“噼噼啪啪……”在这排山倒海般的爆竹声中，新年的钟声即将敲响。人们喜气洋洋地辞旧迎新，忙得不亦乐乎。我家也不例外。

瞧！奶奶正做汤圆。汤圆圆溜溜的，像一颗颗晶莹的珍珠;雪白雪白的，又像娃娃白嫩嫩的脸蛋。我疑惑不解地问奶奶“为什么汤圆是圆的呢？"奶奶笑眯眯地说：“汤圆象征着团团圆圆。”

我飞奔去看看爷爷，他正在贴春联，举起双臂，抬起头，等待着爸爸的指挥。“左一点，过了，右一点，错了，高一点，不对，低一点……对对对！”爷爷费了九牛二虎之力，终于贴好了。我抑扬顿挫地朗诵起来：“跃马迎春春风扑面，抬头见喜喜气盈门。”这不就意味着来年会更好吗？

妈妈正在忙着贴窗花呢。有红红火火地“福”字，有喜气洋洋的拜年娃娃，还有可爱的卡通小马。这些美丽的窗花把透明的移门、窗户点缀得格外醒目、格外喜气。“咦，妈妈你把‘福’字贴倒了！”我不满地嚷嚷起来。妈妈意味深长地说：“你想想，‘福’字倒了，不就是福到了吗？”我一边点点头，一边“哦”了一声。

最激动人心的时刻到了，那就是放烟火，爸爸搬来两大筒烟火放在门外宽敞的地方。我躲在里面，捂住耳朵，透过天窗，只听“嘭”，五颜六色的火焰拖着长长的尾巴窜入夜空，就像一颗颗美丽的流星从东划到西。你看！有红的似一团燃烧的烈火，有黄的像一块块闪耀的金子，还有紫的如璀璨的水晶……这一响像个艳丽的大绣球抛入空中，那一响像朵美丽的牡丹尽情绽开，还有的像柳枝垂落，像仙女散花，像巨龙腾飞……顿时，漆黑的夜空显得分外妖娆。我欢呼起来！这美不胜收的烟花不就是上苍撒给大地无尽的喜悦与祝福吗？

烟花伴着爆竹敲响了新年的钟声，春联和窗花红红火火的迎新春。我美滋滋地收到了许多压岁钱，全家洋溢在欢声笑语之中，神州大地更是一片欢腾！……啊，又是一个幸福年！

这个春节我过得非常愉快，我们都穿上了新衣服，拿到了压岁钱，尝到了美味的饭菜，玩到了千姿百态的烟花鞭炮，看到了精彩的春节联欢晚会……最令我难忘

的就是那五彩缤纷的烟花了!

极了，像吃了一样!吃完年夜饭，我兴高采烈地和爸爸拿着烟花和炮来到三楼平台放，“霹雳啪啦，霹雳啪啦”三楼已经有很多人在打鞭炮庆祝新年

了。我也迫不及待地拿出一个像bomb的炮让爸爸点，自己却像个逃命的小兔子

一样跑得远远地了!这个炮开始旋转了，旋转的同时还喷出金黄色的火焰，火焰喷完了，就跳起来霹雳啪啦地打起鞭炮来。哇，原来这个炮这么丰富多彩呀!我又拿出一个像魔方盒的火箭炮，爸爸点燃了导火线，盒子里25个小炮带着响声陆续飞上天，在天空中绽开迷人的花朵，我也兴奋地跳起来，真想和它们比比高低呀!

真是太奇妙了呀!我发自内心地感叹到。突然，一声巨响把我吓了一跳，原来，对面的小区在放大型烟花呢!那绽开的烟花像一朵朵绚丽的鲜花，那些美丽

的鲜花的颜色可真多呀，有红的、绿的、白的、黄的……看着看着，我仿佛走进了美丽的花的海洋，到处都是五颜六色、千姿百态的花朵……

这个春节真有意思!我过得非常愉快!

Happy Christmas Eve is coming, my heart is very excited, because Santa Claus comes

早上起来看的日历今天是12月25日圣诞节，我们还是像往常一样上学，我想，圣诞节还要上学，累死人啊!没办法，只能上学了，哎外国的朋友一定放假，因为这是他们的节日，为什么，为什么，中国不放假!

我在这天晚上看到了圣诞老人，他笑着和我说，我来给你送礼物了，我收下礼物，打开一看，是一张纸，上边写着：我愿你好好学习，天天向上!不要老是想着放假!

我听到这句话，我在也不想着放假了!!谢谢你圣诞老人!

According to a recent article on Newsweek concerning children’s’ education,

there is an increasing number of parents worrying their kids to an extreme

extent, depriving them of independence and freedom by keeping them around

parents all the time.

Some people applaud this phenomenon, suggesting that kids’ safety is the

most important. Thus, they’d better not enter the hazardous society without

supervision unless they become adults. From my point of view, some of their

opinion is correct but keeping children away from independence is a completely

erroneous decision. The reasons are as follows:

First and foremost, “locking kids” may hinder their healthy growth, both

mentally and physically. The kids who are locked may have heavy reliance on

their parents, as their comprehensive skills such as communication skills or

cooperative spirit being prevented from developing.

Secondly, what these parents fail to see is the fact that the crime rate

and accidents aren’t on a rapid rise. It is the abuse of mass media that make

crimes and violence more scary. The parents, who love their kids so much, are

completely forced to live under the illusion that our society is full of riots

or threats of accidents. Thus, kids can be allowed to have more freedom such as

walking to school by himself, for instance.

From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw a conclusion that

kids should be given more freedom by parents’ effort. At the same time, parents

should take many factors into consideration such as the time restriction for

children and the evaluation to kids’ maturity and capability. Only then can they

enjoy a safe and meaningful childhood.

今年的元月二十五日是农历的大年三十，再过一天就是我国的传统节日——春节。几天前，老爸就开始置办年货，超市里人山人海，挤得水泄不通，收银台前排起了一条条长龙，超市里的人好像要把 所有能买的东西都买回家，老妈就在家里打扫卫生。

大年三十的上午，我穿上刚买的新衣服，老爸老妈带我去爷爷家拜年，中午在爷爷家吃完团圆饭以后，又去姥姥家拜年。大年三十还有一项重要的节目，那就是看春节联欢晚会。

我对春节联欢晚会不怎么感兴趣，却非常喜欢放炮。在老爸置办年货的时候，我就缠着老爸给我买了一些炮，有擦炮、糖果炮、二踢脚和花炮。擦炮放起来最简单，擦一下再扔出去就行了。糖果炮放起 来最安全，用打火机点一下在扔出去。二踢脚放起来虽然有点危险，但放起来很刺激。花炮最适合晚上放，放起来很好看，五颜六色的烟花把晚上照的像白天一样。

春节期间油田最美丽的地方就是五一路了。街道两旁的树木，都用红色的彩灯围起来，张灯结彩。远看，像两条舞动的长龙，近看每一棵树都像一朵红色的荷花。在油田的中心，那个象征着河南油田的 标志，也被五颜六色的彩灯装扮得五彩斑斓。标志周围的一圈梅树，也披上了好看的彩灯。四周，插着“欢度春节”四个大字，许多人都专门来这里拍照，热闹非凡，每个人的脸上都洋溢着幸福的笑容 。

这真是一个快乐的春节啊！

“啪！啪！啪！”大街上的鞭炮敲响了新年的时钟，震耳欲聋，洋溢着喜气．小孩子们纷纷放起了爆竹。鞭炮爆竹声混成一团儿，冲破云霄。瞧，时间如流水，转眼把我们带入了红火的春节。看，家家户户都挂上了对联，贴上了美丽的窗花。每个人脸上都洋溢着春节的喜悦。回想那年的春节，可真是有滋有味啊！

那天吃完饭后，爸爸拿出爆竹和我们走到楼下。爸爸拿出了打火机，对准导火线一点，那火便燃烧起来，火苗迅速地跑呀跑，迫不及待地来到爆竹旁边。

“啪”爆竹开爆啰，我们一溜烟地跑到了门后，捂着耳朵。那爆炸声依然噼哩啪啦呼响个不停。我心里竟有一丝兴奋，就好像沉浸在一段美妙的音乐中无法自拔，四周乐声奏鸣，人就像身处在一片繁荣昌盛的仙境，真是热闹极了。

我们又回到家中，洗了一个热水脚，这是我们老家的习俗，大年三十下午洗个脚去除烦恼，脏东西。希望来年平平安安，健健康康。

到了晚上8点，我们全家准时打开电视，开启了春节联欢晚会的大门。春节联欢晚会已成了春节的一个习俗了。不仅能欣赏魔术、小品、歌舞、杂技等，还能收到祝福，欢乐，幸福……当迎新的钟声敲响时，我们中国人民满怀激动地呼喊着：“新年到了！新年到了！”啊！新年多么美好啊！它象征着旧的一年已经过去，新的一年又拉开序幕。

我兴奋地在家中来回地跑着，抑制不住自己喜悦的心情。当我跑到阳台边时，突然，烟花飞上天空，在一瞬间，炸开了，有的像无数颗流星，有的像五光十色的花朵，有的如闪亮的大衣，还有的如金色的太阳，把大地照得如同白昼一样。多美呀！

春节，在这一天，让我们扬帆起航，共同迎接新年的到来！

Since I come to college, I feel so excited about the new life. Before I go

to college, I have pictured the wonderful life here, but now I find I have many

problems and the campus life is not as wonderful as I think. I need to adjust my

lifestyle.

In high school, in order to inspire students to study hard, teachers always

picture the amazing life in college, so most students treat college as the

paradise. But when they start the new life, they find the difference between

dream and reality. For me, I think I could play most of the time, joining

parties and making a lot of friends. However, study occupies most of my time. I

have so many lessons to learn. Sometimes I even have class at night. This makes

me feel unexpected.

But the time to study is not the only annoyance for me. I feel so

frustrated when I lag behind other classmates. In the college, I meet classmates

from different cities, and some of them have the talents in paining and dance,

some studied very well. So I felt small and faced pressure. Now I learn that I

should learn from them and dont treat them as competitors. Enjoying study comes

first.

I have a best friend. He is a lovely boy. He has short black hair ,big black eyes and big ears. He has a bigmouth and a small nose. I think he is handsome. And he is strong and quiet. He likes sports very much. After class, we often play football, basket ball on the playground .He is a good player. He also likes to study. English and math are his favourite subjects. He helps me a lot.

在爆竹声中，我们迎来了中国的传统节日——春节。每到这个时候，家家户户都张灯结彩，热闹非凡，男女老少都穿上了新衣，团聚在一起，高高兴兴的过年。

春节在每年的正月初一，我听姥姥说以前有一个叫做年的怪兽，专门在正月初一这一天来村子里捣乱，所以每到正月初一这一天，人们都要到山上去避难。但是有一天，一位乞丐老人，在挨家挨户的乞讨，别人全不理睬它，只有一个老婆婆给了他一点食物。乞丐老人很感激，对老婆婆我说：“婆婆谢谢您，如果您能让我在您家住宿一晚，我一定会帮您驱走年兽。”老婆婆没同意，劝他赶紧向上山，防止被年兽给吃了，但乞丐不听，只是笑而不答。老婆婆没有办法，只得将他留了下来。没过多久，年兽来了。但它感觉气氛不对，突然他看见一位穿红衣的老人站在房梁上，仔细一看，老人正对着它笑呢!他大叫一声，接着又听见噼里啪啦一阵乱响，吓得年兽仓皇而逃了。听了这个故事，我心里暗暗地想那位老人真厉害，不过换做我也会那么做的。

“梁梓晨，吃年夜饭了，快过来吃!”妈妈在叫我，我小跑过去一看，哇，简直是山珍海味呀，有表示团团圆圆的饺子、年年有余的鱼和步步登高的年糕，真是饿死我啦!

吃完了年夜饭，我们一家人又围在电视前面看春节联欢晚会小品，魔术表演，相声，真算得上是数不胜数了，当然我们小孩子最喜欢的环节还是要数放鞭炮了。用打火机点燃火引，五彩缤纷的烟花就展现在了你的眼前，把整个天空照的跟白天似的。

春节有丰盛的晚餐，精彩的联欢晚会，在这热闹的气氛中，我进入了梦乡，盼望着下一个春节的来临。

每到春节，是我最快乐也是最喜欢的日子。

家长会发钱，烧了好多美味的东西。比如烤鸭、烤鸡、烤鹅、红烧排骨、鱼汤……

父亲、母亲会带我去拜访亲人朋友。在这一天里我可以穿自己喜欢的衣服或是鞋，高高兴兴地玩耍，不受任何拘束，晚上还可以放烟火棒，看很久电视，随便看什么节目，不过父亲和母亲说了最好看春节晚会，因为过年嘛，当然看关于过年的节目。

most.Not only because it’s the biggest festival in the year, but also because

it’s a new beginning that brings hope to people and it’s time for family

我最喜欢的活动是放鞭炮和烟花。为什么要放鞭炮呢？这就关系到了我们的民间故事了。传说以前有一只怪兽叫年，每次过年的时候，它就从山洞里跑出来，到村子里去吃人。后来，人们发现年怕红色的东西和巨大的响声。于是，每次过年，人们就往门上贴对联，在空地上放鞭炮。从此，年再也不来了。我知道了这个传说后，我就下楼去放鞭炮了。

我拿出珍藏已久的摔炮，和小姨舅舅一起去玩了。我觉得一小个摔炮不太响，于是，我拿起一包，“嗖”一声扔了出去，摔炮爆了。我正觉得起劲，可是，地上的另一个鞭炮被弹飞了，还飞到了水池里，我的脸上立刻变得哭笑不得。再说说烟花，一朵朵烟花展开了花瓣，中间的图案千奇百怪，可真有意思。春节不但有很多好玩的，还有许多好吃的。春节要吃的有春卷、饺子、年糕、糍粑、青团、干果等，可好吃了。

我在春节中最爱吃的，当然是美味可口的饺子了。饺子长得白白胖胖，真像一个可爱的胖娃娃。饺子的味道也不错，一口咬下去，肉馅的味道就在整个嘴里散开，可美味了。做饺子也很有趣，先把饺子皮摊在手上，用勺子把肉馅放进去，再涂半圈水，包起来，折两个褶皱，一个饺子就成形了。饺子的馅有很多种，有韭菜猪肉的、玉米鸡肉的、芹菜牛肉馅的，可好吃了。

春节是多么有趣，不仅有好玩的活动，还有美味的佳肴，我真希望春节早点来到！

When I told the news to Peter Li, James Wang and Nancy Zhang, the girl who always wears a long hair, and went to Beijing with us last year, they all wish you to send us some pictures of your new house. We hope that when we go on errand in America next year, we can pay a visit to your family. Then we are sure to have a nice gathering.

羊年春节到了，“噼里啪啦，噼里啪啦”的一阵阵鞭炮声，连续不断的响着，走在路上，家家户户都贴上了春联，这些春联各有各的祝福，各有各的含意。还有人在给亲人发祝福语，还有人去登门拜访，还有电视里的主持人也在给大家祝福。春节可真是一个非常非常热闹的节日呢！

大年三十那天，我们起早摸黑地赶回了安阳老家和爷爷奶奶一起欢渡春节。爷爷、爸爸和我一起去贴春联，奶奶和妈妈在家里包饺子，做团圆饭；到了晚上，爷爷放过鞭炮，我们就开始了今天的团圆饭了，我们的团圆饭可丰富了，什么鱼呀、牛肉呀、应有尽有，那味道香气扑鼻。这些食物都让我垂涎三尺，恨不得马上冲上去就大吃特吃。一开始我就把一只鸡腿放入中，我们吃得津津有味。吃完团圆饭，我和爸爸去放烟花，各种颜色的火焰不断映入眼帘，绿色，像是青翠的叶子；红色，像成熟的苹果；白色，像洁白的蝴蝶。此起彼伏鞭炮声时强时弱的回荡在我的耳边。回到家后，我们便宜在电视机前，津津有味的看着春节联欢晚会。转眼已经到了初十了，但是我还是想着它，因毕竟春晚给大家很多的快乐。

今天我们要去小舅家拜年。说起小舅，真是气人啊，他早不生，晚生也不至于生到我小外婆家，，他今年才11岁，因为背份比我大，所以我得叫他小舅，他开口就叫我小名，真丢人啊!

到了哪，发现他们搬家了，我一踏进们一只北京犬在旁边走来走去，天啊，自从我买了北京犬后我的亲戚都去买了北京犬，有我的小姨、小舅、肖肖姐、表弟，北京犬到底是什么诱惑里啊。我一上楼看见我小舅在打乒乓球，他是把8张他姐姐用来画画小桌子拼成的。我本想上去耍威风，因为我学乒乓球有1年了，他们应该会输的很惨，可没想到小舅的乒乓球技术比我还高，11比7，我输了，幸亏我小姨是乒乓球高手，把小舅1比11大赢了，真厉害，可我真自卑，连一个11岁的小孩都打不过。吃饭是，还是看着小狗饥饿吃不下饭啊!
