I have rested for 10 days.In these days,I felt very bored.I didnt know to do what. 跑步比赛要开始了，“哈!该我大显身手了”我叫道，这时候大“喉咙”叫了起来：“请跑步的同学到跑道上集合，我马上动身跑到了自己的跑道，我稍微热了热身就在跑道上各就各位了，两眼直看着前方，把手摆放好了后，这时“神枪手”开枪了“砰”的一枪，我就冲了出去，像只离了弦的箭一样疯狂的奔跑着，对手也不赖紧紧跟着，我想;“哈哈，我赢定喽。”我跑着跑着看见了我的“粉丝”同学们口中喊着：“雷振加油!雷振加油”我心里更来劲了，使出了吃奶的力气用了的跑着，“啊呦我的肚子怎么痛了”我小声的嘟嘟道，我想;“完蛋了，我前面跑了那么多，怎么肚子痛了这不是溃功亏一篑了吗，不行我一定要跑下去。”这时候我的速度慢了起来，同学们见此状喊的更响亮了：“雷振你一定要赢啊，雷振要努力!”我真的无法放弃同学对我的希望，我忍住了痛，闭上了眼睛冲刺着，突然一声：“第一名”我吓的魂飞破散顿时听下了跑步想：“没希望了。”我眼睛一下着红了，眼睛中蹦出一个“金豆豆”这时不意中听见：“雷振你真棒!你跑了第一名不赖嘛。”这时候我还以为有人对我大却的说呢，我忍不住不睁开眼睛了，我看见了许多人围在我的身边。“呀!是真的呀”我惊讶的叫道，我高兴极了，犹如中了大奖一样一蹦山尺高。

啊!这场比赛使我懂得了一个道理，只你努力了，你就成功，比赛其实获得的名次不重要，只要你感于去参加就行，还有一句话叫：友谊第一，比赛第二嘛!

A book exhibition

Dropped in at National Library to see the National Book Exhibition which will close today. Suprised at the fact that so many kinds of books are published in our country. Thought the childrens books with many pages of colorful illustrations were made very nicely. Bought a copy of the Chinese version of English and American Short Stories at a 20 per cent discount. Am going to read this through in this good season for reading.

It is known to all that Guangxi province is famous for its various culture, because there are many minorities. Recent years, the local government carry out a policy of taking a break on March 3rd, which makes it the special day for Guangxi Province. People can enjoy some shows which are full of local features, such as singing local songs, having dragon-lion dance and so on. This policy not only lets people take relax from routine work, but also makes people remember their culture. I am part of the local people and I am so proud of the variety. The different culture makes our country full of charm.

I watched television late last night so I woke up late。 My mother asked me

教学形式的多样化与教学效果是否成正比：选择多样化的教学形式，学生会感受到课堂气氛的活跃，但繁多的形式会使学生眼花缭乱。在《Atasnack》这一课，由于讲授的内容是食物类的单词和句型。所以我选择了很多样化的教具和教学形式，课堂氛围应该总体不错，但至于整堂课的教学效果，我实在是不好说。现在我很疑惑：一节课传授的是知识，教学形式只是是教学目标实现的辅助手段而已，该如何适度地运用不同的教学形式呢？

而且，我还学到了对于教材，自己要进行认真的分析，加以自己的理解，再进行适当的处理，这样才能做出最好的掌握。

之前，我的处理较于呆板，不仅自己教授起来困难，而且学生接受、掌握起来也并不是很容易。如果我能多动动脑子、多花花心思，也许就能找到更好、更合理的解决所教授内容的方式。

总之，万事都需要钻研。有付出，才会有回报。

Last Saturday--April 28th, my classmates and I went to the park near my

school. Can you guess what we did there?Not for amusement but to take part in a

volunteer labour.

But some other people do not like pets. They say that animals are noisy,

with pets, we shall enjoy happiness and feel relaxed. Most important of all,

keeping pets helps people to reduce loneliness and forget their unpleasant

things for the time being.

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing

basketball is always my favourite, so some of my classmates and I will form a

small team and play basketball together. Sometimes we may have a match against
