了坚持。

“哇！妈妈，爸爸天梯山好高呀！”这时的我，正在天梯山的脚下，望着高耸入云的天梯山，我特别的兴奋，因为，一会儿的我，将会爬到这么高的山的顶峰。

说爬就爬，不管三七二十一，我和我的爸爸妈妈立马爬了起来，我走的非常的快，爸爸妈妈跟本就跟不上我的速度，走着走着，我就慢慢的停下了，我看见了一个五岁的小孩，一手拉着爸爸，一手拉着妈妈，他的爸爸和妈妈非常的开心，那个小孩子也非常的开心，可是，当时的我看见那个小孩满脸的汗珠，可是他依旧那么的开心。

这时，我的妈妈过来了，看见了我正在看那个小孩子，于是，妈妈就说：“孩子，你看那个小孩子，满脸的汗珠，可是他没有让他的爸爸或妈妈抱他，而是在自己走，这就是再坚持呀！”

又过了一会儿，我爬的非常的累了，就连一步都不想爬了，可是胜利就在眼前，我马上就可以爬上去了，这时，我想到了那个小孩子，他都可以坚持我也一定要坚持，最后，我终于爬上了顶峰。

如果说，生活像大海，那么它一定是由点点滴滴的收获组成的。 我得到了许许多多，点点滴滴的收获。而“坚持”这一滴水，是我的一滴宝贵的收获。

记得小时候妈妈让我每天背一首古诗，一开始我的新鲜劲很大，每背一首，就在题目旁摁一个红红的小印章。甚至一天“超额完成任务”。可过了一阵子，新鲜劲销声匿迹，古诗的书也懒得碰，躲在沙发的一个角落。

回到家，我找出书，擦去皮上的灰尘，坚持每天背，在一次考试时没有因为填写古诗扣分。

还有一次，我大约10岁，妈妈带我去张家界旅游，望着直插云天的山，我打了个激灵。妈妈故意说：“呀，你不敢怕了?行，你在下面等我!”我瞪了她一眼：“我敢!”便和妈妈一起爬。

到了半山腰，我受不了了：“妈妈，咱撤吧!”妈妈无奈地说：“唉，好吧，我只能自己爬喽!”我只好继续往上爬。爬了一会儿，我又停住了。妈妈不再刺激我，而是鼓励我：“坚持就是胜利，孩子，再坚持一下，就可以俯视一切了!”我咬紧了牙：“好……吧!”

说到这，我想到了家乡的小河。昔日，河岸边绿树如荫，绿禾如海。可是现在，人们为了盖房子，砍走了河岸上的树木，拉光了河岸的泥土，挖空了河坎。于是，雨季一到，泛滥的河水淹没了小河两岸翠绿的庄稼，小河在呜咽，绿色在叹息。人们，这不是在自戕生命吗?

既然大家知道了环保、低碳的重要性，那么，我们大家就一起动起来吧!比如：随手关灯、少开汽车多骑车、在马桶水箱里放两个瓶子、每天节约一滴水。你别看这些都微不足道，可是大家一起做的话，那可不是微不足道了!听了我的介绍，你是不是已经想节约，过低碳生活了呢?那大家一起环保吧!

一星陨落，黯淡不了星空灿烂;一花凋谢，荒芜不了整个春天;一次打击，摧毁不了心中的信念。 A star fell, the stars could not be bleak; the flowers faded, and the barrenness could not destroy the belief in my heart.

空气中弥漫着春末夏初的淡淡温热，我在跑道上奔跑着……

自从跨进了九年级，便被一个可怕的消息震住了——中考改革，其中体育“20分”正中了我的死穴。想想之前体育测试的成绩，捏捏肚子上的赘肉，不免一次次地叹起气来，突然意识到了一股莫名强烈的紧张感。

在矛盾心理不断冲突下，我咬紧了牙关决定刻苦锻炼。每当夕阳西坠，我便来到了椭圆形的红色跑道，可没跑几步，早已大汗淋漓，大口大口地喘气，脚步像灌了铅似的沉重。“不行了!”我托着腰，用带着丧气的口吻自言自语。可回头一想到那不久要面对的考验和目标，我又慢慢地加快了脚步。

就这样，我跑跑又走走地坚持了下来……

天空阴沉了下来，随之而来的就是漫天的细/雨。望着它，我几分窃喜，几分忧虑。喜的是可以找到了休息的借口，忧的是脑中不断回想着同学们的讨论声：“听说中考体育不及格就上不了重点高中……”“临考试就只有个把月了……”几分挣扎下，我又默默地撑起了伞来到了学校的室内百米跑道上，选择了坚持。

寂寥的跑道上，只有我和雨水相伴，不停息的雨滴声带动着我不断奔跑的心。虽然很累，但我无怨无悔!

为了梦想，即使周末，我也不会停下脚步，在楼道走廊里跑来跑去，跑上跑下，唯有精疲力竭才敢休息一会儿，身体也变得结实了许多。

在上周的体育课上，我终于意识到了“时间就是最好的证明”，我轻松地突破了及格线，这超乎预想的一幕让我刹那的心头一颤，不经意间震落了几许努力与坚持的泪滴。

我的心似乎又重振起来，愿明天的跑道上有个更好的自己。很庆幸自己的坚持!

《程门立雪》讲述的是杨时拜访老师刻苦学习的一段小故事。

北宋时期有个叫杨时的进士，他特别喜欢钻研学问，到处寻师访友。程颢和程颐是宋代有名的文学家，所以杨时决定拜他们为老师向他们求教。杨时先是拜访程颢，学到了非常多的知识，可是4年后程颢去世了，杨时并没有因此放弃学习，他仍谦虚谨慎不骄不躁，继续拜访程颐求教。

有一次杨时遇到一个不懂的问题，约上好友游酢一同去向程颐求教，不巧程颐正在午睡，杨时不愿惊醒老师，和游酢一起在门口等老师醒来。不一会儿下起了鹅毛大雪，雪越下越大，杨时和游酢却还立在雪中，游酢冻的受不了想叫醒老师，却被杨时拦住了。直到程颐一觉醒来，才发现门外站着两个“雪人”。程颐被杨时求学的恒心和诚意深深地打动，从此程颐倾心尽力教杨时，杨时也不负重望，终于学到了杨颐的全部学问。后来杨时回到南方传播程氏理学，形成了独家学派，也就是“龟山先生”。

我想，如果当年程颢去世时，杨时放弃了继续求学的道路，或者向程颐求学时因为他在午睡，而天气又十分恶劣，他忍受不了这种痛苦当即转身离去，那么也没有他后来的成功与成就了。正是因为杨时经过了苦苦的等待，所以他十分珍惜每一次学习的机会，而且将所学知识牢牢地记在了心里。

读完《程门立学》我懂得了，我们要学习杨时这种尊敬师长、宁愿自己冒雪受冻不愿打扰老师休息的精神，还要学习杨时不怕艰难、刻苦努力、坚持不懈的意志，只要虚心好学，我们一定能学到更多知识。就像唐朝诗人韩愈写的那句诗词一样，“书山有路勤为径，学海无涯苦作舟”！
