也许在别人心中，我是个乐观的人，并没有太多的烦恼。殊不知我的烦恼并不少，其中学不好英语最令我头疼，它就懔是一张粘鼠板，我越挣扎就被粘得越紧。

每当英语老师在讲台前滔滔不绝地讲课时，我总是一本正经地望着老师邓一张一合的嘴巴，却不知道老师究竟在说什么每次我咬紧牙关翻开英语书准备好好学习时，总感觉书上的字母都在疯狂地跳着华尔兹，我怎么也看不懂上面到底写了什么每当同学们自信满满地交上英语作业时，我却只字未动，看着讲台上邓一摞高高的作业本，我真恨不得自己找个地洞钻进去·····。

就在昨天，我做完了语文和数学作业，正准备好好放松一下，却不由自主地想到了英语作业本上少得可怜的钩。算了，为了能听懂英语老师讲课的内容，为了能看懂英语书上的单词，为了能按时交上英语作业，为了期末英语考试不抱。大鸭蛋》······我还是努力搏一搏吧。我一边想一边大义凛然地抱起英语书背起了单间spring、...ing"···春季。。我机械地背着单词，反反复复，心里却不时地想这外国人可真够怪的，创造的单词怎么这么难背，我还不信我背不出!

不知不觉10分钟过去了，20分钟过去了，一个钟头过去了······。天哪，我怎么才背了一个单元的单词?为什么我不是外国人啊!。一番感叹后，又忘了几个单词，照这速度，我的"周末计划"肯定要泡汤了。没办法，谁让我的英语不咋地呢!用一甸话来概括我当时的心情，真可谓。哥背的不是单词，是烦恼。。后天就是周末了，看来这个周末我只能在枯燥的背单词声中结束了，一想到这些，就觉得自己好可怜。真烦啊!

让我烦恼的英语啊，你何时才能成为我的快乐呀?

一次新的体验 A new experience

Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

home,so it was a new experience to me,and it make me realize the hard work of my

parent.

昨天，我在图书馆做公益去获取公益实数(类似于学分)。我早上8点到达图书馆，一个图书馆管理员让我去擦一楼到六楼的厕所里的镜子。然后

就开始擦镜子了。等我完成了所有的工作，已经过去两个小时了。我非常地累，但是看着被我擦得干净闪亮的镜子，我感到很开心。说实话，我在家里从来没有做过像这样的事情，所以，这对我来说是一次新的体验，这也让我体会到了父母的艰辛。

There is no doubt that learning English is vital for us. On the one hand,

English has become an international language that people can communicate with

each other in many countries. On the other hand, if we learn English well, we

could get more chance of success.

However, it is well-known that there are many methods for us to learn

English well. There are some tips. First, we can study in a group to improve

learning efficiency. Second, we could listen to English songs and watch English

movies; this way is very suitable for student to improve their listening and

speaking abilities. Third, I have believed that a great deal of practice can

strengthen language knowledge.

In a word, it is natural for us to learn English well by making efforts. If

we didnt work hard, we would never do well in learning English.

Tomorrow is New Year’s Day, my family have had a completely cleaning for

two days. Then my father and I decorated our flat and my mother cooked delicious

food for our meal. After supper we watched TV program. How happy we were!

明天是春节,我家里以近在两天前做了彻底的大扫除.然后我和爸爸一起装饰家里,妈妈则在烧好吃的东西.晚饭以后,我们一起看电视节目,我们多高兴呀!

I got up early this morning and had breakfast quickly.Then my mother and I took the bus to my grandmother`s home.My grandmother was glad to see me again.She gave me candies and a cup of milk.She was really kind to me.At noon,we had lunch,There were lofts of people.After that,I talked with my grandmother.She laughed again and again.Then I played with my brother and my little sister.Finally ,I said "see you " to each other.

It was Saturday， just before May Day. My classmates and I went to the park nearby， we didnt go there for amusement but took part in voluntary labor.

We got there at 9：00. We were divided into three groups and then began working. The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. The task for Group Two was collecting the litter left about by tourists and cleaning the benches. The group I was in got to the Childrens Playground and wiped all the equipment clean. We worked very hard. At 11：00， when all the work was finished up， all my classmates met again. Although everyone was in a sweat， yet we felt happy because we had done good job.

四年级开始每年都有一场长跑比赛，每个年级跑得米数都不一样，但是跑完了都一样累。 The fourth grade starts a long -distance running competition every year. Each grade runs differently, but after running, it is just as tired.

两个星期前我们班的郭华琳从别的班知道了下个星期二要开始长跑，从那天开始他就开始练长跑，练到下周二天有不测风云，真不巧下雪了，大家有等到周五，周五下午从1：20开始往三中那边走，我站队的时候老师说：“柏寒你回班把电池拿来。”我在班级找了10分钟没找到，老师又派了一个同学叫我，她在叫我的过程中帮我找，没找到我们两个从学校跑到三中也有2500米，我们俩在路上说咱们胜利了，他们都输了。我们俩到了三中不一会儿就开始跑了，我们为他们加油打气，我们班有一个女生得了第三名，人那个早就知道长跑的那个女生，居然跑了一个倒数第一，我们都为她感到遗憾。

这次长跑我也想跑，但不敢和老师说，因为我怕别人说我长得那么胖能跑得动吗，所以我就没敢和老师说。

从这次长跑中我知道了，有活动就参加，参加了，拿不到第一但是在活动中，也会有收获的，这次没跑好，还有下一次呢，再接再厉呗!加油加油加油!四年二班加油，四年二班永远都是第一名，我喜欢四年二班的人，而我更喜欢四年二班的老师。

I plan to do lots of homework today.First ,I read english articles,next I wrote my science tests snd math tests.I had some questions.So I called to my classmates to ask,then I listened to the music,I enjoyed it.In the afternoon,I drew some bananas,I believed I can draw it well.In the evening ,I played computer games.After that ,I read a famous book on the bed.It was a happy day today.

I went out to have dinner with father today。 I should make toast during the

dinner but there was no juice availabe。 So I had a bottle of beer。 My face

turned red but I was not drunk。 I dont think beer tastes bad but I wont like

have it too much because I am only a student。

这天和爸爸一齐出去吃饭。吃饭的时候要敬酒。那里没有果汁。我就拿了一瓶啤酒开始到处敬酒。喝了一瓶酒后，我的脸红了，但没有醉。我认为啤酒并不难喝，但我还是要少喝酒。因为我还只是一个学生。

Last Saturday--April 28th, my classmates and I went to the park near my

school. Can you guess what we did there?Not for amusement but to take part in a

volunteer labour.

We reached the park at nine oclock. The whole class was divided into three

Each group had different tasks. Group One planted trees and watered

flowers. Group Two was told to pick up litter left by the tourists and cleaned

all the benches. The group that I was in wiped all the equipment in the

Childrens Playground. All of us worked hard.

每组有不同的任务。第一组种树和浇花。第二组被告知去接游客留下的垃圾,清理所有的长椅。的我在擦儿童游乐场的所有设备。我们都努力工作。

Before noon we finished working. Each of us felt a little bit tired, but we

were happy because we had done a good deed.

中午之前我们结束了劳动。我们每个人都感觉有点累,但我们很快乐,因为我们做了一件好事。

A book exhibition

Dropped in at National Library to see the National Book Exhibition which will close today. Suprised at the fact that so many kinds of books are published in our country. Thought the childrens books with many pages of colorful illustrations were made very nicely. Bought a copy of the Chinese version of English and American Short Stories at a 20 per cent discount. Am going to read this through in this good season for reading.

信步走到图书馆看即将在今天结束的全国书籍。惊奇的是发现我们国家竟然出版了这么多种的书籍。我觉得富有多页彩色插图的儿童书籍印刷的相当精美。我买了一本打八折的《英美短篇小说》中文版。我要在这读书的好季节里将它读完。

I made a decision today。 Becuase I often lose my confidence， I decide tell myself ‘go’ in front of mirror after getting up every day。 I believe this will make me confident。 Thus， I can do things I want bravely。 Now， I will say， ‘Keep going’。

译文：这一天，我做了一个决定，有的时候我会不自信。所以我要每一天早上起床后对着镜子说一遍加油。因为我认为那样会使我变得自信。那样，我就能够大胆的去做一些我想要做却会紧张的事。此刻，我要说一句：加油！

“一天之计在于晨，一年之计在于春。”春天到了，妈妈建议我和爸爸早晨跑步，不能再贪恋被窝睡懒觉了，浪费了早晨的大好时光。于是，我和爸爸做好了晨练的计划。

我们开始执行计划。第一天，一开始，我跑的节奏不紧不慢。可是，到中途时，我上气不接下气，小心脏“扑通扑通”直跳。步伐就开始乱了起来，我也有心打退堂鼓。正在此时，我看到鸟儿在枝头上对我叽叽喳喳叫个不停，好像在说：“做事不能半途而废，加油!”我耳边也想起爸爸经常对我说的一句话：“不管做什么好事，只要你坚持了，你就进步了，你就成长了。”于是，我又打起了精神，继续向前跑。

我和爸爸围着学校跑了一圈，大约有一公里，用了十分钟。虽然大汗淋漓，累得要死，但回过头来想一想，我居然也能跑出这么远的路程，自信心倍增，自豪感油然而生。

此后的日子里，我们一直坚持着，真是越跑越轻松，越跑越有活力，越跑越有激情。爸爸的大肚腩也明显变小了。

没事的时候，我在总结：跑步的好处非常多，可以使我们这一天都非常精神。跑步既可以使我们身体健康，又可以锻炼我们的意志，还能使我们的思维更加灵活，越来越聪明，真是一举多得啊!

我常常给自己打气加油：只要是对健康、对成长有益处的事，就要坚持;坚持，就一定有不一样的收获。

I think most people like traveling because they can feel the beauty of the nature and breathe the fresh air at the same time.Whats more they can make friends.But there are some disadvantages of travelling,such as,the weather may change quickly and you may be wet in the rain.So my suggestion is that before you travel,you should listen to the weather report and get to know about the weather and youd better travel with others so that you are not into trouble.

Today， I was late for school because the traffic was jam. I usually so to

school by bike but I hurt my leg the day before yesterday. So I had‘to go to

school by taxi this morning. I left home very early. When I took the taxi， I

found the traffic bad. The traffic was so busy that the car couldn’t move at

all. I think the government should get the road wider so that the car can run

easily and smoothly.

August 12，2012 Friday Today， I did housework for grandmother. She is not very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will feel happy and bee better. Suddenly， an idea hit me that it’s terrible to grow old becuase you have to worry about both your health and others’ opinions. It was the second day of our summer holiday. I felt good. I felt I am free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Zhongshan. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. Today is a holiday in the West -- Christmas Eve, when I go home after

school, I see shopping malls, hotels are decorated in front of the door very

I got up early this morning. I cleaned my room. I opened the window and

aired the room. I picked up the paper and swept the floor. Then I made the

bed.

I played computer games. We had lunch at 12:00. We had fish for lunch.
