Last year, I went to Guilin for travel. On the train, I felt so bored. A

girl who sat next to me was reading a book, which caught my attention. I asked

her about the book, I found that I had read it before and then we discussed

about the novel. We talked happily, when the train arrived, we got off together.

When we got aparted, we promised to keep in touch. We communicated by the

computer. Now a year has passed, we become good friends and I miss her all the

time. She is a genuine friend. I plan to go to Guilin again and then we will

meet.

I am not a brave girl, I am afraid of losing face in front of my friends

and parents, so I always let the chance go and refuse to try. Once, I have a

chance to take a performance in the Christmas show, but thinking about if I

performed badly, all my friends would laugh at me, so I gave up the chance. But

Dragon Boat Festival,often known as Tuen Ng Festival or Duan Wu Festival,is

a traditional Chinese festival held on the fifth day of the fifth month of the

Chinese calendar.Dragon Boat festival memorializes the Chinese poet Qu Yuan.He

committed suicide by drowning himself in a river because he was disgusted by the

corruption of the Chu government.People sat on dragon boats,and tried to scare

the fishes away by the thundering sound of drums.Hence,toady we sail the dragon

boats to celebrate this festival.Also,people eat zongzi (the food originally

intended to feed the fishes) in memory of Qus dramatic death.

When memory began for me, my grandfather was past sixty-a great tall man

with thick hair becoming gray. He had black eyes and a straight nose which ended

in a slightly flattened tip. Once he explained seriously to me that he got that

flattened tip as a small child when he fell down and stepped on his nose.

The little marks of laughter at the corners of his eyes were the prodnct of

a kindly and humorous nature. The years of work which had bent his shoulders had

never dulled his humour nor his love of a joke.

Everywhere he went, "Gramp" made friends easily. At the end of half an hour

you felt you had known him all your life. I soon learned that he hated to give

orders , but that when he had to, he tried to make his orders sound like

suggestions.

As for these negative news, people is afraid to help those old people in need, that makes some of them who are in real trouble could not get help in time. I will video him/her to make a statement first, then decide if I would help.”

Never can be another time that heroes are so demanded.Seeing the collapse of the WTC, many people just stood in shock, crying in fears. The whole nation memorizes all those sacrificed; regard them as the heroes,no matter what they have contributed. As their tiny deeds to gether let the nation see signs to recover, to go through the very hard time. Now everyones life is surrounded by the heroes and new heroes are being born out of the tragedy...

One of the most touching story in the devastating time was that one husband sent a sms, just saying "I love you", to his dear one on the crashing plane. It echoed in everyones emotion senses. Love is the greatest gift that God gave us. It can really help to heal mans wound. Couples, friends, all went out, wandering together in the dawn, seeing the sun set for the first time in their ages.

Without their jobs, they came to realize the meaning of peaceful life and learn what they need most was the love from the people around them. We learn to appreciate others love and sending ours in return. Thank God we have some ones to love. Thank God the disaster calls us up for the meaning of love.

follows ,first,china s air quality standards are rather lax and evaluation

defects.Second,some people just go for economic interests instead of turning out

products according to relevant law and regulations.They tend to use obsolete

equipment in which they are high likely to emit a great deal of wasted air.

Third,across our society ,relevant protection awareness has not built up so

that people havent formed a habit of using green product and saving energy as

much as possible.Just for the sake of convience to go out,people rely more and

more on travelling and working by car while car is the main cause for the haze

weather

To settle this problem,a series of meaures should be taken as follows.First

,we should strengthen air monitor to lower the levels of small particulate

pollutants.Second,we should enact more strict laws and regulations and keep

perfecting our current law on environmental protection to regulate people s

daily action and the industrial production and punish those factories that

ignore the protection and keep emitting dangerous material that cause haze.

Third,we should develop green and energy-saving energy to lower the

emission of haze and improve air quality.As far as i am concerned ,if we work

together to be able to do such measures ,our environment will getting better and

from oil and coal. As well, they should sponsor conferences to discuss the

effects of greenhouse gas emissions and possible solutions to the problem.

Secondly, they should make laws that limit the amount of greenhouse gases

that companies can emit. Private companies should be rewarded for following

these laws. They should also be punished for creating pollution.

Finally, everybody is affected by global warming. Therefore, it is

important that governments involve individuals in the problem solving process.

For example they should encourage households to save as much energy as possible

by using more efficient light bulbs or less hot water. They should also

encourage the public to recycle, and this should be compulsory for everyone.

Another way of saving energy is by public transport systems. Governments should

spend money on public transport to make it as easy as possible for the public to

save energy.

In summary, it is clear that there are a lot of things that governments can

do to prevent global warming. They should involve companies, support scientists

and encourage individuals to protect the planet.
