The day we were looking forward to came at last----a weeks military training began.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.

This summer, I was very happy. Although I didnt go out to travel. But my friends and me to a nursing home to help old people.In a nursing home, we introduce myself after, began to work for the old people. First of all, we first points groups. Nowadays, with the development of technology, many young people stay

indoors and play computer all the time. Especially for those who stay up very

late or go out to play for fun until midnight, then they wake up at noon the

next day. This is the unhealthy lifestyle, and they need to make some

First, having regular break time and enough sleep is the basic way to keep

healthy. Some young people hang out for fun after work. They need to release
