水，和人类息息相关！在地球上，有70%--75%的海洋面积，可是只有三分之一的淡水。在我国，600多个城市一半是缺水的，就说云南省吧，那里已经干旱了三年，小河断流、水库干涸，真是很不好啊！

对付节约水资源，我还有一条“妙计”啰!现在经济好转，家家户户都安装了空调，你是否也有想过空调的水也可以节约呢?每晚，在空调下放一个大桶，起床后，你往桶里一瞧，你会惊奇的发现空调的水竟然把大桶装满了，估计有几公斤呢!它可以用来冲厕所啊!这不也是可以节约水吗?

我们平时用的洗菜水可以把它留下，用来浇花，冲厕所;洗衣机第2、3次排的水也可以留下，用来冲洗地板;还有拖地板的水，可别小看它，它一样可以冲厕所哟!为了保护水资源，我还想提议如下几点建议：

1.充分利用水资源，不浪费。

2.不向江、湖、河、沟排放废水、垃圾。

3.不要在沟边洗脏衣服。

4.向周围的人宣传“保护水资源”。

三、加大治理已被污染的水资源。为了确保居民生活饮用洁净、卫生的水，必须对已被污染的为居民供水的水库和湖泊，要尽快“治疗”，使它们再现往日风采。

四、提高水资源利用率。一方面要大力宣传环境保护和节约用水，另一方面大力兴建治理能力强的污水处理厂，以提高废水回收利用率。

五、大力兴建调蓄水库，增加水资源的调蓄能力。
