人生总有挫折。进入初中后的我，开始变得喜怒无常，经常忧虑，焦躁，不安。面对强手如云的学校，我消极地认为，每一次考试成绩的进步无疑是把我推向了更大的压力中。班上的竞争日渐激烈，可我学习却感觉越来越吃力，看到发下来的作业本，在一片勾海中总会冒出几个显眼的红叉叉。另外，我的近视度数越来越高……我为此忧愁，整天吃不好饭，睡不好觉，生活一片灰暗，我该怎么办呢？

平静港湾——面对挫折

人生中的挫折需要敢于面对。在我苦恼时，妈妈的爱像一束光照亮了我。她说：“孩子，挫折是人生的一部分，既然它硬要让你烦恼，那你为什么不想办法让自己开心呢？”顿时，我豁然开朗：我为什么不能让自己开心呢？于是，我勇敢地面对挫折，不再胆怯，懦弱，想尽一切办法克服挫折。我的生活逐渐明亮。美丽鲜花——战胜挫折

人生中的挫折需要勇气去战胜。经过我的百般努力，终于渡过了海浪，迎来了胜利和鲜花。这一刻，我才明白：挫折并不是无敌的，只要你鼓起勇气去战胜它，他不过是一只纸老虎。这时，我的生活已是阳光明媚，活力四射了。

刺人荆棘——勇斗挫折

我们必须勇于与挫折做斗争。我必须披荆斩棘，战胜生活中的每一处黑暗，让人生的道路更加完美。同时也在记忆里留下一幕幕骄傲的“光辉事迹”。

悠闲的夏日午后，我独自躺在床上听着音乐，任美妙的音乐洗涤我的思绪。静静回想着初一、初二的生活。透过回忆重温每一个幸福的时刻，也借由沉思反省着自己过去的日子，并检讨在上一个学期里，自己有何处需要改进?有何处需要保持?希望在静思之中，能让自己的心绪沉淀下来，并以崭新的心情迎接新的学期。

对我而言，到学校上课是件快乐的事。在学校可以跟朋友相处玩乐，为生活增添许多乐趣，但唯一的缺点是有考不完的试和念不完的书，厚厚的课业压力总是令人感到烦躁。一天又一天的在压力下生活，让我开始逃避课业，总是把该念的书尽量的往后拖延，所以总是很难得到好成绩。但现在要升上初三了，再一年就要上高中了，要赶紧把心态调整，学习如何积极的面对课业，用正面的心态学习。

补习对于初中生好像一种魔咒，逃也逃不开，被困在魔咒中的我常感到身心俱疲，因为补习除了很辛苦外，还会占用很多时间，回到家又有念不完的书，很少有机会和家人相处，也很难和朋友一起出去。在深切的反省、思索之中，我觉得自己不是没有时间，而是没有做好时间规划，才会抽不出时间，相信只要做好安排，一定可以在最短时间内发挥出最大的效能，使学习事半功倍，如此便能用剩余的空闲去做自己想做的事。

升初三的暑假是升学的关键时段，考上什么高中将会影响未来的升学与前程，在暑期的休息与静思之中，我的心重新得力，因此，我要抛开缠绕心头的各种烦恼，转换心情并且做好一切规划，积极的迈向人生的下一个里程碑。

如果你到我们德才学校来参观的话，你就会发现，我们这个学校不论是春夏还是秋冬，它总是绿的。它给你的第一个感觉也就是绿意葱葱。 If you visit our German school, you will find that our school is always green whether it is spring and summer or autumn and winter.The first feeling it gives you is green.

春天，正是万物复苏的时节，校园里一片生机勃勃的嫩绿。杨树的新叶圆圆的，前端突出一个小尖角，远远望去，真像一个绿色的桃子。花坛里，那毛茸茸的嫩叶在轻轻摇摆着，仿佛无数双热情的手，在向你招手致意。各种树儿都穿着绿装，披着融融春光，迎着习习春风，翩翩地舞出婆娑的倩影。

春往夏来，校园是一片浓绿。杨树伸展出宽大的叶子，在校园上空撑开了一排排绿伞，遮住了直射的阳光。整个校园绿莹莹的。抬头向上看，仿佛进入了神话世界，阳光挤进茂密的叶片，变成一片青雾，微风一吹，青雾缭绕，令人神清气爽，飘然欲仙。

当秋风吹来时，虽然叶落了，但树仍是绿的，它抖动着长长的枝条，似乎很不情愿脱去身上的绿装。杨树的叶子尽管一片片地离开了树枝，但它们却没有枯黄，像一只只绿色的蝴蝶一样，在空中荡来荡去，直到静静地躺下，遮住了秋天凋落的黄色，为校园铺上最后一张绿毯。

当严冬来临，杨树和小草都无可挽回地凋零之后，整个校园的绿色便集中在那几棵棕树上。宿舍前的棕树伸展着绿得发亮的叶子，仿佛把自己的绿献给校园。也许有个会嫌这时的绿色太少了，不引人注目。但是，当你在冰雪中看到那苍翠欲滴的棕树太少时，难道你就感觉不到温暖，看不到期望吗?难道你不觉得，尽管冰封雪压，它那青春的血液照样流动，生命的力量照样是不可抗拒的吗?

我们的校园是绿的，不论是春夏秋冬都是绿的。

Generally speaking, life in high school is busy and fulfilling, due to the

ultimate goal---College Entrance Examination. Many people say that there is no

fun left but bored study and endless exercises. However, as a high school

student, I can’t agree with them. Personally, I live a fruitful but happy life

in high school. It can’t be denied that study is my priority that I must spend

most of my time and energy on it. Sometimes, study may make me frustrated or

even drive me crazy, but I still can adjust my mood to enjoy my life. Besides, I

can also get a sense of achievement when I do well in my study or make progress.

The most important is that my friends bring much happiness to me and my parents’

care inspires me to go on. I think friends in high school are my best friend

forever, because they know me a lot and witness all of my emotions. They are the

persons who grow with me. In addition, teachers in high school care much about

our students both in study and life, and classmates are always friendly to each

other. We build deep friendship together. All of these make up my fruitful life

in high school, which I will cherish forever.

一个周六的傍晚，天空下起了绵绵细雨。我上完补习班赶着回家，于是加快脚步走到车站等候公交车的到来。我坐在椅子上，天色渐黑，雨还在“淅淅沥沥”地下着，马路上的灯也陆陆续续地亮了起来，装点着我们的城市。

忽然，我的眼睛一亮。我不是被马路上的灯光所吸引，而是车站旁的一颗大树下有一个小“池塘”!其实那只是一个被雨水填满的树坑，在五颜六色的灯光的照射下，它的水面十分平静，反射出了五彩缤纷的光芒，隐隐约约地，还倒映出了我们美丽的城市。

在“水池”旁，静静地卧着一只小蜗牛，雨一丝丝地打落到它的壳上，将它从美梦中轻声唤醒。它先摆动着胖乎乎的身体，从壳里慢悠悠地探出两根触角向外探了探，确定没有危险后就大摇大摆地伸出了整个身体，又伸了一个懒腰，不满地动了动触角，好像在向我抗议：“喂!是你打扰我睡觉吗?你干什么打扰我睡觉呀!我睡得正香呢!你看这儿环境多好呀!你可不许跟我争!”说完就又懒洋洋地缩回壳里睡大觉去了。

一切又恢复了平静。我把目光从水池上收回来，整体打量了一下这个小“池塘”。树根轻轻绕着它，形成了一个精美的装饰，一根刚长了两片嫩叶的小树枝垂在“池塘”边，好像一个小士兵在保护着它似的。有几只蚂蚁正勤劳地工作着，爬来爬去搬运食物……就连旁边呼呼大睡的蜗牛也可爱了起来。一阵风轻轻、温柔地从水面拂过，漾起了一圈圈浅浅的涟漪。一瞬间，蜗牛醒了，蚂蚁走了，水中的画面也不再是那样清晰，可是却给我带来了一种不一样的感觉，不一样的美。

我不由地感叹：“虽然这些只发生在一瞬间，但这里的世界却是那样的和谐。”这自然的美着实令我感动不已!我想，只要我们拥有一双善于发现的眼睛，或许就在我们身边，就在那样的瞬间，就会被那些美深深地感动。
