春天的操场充满了活力，一些不知名的树盛开着雪白的花，春风呼呼一吹，雪花似的花瓣便轻轻地落在地上，大地就被披上了一层轻柔的花瓣衣。那姿态，犹如天女下凡，见到的人都和我一样深深地陶醉其中野花野草也赶着春天的步伐，来到我们的校园。一朵一朵的小黄花盛开在草丛中，小草也顶破泥土，探出小脑袋来观赏这美好的世界。小花们有了绿油油的青草作为衬托，显得更为漂亮。花儿明星招引来了一群“花迷”蜜蜂和蝴蝶。小蜜蜂在花丛间辛勤地采蜜，小蝴蝶在花丛间，飞上飞下，忙得不亦乐乎!

我们的操场原本泥泞不堪，风一吹，哎哟，灰尘都吹进眼睛里了!要是你再不小心摔了一跤，那后果真是不堪设想：泥粘到裤子上，沙土粘在脸上不过还好，现在操场被套上了假的草皮外套，不仅不再脏兮兮的，而且摔跤了也不怎么会疼。这个新操场，你还可以在上面使劲打滚，衣服什么的呀，一点儿都不会脏。

除了那些“雪花树”(我自己给它取的名字)，我们的操场边还有可爱的柚子树呢。上次有一位强健的体育老师凭借高高的身子摘下来了一个柚子，是绿色没有熟的，体育老师竟然把它当成足球踢了!他还笑着说：“嗯，脚感不错。”逗得我们哈哈大笑。

我们每年一度的体育测试就在操场举行。那天，每个同学都非常认真努力，想在体育成绩表上留下辉煌神圣的一笔。操场上，曾经滴过同学们无数的汗水和泪水，多么有意义的操场呀!

操场，一个夹杂着辛酸与甜蜜的地方，真是让人回味与留恋啊!我爱操场，也更爱我们美丽的校园!

临近教师节，整个校园又是一片欢声笑语。有的同学给老师送上鲜艳的花朵，有的给老师送上精美的节日贺卡大家都被浓浓的爱意包围着。 Near Teachers Day, the entire campus is another laughter.Some students send bright flowers to the teachers, and some send exquisite holiday greeting cards to the teachers. Everyone is surrounded by strong love.

学校为了庆祝教师节，决定举行演讲比赛，每班派一名学生参赛。通知下达后，通过班级预赛，我竟然被选上了。老师让我精心准备，下周二参赛。顿时，我不知道是该庆祝，还是该埋怨。由于我平时胆量不大，和不熟悉的人多讲两句话就会脸红，更何况是面对三千多双眼睛，在他们的注视下演讲，想想我就浑身打颤。放学后，我独自走在回家的路上，突然觉得这条路没有往日那么平坦，竟是那么坎坷，就连路旁的大树也失去了昔日的生机勃勃，绿叶不再随风舞蹈，一片死气沉沉的样子。这不禁让我的思绪越来越烦，就连最后的一丝快乐也抛到九霄云外去了。

傍晚时分，我双手无力，懒洋洋地拿着被修改的演讲稿，一遍又一遍地朗读着，我读每一个字仿佛都是无病呻吟。一想到下个星期，想到那密密麻麻的三千多师生，我就害怕。自卑、胆怯占据了我的整个身心。我忍不住放下稿子，上牙紧咬着嘴唇。“放弃”这个念头在我脑中回荡。我不行，我无法面对它，我越想越烦，便冲出门，来到了楼下的公园里。

迎面吹来了凉爽的风，我的心情慢慢平静了下来。

我在草坪上坐了下来，有些草已经让人们践踏得不成样子了。但仔细一看，那柔弱的小草并没有屈服，它正努力吸取阳光雨露的养分，拼命向上生长。本来快要死去的生命，竟然冲破一切困难，勇敢地活了下来，生命的力量竟然是这样的顽强、伟大。我不禁被震住了。被践踏的小草，能勇敢地站起来，是因为它有对抗生活风风雨雨考验的勇气，因为有了勇气就能在逆境中战胜一切!我恍然大悟，向家里跑去。

星期二到了，面对数不清的听众，我不再害怕，我带着勇气出发，自信地走上演讲台

我成功了，我领略到了勇气与自信的真谛!

以前总是匆匆往返家中，几年时间过去，竟无暇顾及周边事物，今年终于有了闲余时间，让我感受到家乡的清新气息，寒假生活的作文。真可谓是时过境迁一个小小的城市竟焕发出迷人的生机和活力。

一个依山傍水的城市，本应是一个很漂亮的城市，然而记忆中，每逢雨季，那条信江河便洪水泛滥，秧及周边地区，稻田、农作物被洪水疯狂吞噬，农民的辛苦劳作总是付之东流。住在河边的居户，也只能眼睁睁地看着家具浸泡在水中无计可施，每天进出摆渡，苦不堪言。市内的居民疏密程度不一，古老的木质房屋紧密相连，毫无安全防御措施，建筑凌乱，街道狭窄，垃圾到处可见。

呆在家里闲来无事，母亲便建议我到沿河路去走走。路过十字街头，一个新奇的现象吸引住了我——交通红绿灯，来往的车辆都严格遵守红绿灯的指挥，不见有违反交通规则的。这在大城市也许并不觉得稀奇，可对于一个小城市来说却是极大的改变，现在交通秩序井然，过马路不再人心惶惶的了。

来到沿河路，展现眼前的竟是如画一般的景象，信江河两边已被装饰一新。河两边经过精心的改造，筑上了高高的堤坝，栽种了各种树木花草，鹅卵石铺成的小路贯穿其中，几块平整的草地上坐着三两人在那海阔天空、悠闲自在。在一个娱乐场所，快乐的小孩们荡着秋千，爬着阶梯。更多的人就像我们一样，漫步于河边，呼吸着新鲜的空气，看着远处的山、近处的水，让人觉得心旷神怡。在一幅蓝图面前，我们看到了沿河公园两边的夜景，可谓灯火斑斓，美不胜收。

返回经过闹市，竟也是全新的感觉，宽阔干净的街道两边高楼林立，各种专卖、精品店超市遍布街区。逛街的人群络绎不绝，忙于购置年货。随着人们生活水平的提高，各种高档商品也日益进入到居民家中，进入小康的家庭越来越多。

物变，人也在变。在一次拜访我初中老师的谈话中，我更多地了解了城市人民精神面貌的更新。现在人们越来越注意到教育的重要性。为了充分发挥各个学校的优势，城市中学改变了以前只有重点中学的模式，学校只设立高中部或初中部，这样便于有针对性地集中管理，集中有效师资力量。而对于成人们来说，自身的进取心也不断增强，我的老师就是一个很好地例子，当初他教我时还是个初中老师，但经过不间断地学习，现在已经是高中部的一名优秀老师，并在《世界英语》中发表过文章。和我同龄的很多年轻人也并不满足于眼前的知识，考研究生成了他们的热门话题，我现在也不再惊讶于邻居的小孩用英文“Good morning”向我问好了。

当我站在“天桥”山的山顶俯视全市风景时，内心充满感慨，禁不住想起了一句话——不进则退，任何事物总是处于不断变化前进的状态，而今突飞猛进的速度更是惊人，作为新世纪的年轻人，我们更应该居安思危，与时俱进，加快自己的步伐，充分武装自己，去迎接更严峻的挑战。
