早晨，我仿佛听见有“哒哒哒”的声音。于是，我非一般地跑了出去。只见豆大的雨点从天而降，打在地上，“叮当”的作响。我吃晚饭后，就去上学去了。在上学的路上，我看见那一辆辆汽车在湿漉漉的公路上奔驰，犹如在河里奔驰。向远处一看，无论是大人还是小孩都打着各式各样的小雨伞，好似那一朵朵小蘑菇，在雨中急匆匆的奔跑。

记得，四岁的我很淘气，最喜欢的就是淋雨。一天早晨，下着大雨，打着雷。我却趁着外婆的忙碌偷偷地跑出门，约上几个小伙伴一起到村里那条小溪里抓鱼。溪水由山泉汇集而成，天晴时，喝上几口，变能让你瞬间充满能量；下雨时，溪水上涨，鱼儿便会争先恐后的跃出水面，这时就到了抓鱼的最好时机。我们很快来到溪边，此时雨依然下着，溪水里一半是水，一半是鱼。

几个男孩迫不及待的跳进水里，展开一场“人鱼之争”，而我们几个女孩则在岸边验收着男孩们的“战利品”。水里的鱼儿活蹦乱跳，可到了岸上却只能靠雨水滋养。鱼始终离不开水，可长大后的我们终有一天要离开父母独自远行，靠自己的力量生活。我们嬉闹着收拾着男孩们的“战利品”。不一会儿，箩筐里装满了大大小小的鱼，而我们的衣服也更湿了，分不清是天空落下的雨水，还是欢笑中的汗水。箩筐被鱼装满，可我们却不想回家。

Now the earth is seriously ill, mainly caused by air pollution, water pollution and soil pollution.

Air pollution is mainly caused by the floating of material from factories, power stations and car exhausts into the atmosphere, making the air "dusty and footless". In cities with severe air pollution, people and animals are also affected and stunted. In addition, if the atmospheric carbon dioxide content is too high, it will produce a greenhouse effect, which will melt the ice in the south and south poles and reduce the ozone layer rapidly, which will eventually lead to global warming. It is not difficult to prevent this phenomenon. Soil pollution is my concern, because soil has a huge connection to air and water. There are many ways to protect the soil, such as in daily life, dont bury things like disposable batteries and foam plastics into the soil. Our capacity to cope successfully with lifes challenges far outstrips our capacity to feel nervousness. Yet in the weeks, days, and hours leading up to an event that we believe will test our limits, we can become nervous. While we may have previously regarded ourselves as equal to the trials that lie ahead, we reach a point at which they near and our anxiety begins to mount. We then become increasingly worked up, until the moment of truth arrives and we discover that our worry was all for nothing. We are almost always stronger and more capable than we believe ourselves to be. But anxiety is not rational in nature, which means that in most cases we cannot work through it using logic as our only tool. Reason can help us recognize the relative futility of unwarranted worry but, more often than not, we will find more comfort in patterns of thought and activity that redirect our attention to practical or engaging matters.

Most of us find it remarkably difficult to focus on two distinct thoughts or emotions at once, and we can use this natural human limitation to our advantage when trying to stay centered in the period leading up to a potentially tricky experience. When we concentrate on something unrelated to our worryuch as deep breathing, visualizations of success, pleasurable pursuits, or exercisenxiety dissipates naturally. Meditation is also a useful coping mechanism as it provides us with a means to ground ourselves in the moment. Our guides can aid us by providing us with a focal point wholly outside of our own sphere.

In the United States, the driving force behind the establishment of the

celebration of Fathers Day was Mrs Sonora Smart Dodd, born in Creston,

Washington. Her father, the Civil War veteran William Jackson Smart, as a single

parent raised his six children in Spokane, Washington. She was inspired by Anna

Jarviss efforts to establish Mothers Day. Although she initially suggested

June 5, the anniversary of her fathers death, she did not provide the

organizers with enough time to make arrangements, and the celebration was

deferred to the third Sunday of June. The first Fathers Day was celebrated on

June 19, 1910, in Spokane.

Unofficial support from such figures as William Jennings Bryan was

immediate and widespread. President Woodrow Wilson was personally feted by his

family in 1916. President Calvin Coolidge recommended it as a national holiday

in 1924. In 1966, President Lyndon Johnson made Fathers Day a holiday to be

celebrated on the third Sunday of June. The holiday was not officially

recognized until 1972, during the presidency of Richard Nixon.
