我国是一个淡水资源紧张的国家，地区分布的也不均衡。近年来，我国多次实行过节水政策，但效果并不是很明显。我经常在公共场合看到这种不文明的现象：洗手间用完水龙头没有拧紧、一些小孩将水泼向伙伴、瓶子里的水没有喝完就扔掉…这些事情，我看在眼里，痛在心里啊!我国有的偏远地区水极其匮乏，将水看得比油都贵。甚至有些小朋友因为没有水喝而活活被渴死。只要我们将小事做好，这得挽救多少无辜的生命啊!如果我们能顺手把水龙头拧紧，不浪费水，这看似极其普通的一件小事，就会让许许多多的生命继续存活，继续焕发着他们的光彩!

可能有人这样说了：不就是忘关水龙头了嘛，滴的慢，浪费不了几滴的。我知道后顿时就反驳回去：是!你觉得浪费几滴水没有关系，可是你知不知道，就这样开着一夜，一周，甚至一个月，流失的水有多少吗?!我来告诉你，一个拧不紧的水龙头一个月会流失1至6立方米的水!就这些在你眼中微不足道的东西，可在他人眼里，简直是命啊!

只要我们意识到了，现在行动都不算晚。我有以下几个实用的节水小窍门：一、关紧水龙头，不要让水龙头流下“眼泪”。二、控制好出水量，不用非得扭到最大量，只要够用就行了。三、在冲凉时，尽量把时间缩短一点，哪怕是一分钟，坚持下来，可以节约几公升的水。四、循环使用生活水，洗蔬菜的水可以用来浇花，刷碗的水可以冲马桶。五、洗脸要以盆洗代替水流，这样可以减少水的流失。六、洗拖把时，不要让水一直流着，将水盛出，在桶里洗。(这种现象我个人非常反感，在学校里经常碰到)。以上就是我个人收集的一些节水窍门，如果我们去照办了，那么地球明天会更好!

为此我提出一下几点建议：

1、淘米水可以用来冲洗卫生间。

2、洗衣服的水也可以用来拖地。

3、请尽量使用脸盆洗脸、洗手。

The environmental issues facing each country are not unrelated to the well being of the rest of the world。 The impact is long term and international in scope。 Without international cooperation and agreement to address such environmental issues as glacial melting at the South Pole， depletion of the ozone layer， water pollution， air polution， etc。， the environmental conditions of the world will deteriorate to the detriment of every nation， not just those that ignore or lack the resources and technology to resolve their individual environmental problems。

诺干年后，可想而之，这里情景是怎样的。这里发生了翻天覆地的变化，由于那里的工厂不断地向水库排放废水，那里的管理部门又不重视保护水资源的重要性，所以那里的水被工厂污染地黑漆漆的，你走进它，便有一股呛鼻的气味让你咳嗽，这里所有的鱼儿就更不用说了，它们一个接一个地悲惨地死去，在水面上翻着鱼肚皮，漂浮着，看的去，你会觉得恶心。但是，你不会觉得这里的人类更恶心吗?是他们让这里的美景消失的。

这个故事，一切的后果都是人类自己造成的。的确，他们确时是不想保护水资源，因为他们为的是自己的利益。

世界上只有百分之0。16的淡水资源，但是，有许多淡水资源很难饮用，剩余的淡水资源又有许多受到了污染。我想告诉人们：人类，水是生命的资源，水是生命的根本，没有水，等于没有生命，人类，不要为了自己的利益，而污染水资源，保护水资源吧!人类!

水是我们生活的源泉，地球上的每一个生命都离不开水。假如有一天水消失了，那么地球上所有的生物都会随着水的消失而灭绝。

在烈日炎炎的夏日里，当你打开水龙头冲凉澡时，你可否想过那缺水地区人们的心情;当你晚上因为粗心而忘记关闭水龙头时，那一整夜流失的水可能相当于一个缺水地区全部村民的日用水量;当你拿着水枪和伙伴们一起嬉戏的时候，你浪费的水相当于缺水地区一个人的日用水量…….。这一件件鲜明的事例，都说明了水资源是多么的宝贵呀!

但是，环顾四周，破坏水资源、污染水资源的现象屡见不鲜。就拿佳县的佳芦河来说吧!据爷爷说，十几年前，佳芦河的水是那么的清澈，那么的美丽，河的两边绿草衬托着美丽的大石头，犹如一条透明的丝带。河里大大小小的鱼儿游来游去，人们路过此地，口渴时，可以直接饮用佳芦河的美水。可是十几年过去了，佳芦河变样了：河水不再清澈，而是浑浊不清，小鱼不再游动，到处是臭味和垃圾。佳芦河变得简直是一条堆满垃圾的臭水沟，路过那里的人们，总是捂着鼻子快速地跑开。这一切的一切，都是人类破坏水资源的罪证呀!

我们作为地球村的村民，保护水资源，是摆在我们面前刻不容缓的大事。应该记住“黄金有价水无价”，为了我们健康，为了人类的生存与发展，亲爱的朋友们，请行动起来，保护水资源，保护人类的共同家园——地球!

水，滋润万物，与人们的生活息息相关。水是甜的，但有时又是苦涩的；水是宝贵的，但有时又泛滥成灾；水是清冽的，但在一些地方，它却变得浑浊不堪；一切生物都离不开水，但是在一些特别需要的地方，它却变得那样吝啬。

所以说，水资源是珍贵的，是人类生存下去的必需品，也是我们人类共同的财富。肆意污染环境的人们，赶紧醒悟吧！在这样下去，人类的最后一滴水就将是我们的眼泪！让我们行动起来，节约每一滴水，留住每一桶水，保护水资源，就是保护我们美好的明天！

水，是人类不可缺少的资源之一，一旦离开它，人类将不能生存。

据有关数字检测，人体中，有60%~70%是水，也就是说水是人身体组成的重要部分，且是最重要的成分。有人曾做过实验：一个人每天只喝水，可以维持十几天的生命，而什么都不吃，维持三天就可以算是奇迹了!可见，水，对于我们是多么重要!

虽然在地球上海洋是占了71%之多，但是，可供人饮用水，即淡水资源却微乎其微，有许多国家都面临着缺水的危机，当然也包括我国!可是，与此同时，也有许多人在有用水条件下却故意浪费水，这是十分不可取的!

水是人类生存的关键，在我国西部地区以及东部繁华的城市都存在着严重缺水的问题。虽然，我国有两条大河在支撑着我国的饮水及用水，可是不得不说，曾经黄河是断流过的，如果我们还不及时采取合理的措施，继续浪费水资源，或者污染水资源，那么后果将不堪设想。

我国其实也是一个严重缺水的国家，人年均占有水量仅占世界的1/4，1750立方米。你是否还觉得这个数字很庞大?还不用担心呢?那么，你错了，这还是大估算呢!有的水已经被污染，有的用于了各项资金项目…这样，人年均实际占水量就更是少之又少!

再说说我们纳溪，或许水资源暂时还没有造成短缺，但是在前几年，开办的纸厂将污水直接排放进了永宁河，造成永宁河河水浑浊，使得原本清澈的永宁河变得臭气熏天，经过好几年的治理，才有了一点改善，这就是人类造成的啊!幸好还有明智的政务，要不然人们继续这样破坏水资源，再过几年，我们不就没水用了吗?没有了干净的水，我们怎么生存?我想，或许那些制造污染的人，应该没有考虑到公共利益吧!或许他们仅仅只看到了他们眼前的那一点点利益，殊不知，后果可以让他吃惊!这也就应征了一句话：害人终害己。

是的，制造污染源或者浪费水资源都是不可取得，相反我们都应该节约用水，保护水资源。当然，不说是就不允许开办纸厂，而是职场应该严格按照国家规定，将污水经过处理在排放进江河，与此同时，还要优先考虑到公共利益，从长远眼光去看待它。为了我们的地球，为了我们的家园，为了我们自身，我们呼吁：

保护水资源!节约水资源!
