一是学习不够深入。当前工作形势对我们的综合素质提出了更大挑战，学习是刻不容缓的事情。在各项政治理论学习中，还存在有一定的走过场的做法。今后要进一步端正学习态度，进一步探索学习方法，在理论深度上下工夫。

二是在工作中有些急躁、处理事情有些片面化，我一定会努力克服的。

这是我的一些感想和对自身不足之处的看法，也是作为一个党员在民主评议党员的一次自我剖析。当然，这些感想还比较粗浅，我身上存在的问题也不仅仅是自己总结的这几方面，还有许多没有察觉的缺点，需要在与同志们的进一步交流中发现和改进，需要各位领导和同们给予批评指正。

总之，今后我愿和大家一起在开拓中前进，在前进中开拓，保持积极进取的良好精神状态;和大家一起团结奋斗、发挥优势，使自己在今后的工作中进一步走向成熟!

我们的校园生活是丰富多彩的,在我们的班级里,我们一起笑过、一起哭过、一起打闹过,同时也有许多欢乐。

再给你们介绍两个人。

郝亮,在数学课上,会接老师的话,五年级时,老师说:“把小数点向左移动后,就把零去掉,它已经没有作用了。”老师话音没落,就又冒出一个声音:“有副作用!”郝亮见缝插针的说。总之,郝亮也是个搞笑人物。

田宇迪,经常在写语文作业时引起一些错误,比如“蜜蜂像蚂蚁一样勤劳”哈哈!好搞笑!

今天数学课,老师让男生读题,女生来回答,男生读过题后,老师让吴林移回答。之后,老师见申辰雨没认真听讲,就让申辰雨来回答。“女的!”郝亮笑着说,哈哈哈……我们都笑了,就连申辰雨也笑了,后来,老师瞟了郝亮一眼,郝亮赶快捂住他的嘴巴,但还在偷笑。

语文课上,老师让做过卷纸,前后对改,我和田宇迪交换了过来,改到了那道题……()地招呼,我们写的几乎都是(热情)地招呼,可田宇迪写得是(用力)地招呼,我觉得不对劲,就问老师,“老师,用力地招呼对不对?”我还没说完,班里就有了笑声,老师又说:“肯定不对呀!怎么用力地招呼,揍人家一顿!?”老师刚说完,同学们把眼泪都笑了出来了。

看!我们的校园生活多丰富!

“民主生活会”，顾名思义，民主的会、自由的思想、真实的言谈，为学校谋发展大计出谋献策的良机。我也非常珍惜这样一个平台来剖析自我、总结反思学校五年来发展历程、畅想我校美好未来。我的发言简短分为二部分：一是真情流露自我;二是沉思学校教育。

一、真情流露自我

一家人面前，作个自我剖析，凭一颗真心。

一)自我评价

1、继续发扬之处：政治上忠诚、事业上认真、感情上真心、原则上公正;为人谦谨但不甘于平庸、喜欢孤独但很乐于团队协作。

2、急需改进之处：工作指导的意识和水平;可持续的动力和激情;发现问题后解决问题的果敢和意志力;角色担当的能力。

二)3点表白

1、我珍惜这份教师工作

“干一行，爱一行”，“不做糊口型教师，要做专业型教师”，这是我三年来在全市新老师培训课上百讲不厌的话语，也是我成长历程的真实感悟。

2、我挚爱这所年轻有活力的学校

从昔日的“青灯孤影”、“单兵作战”幸运地来到充满朝气、设施一流的新学校，我心存感恩、信心百倍、充满憧憬，我时时处处爱护着它，极力不让它受到一丝伤害，期待它的蓬勃发展并将付出我的每一分心力。

3、我信任学校里正在共同享受教育幸福生活的每一个人

“因为你的存在而使别人感到幸福”这句话经常在我耳旁勉励着我。因为缘分，我们彼此尊重、信任，彼此理解、宽容，我努力捕捉旁人的闪光点，努力吸收别人的长处，如此而来我学习到很多东西，因此我要感谢所有我身边的人。

二、沉思学校教育

一)提升教师

1、变“要我做”为“我要做”

1)舍弃“官本位”思想;(多些宽容,少些责备;荣誉让给别人,责任留给自己;密切干群关系,不走上层路线)2)教育理念的浸染;3)“责权利”到位;4)科学长效的评价机制

2、变教师培训的“低效且周期长”为“简单易行且天天见面”

如：教师的每日“五个一工程”：上好一堂课;至少找一名学生谈心或书信交流;思考或研究一个教育课题;读不少于一万字的教育书籍;写一篇教育随笔或反思。

二)关爱学生

1、变“他律”教育为“自律”教育;

2、变“整齐划一的德育目标”为“符合学生成长规律的分层德育目标”;

三)影响家长

1、变“被动配合”为“主动出击”;

1)每月、每周乃至每日的家长反馈;2)家长学校

2、变“全保姆担当”为“家长责任分担”

真心话已出，以作抛砖引玉，不当或错误之处请多指教，真诚地希望大家以后一如既往的关心我、支持我和帮助我，也希望我校又好又快发展。

自信，就像是通往成功道路的大门。 self -confidence is like the door to the road of success.

随着时间的流逝，我们在不断地成熟，脑袋里的记忆时隐时现，如倒带一样在慢慢找回以前的自信。

曾经的我们是青涩的，曾经的我们是快乐的，我们有着80后独有的忍耐与坚持，我们又有00后的阳光与活泼，就这样造就了我们90后独特的个性。

走在校园里，自信的身影无处不在，操场那一串坚实的脚印，矫健的步伐，体育生们在尽情挥洒他们汗水，这是自信的体现。他们相信付出就会有回报，看完体育生们的斗志昂扬，在转过头来听教室那一阵流利大声的英语对话，他们彼此互相对照口型努力练习，只为那一个漂亮的分数，是自信这个“大功臣”在压着他们，闪耀着光辉，散发着别人所没有过的魅力与芬芳。

曾经的我是一个很自卑的女生，总是羡慕别人做什么事都有自信，而我却像是一个沉入海底的石头，无人问津。走到哪里，我都想着有意躲避别人的目光，就像刚犯了案的小偷等着警察来抓。后来，却因一个眼神而改变了。那次美术课上老师喊我回答三原色是什么，我一时不知所措，呆呆的站在座位上，即使知道答案也不敢回答。

窗外知了在叫着，似乎厌倦了这夏天的枯燥，我不断地用手搓着书的边缘，卷起来后再展平，展平后再折起来，额头的汗水在不听话的往外流，老师似乎察觉到我的不安，她鼓励我说，“别着急，慢慢想，我们都在等你。”抬起头来，我的目光触及到老师那炽热的目光，感觉有一股强大的能量在支撑着我，我声音响亮地回答了这个问题。顿时，教室里响起雷鸣般的掌声，他们为我高兴，我也拥有了自信。

自信是一盏明灯，鼓舞我们走出阴霾;自信是一本字典，蕴藏着无穷的知识;自信是成功的伴侣，为我们扫清前进路上的曲折，让我们拥有“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海”的豪情。

让我们驾着“自信”这艘轮船，去完成属于我们的单人旅行吧!

转眼间，我已是五年级的学生，五年的小学生活，有两件事让我至今记忆犹新。

读三年级时，我因为上课时没听懂，习题做得非常不好，十个题目就错了七个。老师一看到我做的作业，连忙来到我的座位旁，靠近我的耳朵小声说：“下课时来我办公室一趟。”我听到这句话，心情瞬间变得既低落，又害怕，生怕老师下次上课时会大声到教室点我的名字，批评我。我还怕老师会要我把每一个错题抄一百遍。

下课铃响了，我按照老师说的走向了办公室，心里非常不安，到了办公室，我看到老师手里拿着一个本子，心想：会不会真的要我把错题抄一百遍，我紧张地走了过去。

到了老师身旁，老师对我说：“我来跟你讲解这几道题。”讲解完，我顿时急得像热锅上的蚂蚁，生怕老师叫我抄一百遍错题，没想到的是，老师只要我把错题再做一遍。我心里悬着的石头终于落了地，我被老师对我的关爱深深地打动了。

还有一次，上课时我不由得从口袋里掏出十元钱，当时，老师就在我身旁跟全班讲作业。老师的眼神向我看了一眼，我的心突然绷得紧紧地，老师从口袋里拿出一张纸和一支笔写了一段话，将纸条放到了我的桌子上，然后就走了。下课后我打开了那张纸条：“不要再带这么多钱来学校了，这次我原谅你。”我心里的紧张全都变成了感动。

虽然这都是一些不经意的小事，但对我来说却是人生的大事，因为从这些事中我领会了学习的道理、人生的道理。
