今天我们进行了“魔鬼式训练”——军训。刚走进操场晨跑，身边的同学都奋力奔跑，一种紧迫感油然而生，我怀着沉重的心情开始了新的锻炼方式——晨跑。

刚刚跑完了全程，不一会儿，就迎来了的军训的开营仪式。

我们身着迷彩军服，头戴军帽，脚穿军鞋，整齐划一地排着队伍进军操场。不一会儿，教官们开始了对我们的严格训练。

先是难度系数“二星”——站军姿的训练。只见教官一声令下“立正”，站军姿，抬头挺胸，双脚叉开成60度角。又是"唰地一声，一列列整齐的“小军人”就出现在操场上。目视前方，顶着骄阳，在站立了20分钟后，大家就觉得口舌干燥，双腿也不听使唤了。真是“军队三分钟，训练十年功啊。

接下来是“难度系数一星”——报数！报数这项训练，口说简单，实做不易啊！

教官要求的声音大，不少同学报了几次数，直到“河东狮吼”才终于被教官认可。像那一个同学，他在依次报数时，脸上不停的冒汗，心里小鹿乱撞。过了一会，他鼓足勇气，攥紧拳头，咬紧牙齿，神色也镇定自若。轮到他了，他大叫一声，使出拔树之势，喊出“8”。可是教官仍然不满意。他顿时脸色变灰，风也拂着他的衣角，仿佛安慰着他，但他脸色依然灰仆仆的，在教官第二次要求之后，我们的目光都像被吸铁石吸引住了一样，都落在他的身上。后来，他又使出排山倒海之势，喊出了那个数字。这次终于得到了教官的认可，他的脸上了露出了微笑，这时候，仿佛快乐之神围绕着他，我们也终于完成了这项看似简单的任务。

最后是"难度系数五星”——走法摆臂。摆臂，刚听到觉得肯定超级简单。可是，我们听从教官的指挥，一直保持摆臂7、8分钟，十分艰难。这不，教官口令一下：保持摆臂，双手放平，保持不动。我们就只能跟着教官的口令坚持着，硬着头皮坚持了20分钟。刹那间，大家一个个变成了“木头人”，紧接着，过了几分钟后，一部分同学就面露难色了，这时候，教官的口令声开始越来越响亮，大家咬紧牙关，奋力坚持到最后。这个挑战成功了，同学们的脸上洋溢着胜利的微笑。

这一天的“魔鬼式训练”让我们感受到了军人的毅力和果敢。更让我们懂得了有困难就要把它打败，坚持到底就是胜利的核心道理。也深切的感受到了，人在困境中奋起，也是一种精神，更是一种难得可贵的财富。

One night Mr Lee was driving his wife home from work. She was a nurse in a

hospital. It was almost midnight and she was quite tired out. She soon fell

help. Mr and Mrs Lee got into their car and continued their journey home.

Peer pressure means the influence given by a group of people around you,

such as, parents, friends, classmates, teachers and so on. Their influence will

affect your attitude, behavior, conception or decision. As every side has two

sides, this influence also has two sides. Let me explain my reasons.

For one thing, influence of peer pressure has positive effect. It depends

on the specific thing. Sometimes, the influence of pressure will promote me get

progress. For instance, my deskmate does well in one math exam, while I fall far

我连忙把它从瓶子里拿了出来，焦急不安地不断触弄它翩然起舞，然而，它却再也不能动弹了，它已香销玉陨……也不知何时泪水不知不觉地流落我的脸颊。我带着自责、懊悔的心情，用白纸把它包好，准备将它葬在那盆“日日红”的底下。当它的香冢挖好后，我竟不忍心将它容于这尘土之中，我端详它许久，爱不释手的将它做成一叶精美的书签，让它时刻都提醒我：无论何时何地，对身边的一切不仅要留意，还要珍惜，包括亲情和友情。

现在，我真真正正的学会了珍惜!还知道了无论什么，都千万不要等到失去了，才知道珍惜!

路漫漫，心茫茫，路就在眼前，却不知该去何方。路，绵延坎坷，荆棘遍野，我虽坚定前行却又屡屡受挫。时间的年轮风似的滚动，只在耳际留下阵阵风声。我用带着疲惫且浑浊的双眼探向前方——茫茫无尽头......心又凉！

正思量，一个声音从心底深入我的耳蜗--坚持前行。我浑浊的瞳仁里忽然闪过一丝亮光，照亮了前方的路，温暖了你冰凉的心。停滞的脚步用力抬起——刚健迈出——奋力奔跑。在那燃烧着激情的路上，我，浑身金光闪耀。这金黄冲向云天，化作金灿灿的四个大字“梦想启航！”

I’m going to the sun on my holiday. I will go there by a spaceship. I will take a big blue spaceship。

then I’ll pilot the spaceship to the sun. the sun is very hot. So I put on the super-shirt. In the morning, I will have some sun burger for my breakfast.

At eight o’clock, I will play with my friends there. they are super dog and super girl. Super dog is white and black. Super girl is very clever. Super girl and super dog like to play with me. So I play with them for forty minutes. then I do my homework in my little red room on a small blue table. After my home work, I will have my lunch. I will eat sun salad. I will make some red toy bear to the sun babies. I will have red juice, red fish and red rice. All the things are red. then I need a lot of water on the sun because the sun is too hot. So I will walk to the spaceship. I’ll pilot the spaceship to the earth.

This is a good holiday on the sun.

你被生活累弯了腰，脸上满是皱纹，穿着破旧却整洁的衣服。一架弱不禁风的躯干，终日为我忙碌着：天刚蒙蒙亮，就为我做好了早饭，虽然并不美味，但我却很喜欢;天冷了，我被冻得直打哆嗦。你心疼了，戴上眼镜，起早贪黑地为我做了一双塞满棉花的黑色棉鞋，虽然并不美观，但却让我很温暖。我上学去了，你又洗碗、洗衣、喂鸡鸭、干农活……没有一刻空闲。

一个风雨交加的傍晚，我放学了，那真是倒霉的一天，祸不单行：雨披被划破了，生了锈的链条断了，车胎也没气了。我埋怨着：老天为何偏偏要捉弄我这个弱女子?

走在路上，我像被遗弃的婴儿般可怜、无助。我仍在埋怨：为什么还不来接我?难道你也要欺负我吗?

终于快到家了，朦胧的双眼看见一个瘦弱、佝偻的身影，倚靠在大门边。“哼，这么大的雨也不去接我!”我依然沉浸在自我的.天地里，对眼前的一切毫不理会。你见我回来，忙去拿来毛巾和干净的衣服，还端来了一碗热腾腾的姜汤。等我收拾完自己，喝完那碗姜汤后，我才留意到：因为在雨中等我，同样变成了一只落汤鸡的你，连脸上的雨水都没顾上擦，就只是忙着为我……看着你蹒跚的脚步，我真为自己刚才那自私的想法感到可耻。我扑向你，抓住你的手，一双长满老茧、布满冻疮的、粗糙、开裂的，让我不可思议手，我忽然觉得自己好渺小。依偎在你的怀里，我被浓浓的爱包裹着，好温暖，我流泪了……

你十三年如一日的照顾着我、关爱着我。是你让我懂得了真爱，懂得了感恩，懂得了回报!谢谢您——奶奶!
